  2. MC Name: JtPv Why do you want to join? I'm new at thieving, and I need to learn the thieves ways. How will you provide the guild and the LOTC community with a great RP experience? Allowing them to further their RP options, as all good villains should. What do you think are vital in RP? (I.e Emotes, RP fights over MC fights etc) Detail in everything To break the Guild laws, or the Server laws is instant banishment unless in a specific circumstance where you are offered an appeal form by the Guild, do you understand this? Yes, I swear to the Guild [Character Questions] RP name: Malicor Firre Biography: Malicor was raised in the wilds. Every year he would go to the city of Arethor to scavenge for goodies people threw away (broken bows, rusted swords, etc.) He was adopted by a local blacksmith and trained to be a merchant. After he came to age he left the city to discover everything. He practiced, and found he wasn't the best. When he heard about the beacon, he immediately went on board the elven ship. When he got to Elysium, he decided he would quit his job. He traveled all across, building small homes each time it was suitable. Recently, his house was burned down by a creature of fire. He doesn't know what it is, but he never wants to see it again. After viewing the ways of the rich and famous, he envied them. He wanted that power, that gold, those minas! He's decided to turn to thievery to get them. Personality: He's friendly and avoids most people whenever possible. Growing up in the wilds, he's not to friendly. Motives:He works well with others only if it suits him. He works only towards his desires. He's been corrupted by greed. Aspirations: To become a master thief and be rich. [Open Response. Answer all questions] You notice a rich foreign merchant in the markets browsing wares such as jewellery, weaponry and armor. You notice a stall owner has just walked away from his stall for a few moments, several guards are patrolling the area, the merchant walks towards the stall to browse its wares. To the North is a sewer grate you could escape through, though the guards seem to be patrolling it more than usual. How will you pull of this thievery? I would sneak into the back to knock out the stall owner and quickly hide his body. I would then sneak back outside, and casually slip a necklace into the merchants pocket. Then I would yell for the guards, "Thief! Guards quick!" After the guards are gone, I pocket all the jewellery and dive into the sewers before anyone notices. The Upright Man has asked of you to steal a scroll from a house that is just outside the city limits of Alras, the house seems to be alive with laughter and drunken men, you look through a window to see the chest is in the room, while 5 drunken men sit around the fire telling war stories, they seem armed but drunk, you see in the corner of your eye a small hole in the roof into the room. The door hinges are old and rusty, it can be easily kicked down. How will you pull of this thievery? I would knock on the door, con them into selling their armor and weapons, most likely succeeding because of the fact that the men are drunk. Then I would go into the back where the hole is and then attempt to perform a sneak attack on the men, most likely succeeding because, again, they're drunk. I wouldn't kill them, but just knock them out. Then I would steal the scroll and quickly flee back into the city where their chances of them finding me are slim, and return the scroll to the Upright Man. An old man has taken rest from his travels under a tree, his bag is to the left of him, he appears to have a dagger on him. In the far distance you see some travellers coming, though they are still a far while off. How will you pull of this thievery? I would sneak behind the man then, knock him out. I would quickly place the body behind the tree and then sit down where he was sitting. Then when the travellers come, I would pretend the bag is mine, and that the old man is sleeping, then leave.
  3. (( May I suggest another special rank? The Infiltrator The Infiltrator is always a different person, never repeating a character unless absolutely necessary. Your trust is his dagger, and his disguise is his cloak. He infiltrates a different place, each time benefiting the guild. They must be dedicated, as their job can sometimes take months, rarely even years. The result is always worth it. Also, I may apply later on today. ;) ))
  4. Well, after reading EVERYTHING (including comments) I have a few questions and comments. 1. Why do people take this offensive? They never said why. It's not being racist, it's being inspired by them. 2. I have seen MANY people RP pigs as horses. I don't see why these people couldn't. 3. Is there going to be any way to kind of unshame a family? (I forgot the proper word for it :/ )
  5. I..keep....crashing!
