What’s your character called?: - Rennik What race are they (and sub-race)?: - Mali'ker (Dark Elf) What sex are they?: - Male How old are they?: - 142 Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing): - Rennik as a dark elf has strayed from the steroetypes at least a little bit. Back in his home town, Rennik was the High Inquisitor. From a very young age Rennik knew he was destined to be a scholar, but feared that if he pursued this calling he would be shunned as weak, or cast out as a waste of space. So to counteract his apparent uselessness, he made himself as indisposable as possible. Staging crimes in his home town, and then solving them, Rennik was quickly asked to help investigations regarding broken laws. Murders, robberies, kidnappings, and despite his dishonest way of achieving the recognition, he actually did a fairly good job at it, however his secret was not to remain as such. After staging one last crime in order to recieve pay, he was caught. The other elves of the city banished him from the lands, and he grabbed his sword and dagger, and set off in search of a new home. Rennik was never very good with his sword, but that doesn't mean he doesn't know how to use it effectively. His skill with a sword is worthy of noting, however he much prefers to use his words to influence the tide of battle. Upon reaching the land of Anthos, Rennik was swiftly directed towards the city of Mali'nor. After he arrived he saw the rubble left in the place of the city, and from there was lead to New Mali'nor by a happy little halfling traveling the roads. Now in New Mali'nor Rennik seeks to regain his position as an investigator of crimes in the land, and wishes to leave his mark on the town. What are they like (personality)?: - He is a gentleman at heart. Wearing the classiest clothing he can find, smoking out of a wooden pipe, and always offering respect to those he meets. What are their ambitions?: - Rennik strives to become what he used to be long ago - High Inquisitor, although he knows that he first must gain recognition from the royalty in town. Do they have any special skills?: - He is able to look at a situation unbiasedly, and keeps an open mind about all situations. He can often talk himself out of conflict, but if the necessity arises he can fight his way out to some effect. What are their weaknesses?: - Actual combat isn't his greatest asset, and his confidence can land him in tight spots with enemies. Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot yet!)?: - Rennik Is about 6 feet in height, and often wears a clean pressed outfit. He carries a smoking pipe around with him, as it can calm the nerves, and his hair is typically cut fairly short to look cleaner. Anything else you want to say about them?: - He has some talent with a dagger, and prefers its fighting style to that of the larger, heavier, sloppier sword.
