  1. If i log in right after a restart, i get a "Jump boost buff" for about three minutes. Ironically enough, this takes away my ability to jump.

This issue happens only after a server restart and is fortunatly enough temporary. I've talked to Ever and he suggested that the server might be forcing me to Register, anyways, My IGN is timzuiderveld and here's a screenshot

  2. In Abresi harbour there floats a tiny mangled corpse, the mangled body definitly belonged to a human girl of about 9-12 years old. It has it's face cut off, stomach ripped out and a bloodied + sign marks the rest of her stomach, whomever this was, she died a horrible painful death.

Upon further inspection of the corpse you might see the Lavada symbol inscribed on her dress, or the emerald hairclip that sits loosely in her hair. her other possessions include a rather fancy golden necklace with a whistle attached to it, and a rather smudged sketchbook. there's no enchanted flower to be found on this poor girls body

Should you decide to read through the book you will most likely find it an uninteresting read, it mostly consists of terrible water-damaged sketches of things, only two pages prove to be fairly interesting. On Page 16 there are a few words scribbled under some step by step texture gradient processes. They read

"Figured you'd like this, here you go ~Cir'dian"

And on the last page there's a water damaged vague sketch of a man or thing, you can't make out who or what it is

After examining these items you may, or may not, depending on if you knew her, come to the chilling conclusion that this is in fact Lillian, the flower girl.

The girl that once might have sold you flowers has ceased to be, the girl that was running around salvus in search of princesses and wizards has snuffed it. The girl that once proudly called Freema's burned out alchemy shop her home has joined the choir invisible.

The girl who'd bombard you with questions at the moment when it was most inconvenient has kicked the bucket.

The girl who finally got out of the streets of Salvus and into Lavada mansion no longer walks on Anthos

((Well, that was a rather short-lived character. I enjoyed playing as her, and maybe i'll make another street orphan girl, because the flower selling RP was loads of fun. I hope you enjoyed Lillians presence in Anthos, because i sure did. Feel free to point out any spelling errors or grammatical whoopsie-doo's.))

  4. Out-Of-Character Information
Please fill out the following questions as accurately as possible, and ensure the essential details are accurate.

    Minecraft Account Name: Timzuiderveld
    How old are you?: 19
    Time-Zone: GMT + 1
Have you read, understood and agreed to the rules?: Yes.
What previous experience have you had in role-playing?: I've played on the Vault RP, a fallout rp server on minecraft and a lot of SS13 another role-playing game.
How did you hear about the the Lord of the Craft?: A fellow Vault-RPer linked it to me many months ago but i don't remember exactly who.
Link any applications that you have previously made for the server: This is my first application.
Have you posted this application on the Minecraft Forum? If not, then please do so (link above): yes.
Have you read the Human lore, and shall you ensure you make use of it and follow it in your biography?: Yes, i have.

    Definitions
In your own words define the following terms. Do not take any definitions from elsewhere!:

Role-playing: Role-playing is when two or (usually) more people imagine a fictional world in which they control characters and tell a story.

Meta-gaming: Meta-gaming is when you have Out of character information about something or someone and then applying it In character to benefit from it. for instance i know how to easily get a reasonable amount of iron in a short amount of time, but my character has never struck the earth so he wouldn't know how to do that.

Power-emoting: Power-gaming is when a character does something unbelievable, unrealistic or blatantly impossible to either himself or another.
    For instance:
Herbert the Halfling is being cornered by Olga the Orc
Olga: Give me minas or you bleed little man!
Herbert wields his shining shovel of justice, leaps 5 feet into the air and whacks olga's head off with a single blow, sending it flying into the air and landing in a rabbits hole a hundred yards away.

There's a few things wrong with Herberts move:
1 He killed Olga with an emote before she even had a chance to react
2 He broke halfling lore by jumping 5 feet into the air and whacking poor Olga's head off. Halflings generally don't usually jump that high, nor do they posess the strength to cut an orcs head off with a shovel.

