After the treaty has been inspected and discussed, the letter is returned to the sender with the final signatures added.

A letter is sent in return once more, to the governing body of the Kingdom of Urguan. After deliberation, the Triumvirate of Enclave of Haelun’or has agreed to the terms provided by this new treaty. The few Mali’aheral with knowledge of the art of Golemancy will agree to meet with the governing body of the Kingdom of Urguan to negotiate an agreement. Should they return safely after these peaceful negotiations are carried out, all original copies of documents, artefacts or any other genuine items of Dwarven cultural significance that the Enclave of Haelun’or has access to now and in the future, shall be returned directly to the governing body of the Kingdom of Urguan. Following this, the Triumvirate of Haelun’or in accordance with the Golemancer of Lin’evaral will enter an agreement wherein as long as peace between both cultures remains, any non-original copies of Dwarven documents held by the Mali’aheral will be safe-guarded in accordance with the Kingdom of Urguan’s wishes, in reference to: “In future, no copies of the tomes upon ancient dwarven knowledge, includings the arts of golemancy and runesmithing, will be sold to any other party or individual without the full consent of the Grand King and his Lord’s Council.” The Enclave of Haelun’or agrees to the immediate ending of all hostilities under the terms listed, and will leave options for further peace, prosperity and mutual cooperation to emerge from this. After the necessary negotiations and exchanges are made, the Triumvirate of Haelun’or will agree to meet with the leaders of the Kingdom of Urguan, to complete the final signing of a mutually agreed upon treaty of peace and cooperation. ~ * ~ The Silver Enclave of Haleun’or

The earthquakes hitting the city of Lin'evaral had been getting worse, there could be no denying the fact. After the most recent one had caused significant damage, Delonna can be seen slowly pinning up numerous notices inside Lin'evaral's walls. ~ * ~ Citizens of Lin'evaral. As you are all no doubt aware, our blessed city has suffered significant damage from earthquakes as of late. I'm not aware of any lives being lost to these disasters yet, but with the earthquakes increasing in intensity, I fear it is only a matter of time. Sooner or later, these earthquakes will either claim casualties, or damage our walls to the extent that we're no longer safe inside them. It is with a heavy heart that on behalf of the Triumvirate, I must suggest citizens prepare for the evacuation of Lin'evaral. This will not be a forced evacuation, but it is extremely encouraged that all Mali’aheral evacuate to avoid unnecessary injuries and potential casualties. All those participating in the evacuation are encouraged to take with them any valuables or possessions they do not wish to risk losing. Should looting or the destruction of property occur, it is unlikely the Triumvirate will be able to replace missing or damaged items. Further news on this matter will be posted once arrangements regarding an actual site for temporary relocation have been made. In the meantime, it is suggested evacuating Mali’aheral install their tents, residences etc. within the Malinor camp. ~ * ~ Maehr'sae hiylun'ehya, Mali'aheral. ~Delonna Aeléyèlsa.

*It was while inspecting the damage caused by recent earthquakes that Delonna happened upon Mira. Even then, it took some time before the remains were remains were identified. A single tear can be seen rolling down the High Elf's cheek, as the body of his oldest friend is set upon a pile of wood and lit alight. He watches in silence the entire time, as the flames consume what once was. Hours later as the blaze has died down, the ashes are collected into a jar. They're not spread out to sea however, nor across the mountains. The friendship had lasted decades, but ended poorly. Regret and sadness lingered, however the ashes were not his to spread. They would go to the family she had abandoned.*

