What’s your favourite rule / the rule you agree with the most?: -
This is something that i have experienced before in multiplayer HL2 mods where there was some RPing and i think that It does not belong in the gaming world. I understand some people have their kinks and fantasy worlds can bring that out but it can really ruin the game for others. Im really glad that you have posted this. Definitions This is simply so that we can get an understanding of how much you know about roleplaying. Feel free to Google the answers, but make sure that you write the reply in your own words, not another website / person's! What is roleplaying?: - It is a type of game where people pretend to be in a fantasy. This is like creating a person creating a story with but there are other people doing the same thing. There are a few rules which people must stick to and once someone makes something so in the fantasy other people need to go along with the idea that it is real.
What’s metagaming?: - [EDIT] In a role play setting players who use knowledge of the game's environment that their character would not know about is metagaming. Using Out of game information or resources is considered metagaming. For example using a map outside the game to bring your character to someplace they had no idea where it was.
What’s powergaming?: -[EDIT] When a player plays in such a way that discourages other players enjoyment to maximizes their efficiency toward set goals. Doing tasks over and over because they are the most effective to gain power but ruining or just removing themselves from experience with other players. Powergaming is also purely powering up your character throughout the entire game without ever having negative effects. By overpowering your character and having them do things that would never normally occur players can cause grief to other RPs. When having an RP fight you need to have a middle ground to give other players the option to defend themselves. For example you walk up to someone and say: "my player unsheathes his +5 sword and slices your characters right arm and half of his skull right off." This is completely unfair and is extreme powergaming.
In-Character Information Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play. What’s your character called?: - Nebagarus Ubalith (Neb)

Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing): -
Born into a smithing Starbreaker family. His mother told him they were descendants of survivors of Kal'Urguan's Great Collapse but he has never read anything about his lineage. Neb can remember the shine steel and warmth from flame from a young age. His father was one of the great armor smiths in Tazarak. Neb meticulously studied smithing and worked under his father for 20 years learning the different techniques to build fine sets of plate, chain and scale armor. On his 33rd birthday he left home to find fortune and success on his home. Venturing out into the real world was more challenging than he had anticipated. Before ever finding somewhere to settle he ended up being robbed in broad daylight above ground at his weakest. Now only has his knowledge clothes on his back and enough food and water to last a few days.
What are they like (personality)?: - Very professional and unyielding. Neb enjoys mastering whatever he begins learning and has an overwhelming drive. He is quite harsh toward others when he sees someone acting lazily. He is normally quite shy and keeps to himself mostly. He is curious at times and has a slight nag for adventure. He is slow to trusting other. But once you are his friend he would lay his life down for you. Any dishonor done to him by a friend he views as betrayal and will hold a grudge.
What are their ambitions?: - Find a place to settle down. Start his own smithy. Craft great armor sets. Sell/Give armor to those who are worthy. Start a family. Explore interesting caves and adventure.
Do they have any special skills?: - Solid armor smithing background. Can craft metal objects. Can encrust objects with gems. Very organized.
What are their weaknesses?: - Daylight blinds his eyes. Slow to making friends. Never been in a real fight before.
Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot yet!)?: - Slightly taller than average dwarf with a very muscular build. Darkish gray skin with hard jaw and cheekbone lines. His eyes glow yellow amber. Neb's head of hair is jet black. His thick 6 inch braided beard has 2 slight blue streaks on the right side. The braids have Steel rings holding them in place at their ends with several shining red rubies embedded in gold bands. He wears dark leather clothes and has heavy fireproof gloves.
Anything else you want to say about them?: - I think the rest covers my character well.