    In-Character Information:
Complete the following biography on your character:

    Full Name: Artan Sayne
    Current Age: 21
    Sub-race (if any):
Past / History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs long):

Artan Sayne was born to Angus Sayne and Lydia Reed. His father was a simple hunter and his mother was a former maid for a minor nobleman.
His mother,Lydia was far more sophisticated than than Angus, she could read and write, he could not.

Artan isn't sure how they met, whenever he questioned his father about how he met Lydia he'd give a ridiculous answer such as “I won her in a tournament” or “I rescued her father from a group of bandits, and as a reward i got to marry your mother”.

Artan grew up in a small cottage near Salvus.

In his early years Artan, like many other children, had very few worries with enough animals populating the woods around the town, his father was able to provide food on the table, and sell excess hides and meat to a merchant. So, by peasant standards they were doing rather well for themselves.

During this period Artan's time was divided between learning to read and write from his mother, Reading was very easy for him but his handwriting was rather terrible, and playing with other children from the Town.

But his 10th birthday marked an end to this blissfull period, Angus figured that one day he wouldn't be there to provide for the boy, so Artan had to start learning how to provide his own income. and it would be a good idea to start young.

So at first he had to tag along, shut his mouth, watch his father and help carry back the spoils after a trip. A few months after that, he started practicing with a cracked bow and bent arrows.

After 5 years of gradually learning to become a woodsman he started to become an actual asset on hunting trips. Sometimes he even spotted a boar before his father did. But sometime before his 18th birthday Artan began seriously doubting his future as a hunter, where once there were animals in abundance around Salvus now they were growing more scarce. And as his father grew older his skills began to fade.

Fortunatly for young Artan his mother came to the rescue. Because by mere chance she ran into the her old lord's steward, who offered lydia and angus a job. They accepted seeing as the animals in the forest around Salvus grew fewer in number every day.

Angus was to become a hunting guide in the service of the lord, Lydia was granted her old job as a maid. And Artan? They'd find a job for him somewhere in the castle.

This proved to be a tough task. First he was taken on as a blacksmiths apprentice, but he did not posess the patience to craft a quality shovel or blade. And so the items he helped in crafting all fell apart half an hour after being made.

Then he was assigned as a farmhand, but the crops he planted all withered and died. At this point Artan was becoming a major nuisance for the lord.

A few weeks before his 21st birthday the lord had enough of Artan's inability to become a productive member of his staff. So, poor Artan had to go with nothing but the clothes on his back, a quiver half stocked with arrows, a bow that was about to break and a few minas in his pouch.
He had no clue with what he should do with his life, so he set out for the Cloud temple, to seek the wisdom of the monks. And exactly 21 years after Artan was brought into Anthos, he arrived at the temple.

Ambitions for the Future: To find purpose in live, it can be through the peaceful way, where he manages to survive of being a simple hunter. Or perhaps, the more dangerous route of the ranger, or warrior.
Personality: He's witty and good-hearted, but due to his many failures in the castle he can also be a bit insecure.
Skills: Archery: he's trained with a bow for many years, but since he has only used it for hunting, without training he will not be any good in a combat situation, seeing as he has only shot at boar and other wild animals, not rampaging orcs.
Outdoorsmanship: Skinning, firemaking, finding shelter and moving around in a forest. He's adept at all of this due to years of experience.
Appearance (this must include an in-game screenshot of your skin): Short black unkempt hair, with a scruffy beard, he wears tattered green clothes that could use a visit to the tailor.

    1. Whilst in the mighty human capital you notice a dark-clothed figure stealthily making his way towards the Emperor’s palace - he is clearly up to no good. There are guards within shouting distance - what do you do?