A letter is sent in return, to the governing body of the Kingdom of Urguan. "Leaders of the Kingdom of Urguan. The state of Haelun’or does not, nor ever has held possession of your sacred Golemancy Anvil. It is hidden from both nations alike, by an independent individual that happens to be Mali’aheral. This has been made clear to your leaders on many occasions, yet in your desire for war you continue to ignore this fact. You threaten our people with death, demanding we hand over a relic we do not possess. Numerous times we allowed your kind to peacefully enter our walls and search for your Anvil, yet it was not found. Countless more times your soldiers forced your way in, butchering our people in search of it and yet still finding nothing. It became obvious long ago that no Anvils of magical nature are within Lin’evaral’s walls, yet you continue using this as an excuse for bloodshed. Many of our citizens do not even know the identity of the High Elven Golemancer, so do not speak of fixing relations when you continue to spill blood for no purpose. It should have become clear long ago that razing Lin’everal and killing its citizens will get you no closer to finding your relic than any of your other attempts have. Your bloodthirsty incursions into our land try our patience, and your continued threats of death and destruction leave us no option but to support this Golemancer. If you would kill countless people to steal an item they do not even possess, perhaps you do not deserve your relic at all. A meeting has been held with the independent Golemancer, and it has been agreed upon that you leave us no choice but to propose the following ultimatum of our own. We, the Mali'aheral, were on the verge of restoring the former good relationship between the Silver Enclave of Haelun'or and the Kingdom of Urguan. Following the proceedings with the Scriberfolk, a blood oath of peace and mutual trust was sworn between the Mali'aheral, the entire cabinet of the Kingdom of Urguan and former Grand King Thorin Grandaxe. Upon Thorin Grandaxe retiring from power, it seems as if this peace immediately became null, before any distrust between the Mali'aheral and bortu was fostered. Thus, the Enclave of Haelun'or proposes the alliance that was being drafted when Grand King Thorin Grandaxe left power: 1) The Mali'aheral will take in and teach a number of the bortu Golemancy, as was planned beforehand. 2) Should the mali’aheral desire mundane materials, such as iron, wood, stone, or even gold, the Grand Kingdom will be the city's primary supplier through fair trade. 3) Subjects of the Grand Kingdom who come to our city for the purpose of perusing the Eternal library may do so, as long as they’re properly supervised, and follow set rules and laws. This is an extraordinary privilege. In return for these, any bad blood between the Mali'aheral and bortuan will immediately cease. If you refuse this proposed truce or break it after acceptance, the following will transgress. You have held us accountable for the actions of independent Mali’aheral, so note that this truce applies to independent bortu as well as the Kingdom of Urguan. This we regret, but through your actions you have forced our hand. 1) The Golemancer will distribute golemantic knowledge to the entirety of Anthos. One hundred and twenty eight tomes exactly will be sold to any interested party. They will contain details on both the magical and smithing aspects of golemancy and Golemancy as a whole will become the most well-known and widespread form of quasi-arcanic magic in our world. 2) The Golemancer will distribute runesmithing knowledge to every interested party in the same fashion as the distribution of golemancy. The Mali'aheral Golemancer still has the original tome garnered from the Scriberfolk, containing every single aspect of their runic knowledge. The bortuan maintain their monopoly of runic magic due to their supposed inability to naturally connect to the void. This monopoly will no longer take place, through methods that will be seen by all if this truce is denied. 3) The Golemancer will auction no less than fifteen golems to interested parties across the face of Anthos. 4) The Golemancer will split the Thahnic anvil into multiple pieces, auctioning each piece off to the highest bidder. Following studies, we have come to the conclusion that the enchantment will remain intact in each piece, albeit weakened. This enchantment is still enough for the creation of golems. In the process of making a fortune in the useless metal that other races utilize in transactions, the Golemancer will purchase soldiers as well as create an army to fight alongside us during this ill-begotten war. We will prosper in your misery whether you do or do not take the city we labored to build. None of the items nor information spoken of is housed within Lin’evaral’s walls, so do not presume further violence will be capable of preventing these responses from occurring. We expect your prompt response." ~ * ~ The Silver Enclave of Haleun’or

If there's any evidence that "the rest" actually acted in an inappropriate manner, I would very much like to see it (feel free to PM me if such evidence does exist, so I can look into it). To be quite honest, you've acted rather dramatic about the reaction from the very start though, exaggerating it in every instance I've seen. Thus just like the supposed spy via which you obtained the information with, I require evidence. Edit: Though regardless of evidence or not, I would very much like to hear who you feel has been intimidating you, and the details. Preferably in a PM.
-
By continuing to dramatify and exaggerate the situation, you're only making yourself feel victimized. Just like the whole "if you don't re-add me to the chat, I'll declare war ICly threat." No one forced you to kill off your character, and no one was writing ban reports over the rules broken. No one with any power called for any IC actions, nor am I aware of anyone without power doing so either. Apart from the only two people who had legitimate full access to the knowledge you "obtained" trying to discuss it with you, I'm only aware of a single person messaging you in private. Everyone else was made fully aware that it was being discussed.
-
Making yourself look victimized when a couple people try to speak with you in a mature fashion about having extremely good reason to believe you've broken rules does not instantly mean you've been bullied. Anyone that actually read the main conversation should be quite capable of seeing that it was a discussion that revolved around trying to find the source of someone gaining information they had no access to. I'm not aware of any bullying occurring. Had you given an actual explanation instead of purposely remaining vague, the conversation would have ceased very quickly (not that it continued after you stopped replying anyway).

Letter To Orei: A Declaration Of War

((Malinor has its own high elves and mages that aren't part of Haelun'or at all. Nothing wrong with asking Haelun'or not to participate, but you can't really tell Malinor's ones that they can't. Just putting it out there.))- 24 replies

Oh dear. Gotta -love- that "I just got a VA, let's go kill stuff" RP.
-
Two questions regarding this sentence! 1. Does this allow all aspects of alteration, or only the enchanting part for blessing? Can they use the transmuting and wards stuff as well? 2. What effect would "Blessing" an object actually have?

