Definitions
In your own words, define what the act of roleplaying is:
Role-playing is to take up the life of another and act upon their personality, physical ability and previous acts and memories.
In your own words, define what the act of meta-gaming is:
Meta-gaming is taking information gained outside of character, and using in character.
In your own words, define what the act of power-emoting is:
Power-emoting, I believe, is making your character too strong, and making them do things, they physically can't do.
Example:
John grabs Philip, squeezing him to death.
[in this instance, Philip was not given a chance to emote/role-play and John was power-emoting.]

Open-Response-Questions
Each question here must be answered with a minimum of one full paragraph, and detail the scene you are given in the way it would happen in roleplay. These questions should be answered in first person. Be detailed, not short.
Upon entering the Mighty Human City of Arethor, you come across a shop-keeper calling out to sell his wares to passers-by. The shopkeeper is not a Human, he is a poor dwarf looking to make a living in a new city. What is your response?
Tooruk looks at the other dwarf, frowning slightly, "What'er ye doin' 'ere?"
The dwarf nods, speaking to him, "Ah' 'er had some problems with me money..."
Tooruk feels a pang of sorrow wash over him and he smiles, reaching into his pocket. Tooruk removes a few emeralds, handing them over. The dwarf smiles, thanking him graciously. Tooruk nods, continuing with his day. He sees a tavern, moving towards it.
You’re in the Cloud Sanctuary late at night, when a large Orc begins to threaten a nearby dwarf. The only present monk is fast asleep, and the situation looks like it will escalate into violence soon, what does your character do?
Tooruk snarls, stepping towards the Orc. He shouts at him, telling him to move off, or else. The Orc, seeing the two Dwarves confident, decides he is outnumbered but will stay. The situation grows worse and eventually, the other Dwarf throws a punch towards the Orc. The punch is landed with a clear, loud 'thud'. The Monk snaps awake, and sees the scene. He yells at the Orc and the two Dwarves. The Orc, thinking he is trying to win against three other people, runs off.
Whilst walking down the road to Malinor, you stumble upon an old man. His walking stick , looks weak and frail, and just as you are about to ask something, the stick breaks, and the man falls to the ground. As he falls down, a bag of Minas falls to the ground, and splits open. As you watch the multiple coins spill out, you peer down at the defenceless man. What does your character do?:
Tooruk picks him up, grimacing under his weight. With his free hand, he retrieves the minas. Tooruk staggers towards a crowd of people. He slips the coins into the man's pocket as a healer takes him from Tooruk. He nods to the healer and he leaves, yawning as he walks.
