What is something you have always wanted to change on the server?: I've always wanted to do my best to make player-staff relations the best they could possibly be. I really have always seen this relationship to be an unsteady one, where both player and staffmember hold a rather bad taste for one another. I'd really like to fix it. I want to show the playerbase that the notorious "blue-tag fever" is only applicable to a weak few, and that even while being a Global Moderator one can retain their persona and continue to be a player akin to the playerbase. I think a huge problem that the playerbase finds within the staff team and moderation specifically is that of bias and "cliques". I understand that belonging to a certain clique is natural of men, and I approve of there being cliques on Lord of the Craft, but I would like to make the staff seem less clique-ey and more of an accepting of the playerbase as a whole.

What are your finest qualities?: I get really, really passionate about things. Ask anyone who's heard me rant about stuff on TeamSpeak or elsewhere, I am extremely dedicated when it comes to ideas. I feel that this is a fine quality of mine because when I see potential in something I will use it up until its dry. I will also use my full effort to see something I think with benefit to the server implemented, and use my full effort to mend player-staff relations to the greatest extent, because I believe it can be done and it shall be done. I see myself as a rather laid-back sort of person, who can get along with essentially every playerbase on the server, be it a Human clique or an Elven one or a Dwarven one or otherwise. I feel that to be a benefit because I could most definitely be much less biased than other candidates. My important characters have since been killed and I no longer belong to any important in-game positions, which will also aid in my efforts to be as unbiased as possible. I love this server and I love everyone on it, I really feel I'd get along very well with its denizens.

What are your worst qualities, and how could you improve these aspects?: I don't think I have too many bad qualities, especially when on the server, but sometimes I get a little heated about topics of discussion. Such can be seen with my various feedback posts, Skype conversations, et cetera. I don't think it will be too much of a problem when accomplishing my duties as a Global Moderator.

What members of the Staff could you look to for guidance?:

Aetosion (Aetosion) - I enjoy Aetosion's ability to seem (or be) quite unbiased in his decisions, and would like to mimic his neutrality in a lot of conflicts. He is a fine specimen of a Global Moderator, and I would like to follow in his powerful footsteps.

Rael (Raelplayer) - I think Raelplayer is a model Global Moderator of the community. I had originally thought Rael to be unfit for Global Moderator on his ascension to the position, but he proved me wrong most immediately and I know see him as one of the better staff members out there at the moment. He knows how to be diligent in his duties and is someone I'd like to follow in the foot steps of. I also know Rael quite a bit so I wouldn't hesitate to seek him out if I had a question or two.

Roy (Raptorious) - Roy is a current Global Moderator of Lord of the Craft and is a highly respected individual within the community. I regard Roy as one of the best Global Moderators Lord of the Craft has at the moment and see him as a person that I could really look to if I need guidance. He's a serious player and always knows how to handle himself, so he knows best on a lot of things.

Matt (iMattyz) - Matt is a current Global Moderator and a good one at that. I believe him to be a very good Global Moderator and would like to look to him for guidance in the duties a Global Moderator must handle. He's been part of the team for quite a time and I think he'd do me some good.

Who do you not get along with on the current team?: I get along with everyone but man5791. I would like to destroy man5791.

How much free time do you have? Will this change in the foreseeable future?: I am available whenever I am not at work or at school, which is a lot of time. I am usually on the computer a lot, with Skype and other such applications open, so I am always a call away if I am needed urgently. I also usually have the forums open so I'm always in the know.
