How did you hear about us?: - Google.
What do you think the server will be like? - After seeing some videos, I noticed that people actually do know how to roleplay on this server, so I have high expectations.
Have you read and agreed to the rules?: - Yes.
What’s your favourite rule / the rule you agree with the most?: - The rule stating you have to be IC most of the times, this enchances roleplay. Chit chatting can be done on the forums!
Definitions This is simply so that we can get an understanding of how much you know about roleplaying. What is roleplaying?: - Roleplaying is portraying a character and acting like said character would act, according to his personality. (Some people define it as 'acting like you would in real life', however that does not really apply to a fantasy world in my opinion!)
What’s metagaming?: - Metagaming is mixing up OOC and IC information (Calling someone by his username or calling someone by his roleplay name without ICly knowing it) or the use of any smileys or abbrevations IC'ly.
What’s powergaming?: - Powergaming is forcing actions through roleplay (Not giving the other player the chance to respond to the actions you perform) or doing things your character cannot do. (Humans cannot fly!)
In-Character Information Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play. What’s your character called?: - Fabius Cunctator. (Cunctator means Slacker. Fabius Cunctator was someone who lived in the Roman Empire. I used him as a base and altered him according to that.)
What race are they (and sub-race)?: - Fabius Cunctator is a human.
What sex are they?: - Fabius Cunctator is a male.
How old are they?: - Fabius Cunctator is twenty eight years old. The prosperity of his life.
Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing): - Fabius Cunctator was born of a normal human family, living in a cottage close to the woods outside of Abresi, a big human city in Anthos.. Fabius' family was not rich, nor were they poor. They lived a simple life. His father was a medieval construction worker, and his mother tended the patch of dirt next to their house. When Fabius grew older, his father would take him with him into the woods to hunt and collect. When Fabius reached the age of twenty years old, he decided to leave his safe haven and venture into the world. He wanted to see more of what Anthos has to offer.
What are they like (personality)?: - Fabius is an eager, skilled human. Born of a father who was a construction worker, and a mother who has green thumbs, Fabius is an excellent constructer and farmer. He also learnt how to hunt and what plants to collect from the trips to the woods he made with his father. Fabius also has respect for mother nature, and tries to hurt it as less as possible. Because of the travelling and keeping himself alive, Fabius is in an outstanding physical condition.
What are their ambitions?: - Fabius wants to continue travelling, but on the other hand settle down. He wants to build a safe haven to return to from his journeys. However, he does want to continue venturing through Anthos, discovering it's many secrets.
Do they have any special skills?: - Fabius is great combat wise, as long as it is a one on one fight. He developed great assesment skills, and fights like his family does. (Using the 'slacker' or Cunctator theory.) He likes to provoke his opponent in striking the first in an attempt to counter their attack rather than dealing the first hit.
What are their weaknesses?: - If Fabius misjudges his opponent, he loses his advantage in combat. (Because his theory wouldn't work anymore then.) Also, when Fabius is outnumbered he is going to have a hard time. It's much harder to asses multiple opponents, but certainly not impossible.
Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot yet!)?: - Fabius has a normal skin color (white) and is of middle length. Fabius is wearing a thick layer of hunting clothes, and also has a hood made of wolf pelt to protect himself from the cold.
Anything else you want to say about them?: - No, I think I described him in detail.
