Time zone and availability: CST I am available every weekend and weekdays from 5 PM to 11 PM. That does not mean I will be on the server at those times as I try to have some sort of a social life, however I will probably be on skype.

What is something you have always wanted to change on the server?: One of the main goals I had in my stint as a GM and Event Team Leader was to promote cooperative and spur of the moment roleplay. I've done many good things as a GM and I feel like I can easily pick up where I left off and continue to do good for the community. 
 
On top of this I am also very fluent in the majority of the plugins so I can step in right off the bat and begin doing most of the tasks a GM is expected to do. I have extensive experience with both Voxel and World Edit and feel entirely confident with my ability to use both when called upon to do so.
 
Lastly I would like to do some work with demographics. I used to collect a lot of data that would help the server figure out where it ranked upon others and how people were finding us. This can go hand in hand with advertisement and hopefully player retention as well.
 
What are your finest qualities?: I think how extroverted and outgoing I am is probably my finest quality. I will help anyone anytime without fear. I am very social and love to joke around with people. I am organized and a graduate of a 4 year university with a degree in Aerospace Engineering meaning I feel that I have the necessary knowledge to efficiently and effectively generate proper behavior and roleplay on the server.
 
I also have a load of staff experience on the server. I was an ET Leader, MAT Leader, GM, SM, and AT member. I have been helping since the start of my time here 4 years ago and I wish to continue to server the playerbase. 
 
What are your worst qualities, and how could you improve these aspects?: Sometimes I can get ahead of myself and joke around too much. I have been called a troll but really I don't believe that to be the case. Yes I like to have a good time and believe in laid back and easy going roleplay but that does not mean I do not have the best interest of the server at heart. I am here to help just like everybody else.
 
What members of the Staff could you look to for guidance?: There are plenty of GMs and admins that I've worked with on my tenure as a GM and various other positions.. As far as GMs and admins go I can definitely say Leric, Ever, Tsuyose, Zhulik and Harrison.
 
Who do you not get along with on the current team?: I get along with everybody on the team.

How much free time do you have? Will this change in the foreseeable future?: I have a fair amount of free time. I just graduated from college and work from 7 AM - 5 PM on weekdays but that is really the only thing I have to do. I no longer have schooling and I am almost always available on skype even when at work.

The emperor John III meets with various military officers and Orenian notables to discuss their impending attack on the barbarians who once inhabited Vsenk.  
 

The Archchancellor, Ser Leopold Horen, stood before a gathering in the great city of Johannesburg, all about him fellow officers or servants of the empire, and he spoke.

“It is the consensus amongst all righteous men that the emperor is the lawful sovereign of humanity: it is his creed which rules us, which establishes order throughout our holy and great empire. Subsequently his word is law, and those who dare to act against him in any way, shape or form are the lowest kind of scum. Those who dare to fight against the emperor’s soldiers, the empire’s men at arms, those loyal legionaries who would die without hesitation in service of the empire — they deserve nothing but fire and steel.”

Patriotic shouts filled the air like clouds on a stormy night  — “Ave Orenia!” — and the people stood in anticipation of their emperor. The archchancellor descended from the podium, the emperor stepping up to raucous cheers. “Three legionaries were slaughtered by a group of bandits, lead by the self titled and illegal ‘baron’ of Vsenk. The former and now dead baron of Vsenk, lacking in progeny, dubbed the bandit Borislav his heir and upon the late baron’s death, Borislav took that title. Yet this was in no way in accordance with imperial law. One must confer with their liege lord before they can transfer inheritance; witnesses must be there to ensure it is a lawful and rightful transition of power… Yet we were merciful.”

