  1. “My, whenever I start to fear that Haelun’or is backsliding into degeneracy, Dimaethor appears and straightens it all out. Hopefully this will keep the younger generation in check so we never return to the failing ideology that brought us to ruin. Praise to the silver diarchy that protects Haelun’or. Praise to Dimaethor Visaj. Renarion comments, giving a small golf-clap

    Uradir’s Organic Wines

Mali’thilln, the renown wines of Renarion Uradir’s vineyard are finally for sale.

While once the famed wines were given as private gifts, and only owned by the purest and most respected of ‘Aheral in Haelun’or, the vineyard of Arcas has allowed a surplus of wines and now any ‘Aheral with sufficient coin can claim a bottle of their own.

The shining quality of these wines call for high sums of minas, but for any Mali pure of soul it is truly worth the pricetag. Mali’ata are excluded from purchasing any products, and while lesser races will most likely not find the prices worthwhile for the ‘Aheral-specific wines, they are allowed to buy provided they have the needed coin.

All drinks are 100% organic, with no magical or alchemical additives or alterations, and all ingredients are grown by Renarion Uradir in the local silver vineyard.

  3. CK2 Is probably the better option, so I’d strongly advise for that, even if you don’t have it. But HOI4 Would be neat via the focus trees. I made a comical halfling focus tree once.

Just make the halflings communistand we’ll be alright

  4. Giselin Tonic

    Drink Of The Almenodrim

Giselin is a rather rare marine algae found along island chains that once housed the Almenodrim Elves of old. It bares a similar appearance to seaweed, with a large ‘leaf’ at the upper end. The vegetation by itself is toxic, and the Almenodrim who encountered it originally found the plant to be useless, often an annoyance due to the rash it would leave on the skin when contacted, or at worst possibly lethal when consumed. However, the Elves recorded their process of detoxing the plant for use in flavor drinks.

The process begins with harvesting the ‘leaf’ or ‘flower’ on the end of the plant. You can tell due to it’s rounded shape and darker green color. Next, the Elves would smoke the leaves over fire for several hours to dry them out, often determining it best done when the leaf is ‘crispy’ or somewhat stiff. The leaves would then be placed in large, circular, wooden pods, the pods having small circular holes at the top and bottom. The Almenodrim would next add a variety of spices to the pod, generally Mace or Nutmeg, though some records show other, less popular options. The pod is then wrapped in a veil of thin netting, and hug over the ocean on tree branches. This is done during the rain-seasons, so that the pod is constantly washed out with the pure rainwater, and then left to swing in the sun otherwise. Continuous rain-washing, swinging, and sun-warming will essentially ‘cook’ the Giselin and spices inside.

After the process of hanging is done, usually a period of three months, the pods are removed from the trees and reopened. The leaves, or what is left of them, is ground into pieces, and added to sugar-water to create a greenish-hue liquid. The resulting drink is known as ‘Giselin Tonic’ and was an enjoyable drink to the Almenodrim.

Though non alcoholic, The drink’s main feature besides it’s rather potent, spicy-sweet taste, is the effects brought on due to the remaining toxins from the Giselin plant. The amount left over, while harmless to Men and Elves, acts as a very light psychoactive substance. Usually 6 to eight ounces is enough to ‘feel’ the effects in Men and Elves. It is known to calm and ease to the drinker, and gives a feeling of euphoria. Because of this, it was often used by the Almenodrim in festivals or during special events. However, it should be noted it is relatively mild and not nearly as power as alcohol, cactus-green, or other such substances.

  5. “Wait a good moment...” Renarion says, reading over the Sohaer’s response, caught on a single sentence.

'Your accusations of homosexuality against me prove only that you have spent a great deal of time watching me from afar'

”Did he just admit to being a homosexual publicly?”

    A Statement Of Impurity

As is becoming a chronic condition, the state of the Mali’Aheral is plagued by an infestation -- or the beginnings of one. The Mali’ata are like rats, who hide themselves in the smallest holes they can fit themselves into, who leech off the city like parasites, who seek to take credit from the Elves who sweat and bleed for their nation, who drink our wines and eat our winter storage, and who dirty the colors of our Elvish state. This is nothing new, nothing new to someone such as I who have seen all such things happen before, however, I wish not stand by and watch. So then, I write this statement.

I shall add, no state of the Mali’aheral has ever been completely without the impure, the sick and diluted. Never has our great spire of purity not drawn some Mali’ata to it, like moths to a flame. We are an oasis in the desert, they are pulled towards us because it is their nature to feed off of our people, and our work. I will also make note that Fi’Halen’s purity, and the new-age Mali’Aheral who have governed it, has acted as a sort of bulwark against the Mali’ata. I have seen sicker cities in my day. An infestation is not decided by size, however, it is decided by symptoms -- And the Silver City has them in dozens.

This is worsened by corruption, or possibly simple ineptitude, inside Haelun’or itself. From the guards, as brittle as they usually are, to the Sohaer, leader of our national government. Such problems could be fixed, or stunted, only if these two groups were better aligned to their duties, and better aligned to Haelun’or itself.

Now, as I have said, I have seen this all before. My family has always had eyes for this sort of event. Though, am I simply here to point and mock? No. I have come with solution, and not only hypothetical but proactive.

Firstly, I call upon Kiljarys to step down from his position as Sohaer, as he has shown to be either incompetent or unwilling to take this matter, nor take it seriously, giving flat and insincere promises to fix said situations. This is compounded by his shameful foreign diplomacy, and his rumored homosexuality.

Secondly, I call upon my people, my silver blooded citizens, to search your community for signs of impurity and degeneracy. It is truly up to each of us to ensure the prosperity of our nation. Keep your eyes out for dark mages, impure thoughts, or worse, impure actions. Your neighbor, your guardsman, or even your own Sohaer could be an impure hiding in plain sight, possibly planted there but wanting parties.

Thirdly, I call upon Maheral Dimaethor Visaj to re-educate (or simply educate at all) the Vihai, our new floppy guard force, on impurity hunting -- or to establish his own Mali’ata detectives to root out the swine from our Silver State. They must never again clutch power as the impure Laurir’ante did, and I fear with our current Sohaer the Mali’ata are worming their ways back to power yet again.
