The Ozara ((application at bottom)) A Short overview The Ozara is an organisation that protects all and all lands. Meaning they are friendly to all, The Ozara see everyone as equal. They also think that all are deserving of good. Currently The Ozara are just a few individuals. Ozara Members do not get paid other than for jobs if the client pays for it. We are currently recruiting, we will soon have a base of operations at Oak Village soon. These are a list of the skills. Combat - Skill with hand to hand combat, swordsmanship, archery, etc. Negotiation - Skill at negotiation, reasoning, and cleverness. Job - General productiveness at regular Jobs General - A combination of all three. Your general rank is your official rank. The Code Each member must follow the code. Keep a level head. Never use violence except as the last option. Be virtuous. Always try to do what is the highest good in a situation. Be friendly to all, even to an enemy. Though don’t be taken advantage of. Do not look down on others, whether they be a different race, status, personality, or look different. Treat all with respect and kindness. Show compassion to others. Help those in need. Try viewing the other’s perspective in a conflict. What reasons are there for the other doing what they are doing? Why? There could be a lot of unknown factors. Put this in part of your judgement. doing things that would be considered bad to the organisation in general is not allowed. Use common sense. Look for opportunities to help others. See a merchant on the road? Offer to protect them on their route for a while if you are not busy. More to come. Code breaking Those caught breaking the code or doing things that would be considered bad to the organisation in general, not specifically to the code, will get a active warning. The more active warnings you get, the higher the level you are put as. The Organisation has 6 Levels for code breaking. An Active warning takes 2 saints days for 1 to subside. This timing will probably change. You can obtain more than 1 active warning at a time depending on what it is that you have done. Level 0 - Clear, No active warnings. - no negatives Level 1 - You have 1 active warning - No negatives Level 2 - You have 3 active warnings - You are to be watched more closely. Level 3 - You have 5 active warnings - You are near having your room at headquarters taken away and having Membership revoked. You will be closely monitored when doing Ozara related things. Level 4 - You have 7 active warnings - Your room is to be taken and horse returned. You are temporarily not part of the Ozara for two Saints weeks. Level 5 - Permanently not in The Ozara Jobs These are some jobs that The Ozara perform. Road patrol Patrolling main roads looking for any trouble. Always travel with a partner. Zarion Jayamen's Piano Academy Located at 4 Pontias Place in Helena (( We use actual noteblocks, so people actually hear music. )) Welcome to Zarion Jayamen's Piano Academy. Here we learn the piano, learn songs, play in bands, and more! This is part of The Jayamen Community Center. ((a small example of music you can play and learn at the academy.)) Here at Zarion Jayamen's Piano Academy, we offer Free lessons, Band support, and more. We offer free lessons for beginners to experts on the piano. It is easy to learn, even with no musical skill, though that helps. There are 5 ranks that someone can get at this academy for both The Grand piano and The Grand Master Piano. They are Beginner, Novice, journeyman, advanced, and teacher. When you get a rank, you will get an official paper stating you are at that level. The Grand Piano is ideal for beginners, The Grand Master Piano is a fair deal harder, but allows more songs to be played. Beginner This rank is given to those just starting the piano, when you get the basics down, then you move to Novice. Novice At this level you can play simple songs, get the timing right, and are working towards more complex ones. Journeyman At this level you can play complex songs, have the timing right, and are working towards being able to improvise as you play. Advanced At this level you can play advanced songs and also improvisation. Teacher Journeyman to Advanced students can also teach if given permission by Zarion Jayamen. We also can have our students form bands. if you are interested, please let Zarion Jayamen (( Sofetios )) know. we have a place to practice and perform. It is easy to learn, even with no musical skill, though that helps. If you know music a bit, the noteblocks are tuned in C Major. The Grand master pianos are a bit different, they are 18 noteblocks all tuned one note higher then the next. This is for more complex songs and is a fair amount harder then The Grand Piano. Both the Grand Pianos and Grand Master Pianos can come in the sounds of a piano, a bass guitar, a guitar, and a flute.) The grand master pianos take up a 5x5x2 (5 wide, 5 deep, 2 high) area. ((Sorry if this is in the wrong forum. I don't know where to post for small group things.)) The Jayamen Band The Jayamen Band is now looking for people to join! No musical experience needed. We will be playing actual songs using noteblocks ( for an example of noteblock playing see below). It may sound hard, but it is actually very easy, just takes a bit of practice. We will likely perform at many places, including the my theatre in the dominion. We need Lead pianists, bass pianists, and drummers. Learning to play should be easy. even a simple rhythm can do a lot for a song. If you are interested in joining , please let me know. Drummers: Drummers just need to be able to play steady beats. This is the easiest position. Bass Pianists: Bass Pianists will have to play simple to slightly complex melodies and repeat them to make a base for the lead pianist to play on. This is mainly simple memorization. Lead Pianist: Lead Pianists will have to be able to memorize songs, play simple to complex melodies, and have decent timing when playing the songs to the bass pianists rhythm.