There would be a pause, the emperor looking about the crowd; his eyes would narrow as he leaned upon the podium. “I let them be. By the grace of God, I let Borislav and his barbaric crew live in Vsenk. I gave them peace. I gave them peace, and they brought me war — not once, not twice, but thrice. I awoke two days ago to hear that the self proclaimed baron Borislav killed three of my men. One survivor knew of it, for his commanding officer told him to man the gate, and ensure the people of our city were safe, before he and two others marched out to their death. What savages they are  — to bait away and murder men of the law, in plain daylight… in the sight of men and in the sight of God, they have committed unforgivable crimes.”

Once more the emperor would pause, shaking his head in disdain. “Next, I make my way to Vsenk with a group of my men and am attacked. I myself was attacked by these ungodly savages — these men who call themselves Raevir but are in truth nothing but Ivanovic savages, a disgrace to the good name of their Haensetic brothers. More of my men were lost to these godless fools. And then yet again, they raided our home, our capital. These barbarians brought steel before all the innocents, and were driven out only by the superior skill of my great legion.”

With that, the emperor would jerk a hand up, pointing across the square to a pike. Upon that pike would be a somewhat rotting carcass, a dead Raevir man. “That is one of them that we killed. He deserved a death no less brutal than what we gave. In fact, he deserved far worse. His comrades deserve the same. Brothers, sisters, friends  — consider their crimes against humanity. Consider their slaughter of soldiers, their attack on my person, even their merciless attacking of innocents. These are savages we speak of. Savages who brought fire and steel to our home.

The emperor would end with one final statement: “And thus, it is fire and steel we will give them.”

The sound of a cowbell tolls in the streets of Johannesburg as a plump man in a tri-cornered hat strides down the street with confidence and purpose. The bell rings intermittently as he calls out, drawing a crowd of soldiers and peasantfolk to him as he made his way to the town square, where he then paused and proceeded to bellow.

“Let it be known that a funeral shall be held within the grand Johannesburg cathedral within the coming fortnight! It will be a public affair, thus all smallfolk, gentry, nobility and levymen are encouraged to attend.

This solemn ceremony is for Joseppi Calabreeni, a good man who embodied the industrious spirit of the Orenian Empire. A man who stood up for local business and the human middle class in the face of cheap imported labour. A man loved by all for his quirks and his charms. A man who embodied the noble spirit of the Illatian people. A man who was tragically struck down during an ‘incident’ at the Imperial Court last week.

The Emperor, in his magnanimity has granted Joseppi Calabreeni a posthumous pardon for any wrongdoings he may have done in the incidents leading to his death, and granted him the honour of a public funeral for all men and women of the empire to pay his respects.

May GOD guide you in the turbulent days to come!”

To take up this seat His Imperial Majesty has entrusted Count Bradshaw Gray to the position. A nameless, faceless factotum in the employ of His Imperial Majesty the Emperor approaches to the bustling centres of the cities of Johannesburg, Saint Karlsburg, Haelun'or, Sutica and Linandria. Doffing his plumed tricorne hat, he begins to nail the notice, printed on a thin slab of wood and parchment, to various locations amid these metropolises - wooden supports, bulletin boards, anywhere they are likely to be seen.

-The Silver State of Haelun’or must dismantle their self government. An appointed ‘Uthir’, or King, shall be appointed at the discretion of His Imperial Majesty (this person will be the primary region owner). The Uthir is the figurehead of the Haelun'orian province, directly subjugated under the Empire. If this Uthir should die or abdicate,  His Imperial Majesty or his successors will have the authority to appoint the next Uthir.

-His Imperial Majesty shall appoint an Imperial Commissioner to oversee the Silver State of Haelun’or. Orsino Acal’elor will be appointed Uthir, and an Imperial Commissioner will be appointed at a later date.

-An Imperial fort under the jurisdiction of Imperial Legate Rodrick Redcliff of the 1st Legion of the Crownlands shall be constructed next to the capital city of Haelun’or. The specific location of the fort and its size will be chosen at the discretion of His Imperial Majesty.

-Any exterior walls or gates will be assessed by an architect appointed by His Imperial Majesty, and if the need is found they will be dismantled. Any new fortifications to the city must by approved by this architect.