    Answer:
Artan spots the dark clothed figure and decides it's time to shout for a guard. So he shouts “Guards, that man is a witch, who aims to kill our beloved emperor!” and so the guards hurry their way towards the cloaked man, who for some reason seems oblivios to the entire situation, For an ordinary citizen this would be enough, Artan however, decides to take it one step further and help the guards. He draws his bow, and, imagines he is out hunting and this cloaked figure is merely a boar, He aims and let loose an arrow, aiming at his target, The arrow flies through the air and sorely misses it's target, instead it lands in one of the worst places artan can imagine, it strikes a nearby bell. As the arrow strikes the bell, it makes a loud, and for many of the people on the square, unexpected noise. This causes a panic, people were already startled by the witchcraft accusation, but now there are shouting guards, the bells were ringing, an arrow flew through the air, a few of the simpleminded commoners come to the conclusion that the city is under seige, by witches. There was a 2 second period of silence after the bell-noise, and then a barmaid let's out the first scream “WITCHES!” which is followed by others, and within moments, everyone is trying to get away from the non-existent danger, they trample over stalls, eachother, and most importantly, the guards who were trying to arrest the hooded figure.

Artan realizes that this is entirely his fault, and if he's found out they'll surely behead him, seeing as he can't pay for the damages. And so he runs toward the gate, unconvincingly screaming “Witches! Witches!, The two confused guards let him pass, thinking that he is a simpleminded fool. Once Artan is outside of the madness that's currently going on in the capital he vows that he'll never interfere with the business of the guard again.

    2. Whilst wandering in the deep oak forest you come across a large clearing, in which sits a small cobbled cottage. Outside it stands an unstable old man armed with a small iron blade, surrounded by two heavily armed bandits - they appear to be threatening him. You are armed with leather armour and an iron longsword, how do you react?

    Answer:

During a hunting trip in a deap oak forest Artan comes across two bandits whom are apparantly trying to threaten an old man out of his minas. Artan decides now is the time for him to become a man, now he will rid Anthos of this wretched scum, it can't be any different from shooting a boar. He nocks the Arrow, aims it at one of the Bandits and, Snap! The old bow breaks in two with a loud snap, alerting both bandits, and leaving Artan armed only with his rusty longsword and leather armour. One of the bandits exclaims “Frank we've got ourselves a visitor you take care of the old man” Artan now watches in horror as the bandit named frank violently stabs the old man, whom lets out a scream and falls to the floor.

The bandits now both slowly make their way towards Artan, who is too petrified to even speak, but eventually he finds his courage, places his hand on the hilt of his sword and charges into the forest, away from the bandits. Luckily for Artan the bandits are slowed down by their heavy armour and he looses them when he climbs into a tree, falling asleep feeling exhausted by the long chase, guilty because the old man might have lived if he hadn't interfered, and he just lost his tool that is instrumental to his income. Today was a bad day.

    3. You are standing within the mighty human capital when you notice a small man standing behind a colourful stall. You approach the stall and notice that the man is selling a variety of general goods - he says that he is selling just about anything and that he has no set prices. He is willing to allow you to haggle and choose prices. What do you do? (Explain: your haggling, items of choice and the discussion that happens).

    Answer

Artan approaches the stall, orbiting around the arrow section “Tell me, how much do these arrows usually go for?”
The merchant replies “Around 50 minas per quiver, are you interested, good sir?”
Artan exclaims,  “50 Minas! A sly man such as you sould get away with more than that!”
The merchant gives Artan a puzzled look and says, “Eh?”
Artan says, “A man with charisma such as yours could certainly get away with charging more, why on any other stall I would expect to pay 30 minas at most, but I can tell you have a natural way with people!”
The merchant perks up at the thought of making more money and says, “You really think so? for these old arrows? I usually have trouble selling them, most people are reluctant to pay much for them to be honest.”
Artan replies, “Yes, such a high-calibre salesman such as yourself shouldn't be bothering with junk like this, so, I'm willing to help you out. I'll take the rest of these off your hands so you can order in something of a higher quality.”
Merchant looks rather confused and says, “You think that would help?”
Artan grants the merchant a sincere smile and replies “well, that's what all the competitive merchants are doing, how does 60 minas for 2 quivers sound? The advice you can have for free!”
He forces 60 minas into the merchants palms as he speaks, he smiles and nods the confused merchant into submission, leaving with his two quivers he got for a bargain price.
