Honestly, i've seen some terrible bandits in my days on lord of the craft i've even been bad at banditing sometimes, but what you can do to make it fun for everyone is find the balance between RP and PvP Bandits should threaten those weaker than them but run from those stronger, bandits aren't loyal, they go for the most coin, so if someone hires you, then someone else pays you more money, backstab your original buyer! have fun with it, never bandit alone, find a group, DO NOT force someone to PvP you, give them the option to hand over the goodies and live. Offer someone "protection" they pay you like 100 minas and in return you don't rob people affiliated with that establishment for a week. threaten people, make people scared of you, ALWAYS GET EVEN. Make your name one to be feared or scowled at. REMEMBER TO RP AS A BANDIT, DON'T ONLY PVP

Lucky Band of Fellows

Known as the ‘Lucky Band’ these mercenaries are notorious for acts of cruelty and brutal efficiency in their contracts. Often times, they appears in conflicts without prompt or contract, slaying those they can before departing with the goods.

Recent jobs have included the frequent attack of High Elves seen outside their protected lands. Their forming wasn’t fancy, it was just some thugs and former soldiers who wanted coin.

Their ‘uniform’ is whatever scavenged armor is available, and a white bandana or armband with a clover on it, the idea derived from the name. Various stops and outposts exist for the Band to store goods and where they conduct legitimate business from. They have been often referred to as bandits as well, but they maintain publicly that they are strictly mercenaries.

The current head goes by the name ‘Pirnce” in mockery of the Grand Prince of Fenn, donning an adjusted variant of the Snow Elven armor.

Torture is a common tool of the Lucky Band, and they have developed and adopted a variety of effective and brutal methods for information extraction, fun, or simple revenge.

Ok so before I new what npcs were I had a pretty funny experience with them i'll start off with what happened from the beginning

so I was wandering around in talonnii when all of a sudden I saw 3 name plates in the house and two of them were the same! so I brought it up and then the said that they couldn't see the third guy

Next They told me to disconnect and when I reconnected there were more

I disconnected again and this time there were more of them

Then he said that banning me for a few seconds might help so I said go ahead and when I reconnected...

after I got back on there were a ton of npcs spawning where I had been walking 

Anyways that is pretty much it lol