-The ‘Declaration of Emergency Powers of Snow’s Maiden 1582’ is hereby annulled by order of His Imperial Majesty.

-Elevariran and the Vigil are hereby disbanded by order of His Imperial Majesty.

-The capital city of Haelun’or is to be under martial law, and the 1st Legion of the Crownlands shall serve as the sole military force in the Silver State of Haelun’or to ensure the wellbeing of the local populace until further notice. The 1st Legion will report to the Uthir or the Imperial Commissioner for issues of domestic, and imperial law respectively.

-Lysio Hestonnis and Finnadh are banished from entering the lands of Haelun’or, and will be trialed in the court of the Uthir if they are ever found present. They are otherwise pardoned by His Imperial Majesty in all other lands of the Empire.

-All other former members of the disbanded Vigil are to be investigated by the Uthir for involvement in attempts to destabilize Haelun’or, a vassal of the Empire.

In the waking hours of the morning, the sound of loud chiming resonates through the bustling streets of Johannesburg. A man doffed in a feathered tri-corner hat walked down the winding streets, ringing a brass cowbell intermittently as he bellowed out.

“HEAR YE, HEAR YE!”

The man approached the main square of the city, assumedly having gathered a crowd. At this point, he unfurled a scroll in his hands, holding it out forward rigidly, puffing out his chest, then proclaiming a decree in his strong tenor.

“John III Owyn of the House of Horen, by the Grace of GOD, Holy Orenian Emperor and rightful Emperor of Aeldin, forever August, Apostolic King in Oren, of Savoy, Kaedrin, Renatus and Salvus, Defender of the Faith, Duke of the Crownlands, Avar, Frederica, Krajia, and Cascadia, Margrave of Greater Kreden, Count of Johannesburg, Louvain, Beauclair, Sundholt, Estavar, and Wett. Sovereign of Humanity, Suzerain of the Elves and Protector of the Dominion of Malin, etcetera…

Hereby declares the newly conquered nation of the Orcish War Uzg to be fully, irrevocably and totally dissolved. All oaths or bonds of service held to that no longer extant polity are declared null and void. Any claims once held by any Orcish body on its lands are hence legally evaporated. With this, there shall be no longer be any Orcish nation in the world, immaterial or material, and duly so, all former subjects of the Orcish War Uzg are hence considered to fall within Imperial jurisdiction. All its former borders, provinces and parishes are hence merged and consolidated into a single newly formed territory of the Holy Orenian Empire, given the designation of New Cascadia.

Any individual orcs will have the chance to plead to the Emperor for mercy for the crimes of their race. If granted amnesty, said orc shall be allowed to roam lands within the imperial sphere of influence without threat.

Orcish Clans may lay down their arms before the Emperor and swear their eternal fealty. In return, they will be given amnesty for fighting against the Empire, and granted land for a stronghold which shall be a direct Imperial vassal where they may live in peace. Said clan strongholds will be made to abide by the following terms:

• A stronghold shall be made for one clan alone, and may only house members of that clan

• Orcish clans granted a stronghold by the Emperor may not enter the borders of the Empire proper or its Elven Dominion unless given express permission

• Clan strongholds may only be fortified with simple palisades, no stonework will be permitted

Any orcs who wish to accept the Emperor’s peace must fully put a halt to any buying and selling of slaves.

Any former residents of the territory formerly known as the War Uzg are henceforth expelled and banished from that territory, forbidden to return under pain of death.

All members of uruk kind shall be killed or driven out on sight within the Imperial lands of men, the elven dominion and all other aligned lands unless they plead for their amnesty, either as an individual, or as a clan."

The town crier furls up his scroll and bows to the gathered crowd.

“May the light of GOD shine upon you and your families.”

He then strides out towards the city gates, proceeding to travel to the lands of Linandria, Sutica, Haense and Lorraine to repeat his message. Wherever he went, written posters of his declaration also go up.