By the time her new dress and coat are finished, Layla leaves the shop with a grin on her face, obviously quite content with the work. ((Nice work. Thanks!))

The Clerical Order [Lead By The Council Of Light]
Dohvi replied to Lanader - Richard Tarus's topic in Inactive Guilds
OOC: IGN: On the relevant character it's Dohvabro, however I'm also commonly seen on Dohvakin with my other character. Skype Name: dohvakin_shouldnt_be_taken Any reports or revokes: Nup. None. IC (written as a letter): Roleplaying Name: Layla Race: My mother was a High Elf, my father was a Dark Elf. Age: I'm sorry, I don't remember anymore. I was born during the time of the Subudai in Asulon though, if that helps. (Answer these from your character’s perspective, not your OOC answer.) What do you believe the responsibilities of a Cleric are? - I believe the responsibilities of a Cleric is to protect the innocent from evil, and to heal the injured. Ambitions as a Cleric/Reason for joining? - I haven't been a nice person. I've been rude to everyone I don't know, and I have a tendency to be a selfish brat. I've lost my way, and everything I care about has been taken from me. My hope is that by helping people I might find purpose again, and maybe even redeem myself in the eyes of whatever force deemed me unfit to be loved. -
Great Riot Of Malinor (Republic Supporters Vs Lum.)
Dohvi replied to bignsxxy's topic in Anthos Roleplay Archive
((With exception to duels (which I believe are only 1v1) when you PVP it works a bit different. When someone is defeated, they fall to a laying down position. From here there's three things that can happen. Might have got the specifics a little mixed up, but I think it's 1) You left click to sentence them to death. Needless to say, they die shortly afterwards. 2) Right click to revive them. (Or you might need a command to do this, I'm not certain.) 3) They bleed to death eventually. When you're already clicking to kill them, it's pretty easy to accidentally sentence them to death. I had an ally kill me and then sentence me to death, without even realizing it before. (Sorry if I got things slightly mixed up! I'm no expert, but I think that's the gist of it.) I could see such a riot working really well with the previous knockout plugin. Not sure how well it'd work with this one.)) -

((Perhaps I misunderstood what you meant here (and I apologize for the purposeless post if that's the case), but it seems like you're referring to the previous Knock Out plugin which is no longer used. The current one doesn't just get turned on and off, and doesn't work the same way. Might complicate things and reduce the amount of chaos that can be caused, if that is what you were referring to.)) -
((Because the very recent separate Antagonist and Orc pillages don't count? How convenient.))

((Can a staff member please lock this. A warclaim based on OOC reasons will not be accepted, and this thread does nothing but promote harassment and the bully mentality that's already been displayed for quite some time. The OP even uses lies to exaggerate the situation, due to biased opinion. No good can come of this thread.))

Well it wasn't an official vote in any way/shape/form. And not enough people voted for it to be considered that substantial. They didn't -have- to make anything of it, but they did see there was a bit of a problem and took a step to make it better.
-
He's not nerfing anything. This is already the case and has been for quite some time. All he did was write up some lore to explain why it is so.
-
Do we really need broadcasts spamming everytime someone votes?
-
A lore explanation for something that was already the case. Sounds good to me. +1 I'm not an expert on the subject, but for the Warcleric part, I think it would still be the case- but less obvious as they'd have to devote time to training anyway. So since they're training to maintain weapon skills and muscle-mass, the physical loss would be offset to a degree. Obviously T5 is going to be affected more than T3, and have a more difficult time maintaining physical strength.

I definitely like this, however I just cannot support this yet. Concept or not, the lore makes it far too obvious that the intent is for a specific group to be the ones to reactivate the gem, despite them not even having it. It could easily have been written to not state actual identities, thus making the intent of resurrecting not appear so much of a "I want this" thing. This wouldn't be the case if they actually had the gem- but when acquiring it and re-activating it is just a concept, I feel that particular part should be a bit more ambiguous. Other than that, I'm really liking what I've read. Probably wouldn't hurt to expand even further upon what the magic actually does though, both individually and when mixing with other magics. I realize MrSythaerin has just extended this part, but personally- I'd like to see it go into ever further detail.

Iron VIP definitely never got land plots. The lowest was diamond, which I believe was 50x50. Then it'd increase by 50x50 for each $100 donated, or something like that.

It's not working. ;.; It just brings up a two item menu saying what that command and another do. But when I try them both, it always just brings up the menu again.

Can't roleplay on an alternate account without being spammed. Lovely work there. This doesn't take into account that the voting sites monitor IPs as well as MCnames, so someone with multiple MC accounts can't vote multiple times. This means anyone playing on an alternate account is forced to put up with the spam on one account, no matter how much they vote. Not cool.
