*Frowns upon the crowd yelling at him* "Seriously.. What was the last genuine bid..? The 25.000 of the man with the shady glasses? ((Lark)). ((Please don't place such ridiculous bids if you're not serious. it's a bit pathetic.. I think the last real bid was Lark's 25.000?

*Celegorm raises both his hands in excitement!* "The bid just keeps on raising! Anyone?! I hear 16.000, 16.000! Anyone? Do I hear more?!"

*Smiles at the man* "We got our first bid everyone! 2000! 2500? 3000? Anyone?!"

*Celegorm is talking to himself: "Freakin' people.. biddin' lots o' minas for me island, but each time they say they're not interested on second thought.. Without even taking a look at the island..!" *He's silent for a few seconds but then climbs on top of a log and starts shouting!* "Ladies, gentlemen and everything in between! I offer you my beautiful island! Biddin' starts at 2000 minas!" *He grabs a big poster from his back, on which the island is shown* ((The island is located at -1500/66/150, which is very close to the Corrupted Cloud temple. It's easy and quickly reachable by boat or while swimmin from the mainland. It's almost completely flat and almost completely filled in. It's a good RP island, but I do not use it anymore..! It's not regioned. The only things me and the villagers still gotta do over there is move our personal belongings to our new accomodation. Other then that, ye can start buildin' right away! ((THe walls in the first screenshot have been torn down already, but I put that pic up, simply to let you see what the island 'Could look like'! ^^ ((And yes, I 'sold' it before, twice. actually.. xd But both of these people decided no to buy it after all. So hopefully there are more people interested! "Let the biddin' begin!" Shouts Celegorm.

*There are several people talking about a nice island beeing sold, if you listen closely you can hear what they are saying.* "..Yea! I heard that too, Celegrom seems to be selling his island to the highest bid! It's pretty big since there was a town built on first, but he removed that already and is planning to sell the whole island once all his walls are down too." "I believe he wants to start bid 2000, then the person who bids the most will get it!" "Mhm, that's right, I have a scroll here where everyone could write their name, bid and personal message on, I'm hoping to find some people soon!" ((I had a village built on this island, but I want to move it. The walls you see on the screenshot will be torn down and also the floating part at the right sde of the screenshot will be removed. The island is ALMOST completely solid on the inside :) The island is located at -1500/66/150, if you'd go to lordofthecraft.net/page/map you can see it. It's very close to the old corrupted cloud temple. (not close enough to 'feel' the corruption there) I mostly use my Soulpillar there, but when I get the chance, I'll be moving the pillar, so that wouldn't be to usefull. I find it very easy to boat there from the place where the /huge/ turtle was located before. Ye can ofcourse put up a teleport with a boat! And lastly, it's NOT regioned, but in 4.0 nothing will be. (Or so I heard ) :) Let the biddin' Begin!

A fragment from Durent’s Diary. My name is Durent Hillbuk, I’m part of the once great and large populated Hillbuk clan, a clan of Forest-Dwarves who lived at the foot of the Heim mountains. My story, our story. Is about to begin.’ ‘It was a silent night, the stars where just as shiny as always and the moon’s glow lit the land. As I was laying in our cabin at the foot of the mountain I could hear the river stream at the edge of the village. It felt peaceful, something I hadn’t felt in a long, long time.’ ‘Just when I closed my eyes, the peaceful feeling was ripped apart by a noise in the distance. I opened my eyes and listened to the night. What was it? Danger? All my senses sharpened. I listened for a while and just when I decided to lay down again and blame it on my imagination a scream filled the air. A scream filled with agony, begging for help. Give us a brief description of their life: My name is Durzahar Wulvenheim, I was born 199 years ago. My mother died when I was 12, she gave birth to my youngest brother, Durli, but paid with her life for it. A few years later my dad passed away due to old age. Since we are a small clan we were raised to be careful and use our brains, instead of just barging into a fight. I obtained my wolfs hide when I was 175, which is quiet early to undergo the ritual of obtaining one, but since I’ve always been very good with a battle-axe it was decided it was the right time for me to ‘become a man’. Ever since I was young I trained to be able to fight in an upcoming war. I want to make our clan famous and well-known again. In order to save our clan from extinction, I MUST succeed in that mission. Since our parent’s died when we were still young, me and my brothers always took good care of each other. Durrid, the oldest one, always made sure we had food. Since he is not such a good miner he made a small farm to produce food for us. Then we have Durias, The with-mining-obsessed-brother. He is down in a cave most of the time, mining for ores. It was Durias who made the money for us, he’d mine the ores, turn them to bars, or even weapons and armor and then sell it to whoever wanted to buy it. Even though his blacksmithing is self-taught, he’s very skilled at what he does. I have always loved exploring; caves, mountains, forests, everything. I traveled down the mountain and visited the remains of the settlement where my ancestors once lived their life’s as forest-dwarves countless times. After reading this you might think I’m kind of a barbaric type, but nothing is further from the truth. Even though I like fighting and adventure I’m also very artistic. The designs of our village’s houses were all made by me. And lastly we have Durli, he is the youngest of us all, but funny enough he has a longer beard then all of us! He’s a great brother and always helps his brothers the best he can. In a few months he will undergo his ritual and obtain his wolfs skin. What are they like (personality)?: Cheerful and kind when with family and friends, but merciless on the battlefield. What are their ambitions?: To become someone, not to be ‘just’ a dwarf. Quote: ‘I don’t want to be a Good dwarf, I want to be a Great one!’ Do they have any special skills?: Good with the axe, and skilled in exploring caves, mountains and forests. What are their weaknesses?: Durzahar is afraid of water. He’d never cross a river through the water, but find a tree he can walk across. Sometimes he’s even scared to go out in the rain, afraid that he might drown in the falling water. He has darkblond hair and blue eyes, which is pretty uncommon by dwarves and he is a little taller then the average dwarf. He wears a light-gray wolvesskin and protective gauntlets. Anything else you want to say about them?: As U might already know, our clan has the custom to undergo a secret ritual to become a man. After you succeed in this you can wear the wolves skins. Thank you all for your replies! As for why I would want to start my own village: Simply because I really love building and desiging houses, town walls and lots of stuff. I do know I can't just pick a spot and start building, that wouldn't be 'role-play-friendly', but I'm still very keep on building one. And ofcourse, once me and my friends've build some houses we will try and get more members for the village! Once more, thanks you for all your answers and suggestions, it really helped me out! Tune-

Greetings everyone, In the first place I do apologize if this question is not placed in the right place, but I needed some help, so I figured I'd ask my question here. So, I haven't even applied to the server yet, but I'm reading through all the rules and watching ome videos on youtube to learn more about RPing and LoTC's rules before starting to play. And I was wondering, is one able to build their own house and village or something like that? Because I am planning on (try) joining together with 3 of my good friends and we'd be playing as 4 Dwarfbrothers. And we were wondering if we are able to build or own strongholdish thing in the map. Because we were not sure if there are any building areas in the map.. And I have 1 more little question, is there any way to keep other people out of your chests? Except for LWC, since that's for donators only. I hope that someone can help me with this! Thanks a lot in advance. Tune-
