I would try to distract the Uruk and Valah by throwing stones into the bushes, then walk towards the Mali'aheral and begin to talk to him/her. As soon as I hear him/her mispronounce and say words like "Oi!" or "Aye." I know that the Mali'aheral has been tainted by the impures. I would ask him/her to stop following the Valah and Uruk, and come back to the path of the Mali'aheral. He/She starts to make a fuss about it, saying that the child and monster are his/her "friends" at this point I walk away, knowing that the Mali'aheral is a lost cause.
