There was once a time when a little wolfkite was nothing more than a screamer in ts, I will take some responsibility for his past spergery as I egged it on but what I have seen from wolfkite for the past year or two has been completely different.  I think he’s really grown into a capable leader and a valued member of this hallowed mineman community. +1

Have you held any LotC staff position(s) before? If so, for how long?: I have been a gm more times than I can count tbh, I was also a server mod when that was a position, leader of the event team, leader of the magic team, application team, etcetc. In terms of time on the teams it’s hard to say but I’ve at least 2 years of consistent mod experience

Do you have prior history in any forms of moderation?

I am currently an operations manager at a large scale aircraft manufacturing company where I have worked for almost five years. On top of that I’ve moderated for years on lotc.

Why do you want to join the GM Team?:

I’m not going to give the simple candid response of “I wanna help ppl”. There is more to moderating than just being a helping hand. A lot of the role is similar to that of customer service at a regular job. It is important to be an available and easy to talk to moderator, as the playerbase is our number one priority. I think I’ve always had this trait and it’s one of the main reasons I’ve had so many successful stunts on the team. 

One of the main goals I had in my stint as a GM and Event Team Leader was to promote cooperative and spur of the moment roleplay. I've done many good things as a GM and I feel like I can easily pick up where I left off and continue to do good for the community. 
 
On top of this I am also very fluent in the majority of the plugins so I can step in right off the bat and begin doing most of the tasks a GM is expected to do. I have extensive experience with both Voxel and World Edit and feel entirely confident with my ability to use both when called upon to do so.
 
Lastly I would like to do some work with demographics. I used to collect a lot of data that would help the server figure out where it ranked upon others and how people were finding us. This can go hand in hand with advertisement and hopefully player retention as well.
