What’s your favourite rule / the rule you agree with the most?: - I like the limited OOC rule because when I roleplay, I dislike out of character talk. What is roleplaying?: - To speak and act as something or someone else would, not as you would. What’s metagaming?: - To take information gained OOC and use in IC. What’s powergaming?: - Not giving others the chance to emote and limiting options. In-Character Information Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! How old are they?: - 36 Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing): - The times were tough when Rothann was just a lad. The farm he ran with his parents was infested with rats and the income was so low that the food they consumed could be considered animal feed. Still, Rothann worked as hard as he could to keep his weak mother alive. He did not care for his father. Any love he felt towards him had been lost many, many years earlier when he beat his mother into submission. Life went on, however horrible it was. Rothann grew older, stronger and more handsome. His poor mother had passed and left to a better place, well, at least that's what he told himself. His father often shook his head when asked anything and waved his hand dismissively at any requests. He had taken up drinking heavily to drown out the sorrows that were his miserable life. Couldn't he see? He had a son. Did he really not care? Those were questions that had long drifted in Rothann's mind. One day Rothann woke to find his father dead. He had drowned himself in alcohol the night before. The corpse's smell was horrible and Rothann cleaned it. While he was angry at his father's wrongs, he paid him respect and buried the body alongside his mother's. The farm was worthless land now. The soil wasn't fertile and the rats had grown in numbers and ferocity. There was only one option; to leave and to never return. Rothann set off, without purpose nor knowledge of the world ahead. What are they like (personality)?: - Somewhat quiet, with a sharp mind. Rothann is very logical and reasonable. What are their ambitions?: - Without a purpose, Rothann hopes to discover the reason why he was placed in this world. Do they have any special skills?: - Years of farming have improved his strength and agricultural skills. What are their weaknesses?: - Easily tricked through kindness and a certain allergy to a type of red flower. Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot yet!)?: - A tall, muscular man with a beard and short brown hair.
