Why do you want to be a builder for the ET?

My friends said it would be good for my skills, I also saw that the Event Team requires some more builders.

This tree place I built. I love the atmosphere and especially love the underground bit that I made.

I personally have built a lot of the new city that the Caliphate is using for the map Vailor. There are a few builds here and there that I did not make, but nearly all of it was done by myself. The tavern, large housing district, barracks section of the palace, walls, gates, bridge, and towers were all done by myself. Besides those, I also built parts of the city of the Caliphate and most of the town hall in the second version of Vanderfell in Aesterwald on the map Athera. In addition, I made most of the roads of Vanderfell and the decorated paths leading to and from Vanderfell if you had ever been able to see them. I like making paths :)

All of the builds included in this app as screenshots are examples of things I have done solely by myself.

Please provide an example of a decent sized ruin build (stone or otherwise):

This one is a generic stone ruin. I used it as fencing for the side of a wheat field. I also placed a road/trail through the center to give it some use. I built this as a means of something to build onto LotC in an area I planned on making something. It actually continues outside of the screenshot though so it isn’t as small as it seems. If you are curious, I can make ruins of actual buildings, but this was just a quick example as it was something I had on hand.

Here is another small example of a ruin, this one too was just something I had on hand.

Please provide an example of terraforming:

This is also a build that I made specifically for this application. It is used for an example of my skills in terraforming. I can build custom trees, plants, animals, mountains, ponds, rivers, and hills. Also caves if it is ever the case. As I said I made it for this application so it is a small scale of what I could really do as it depends on the scenario. I can also do grand scale stuff with world edit, but it would take some time. And in the screenshot I made a moose.

Please provide an example of a organic build:

So this is something I built on the map Vailor for myself to live in. It is a big tree surrounded by similar smaller trees with a lot of plants around. There is also a pond from which a small stream flows. There are also a lot of cobwebs around to give it a ‘dark’ atmosphere which is what I wanted. The tree is also hollowed and has an underground portion that leads to a ruin esque ‘dungeon’ like area.

Please provide an example of a High fantasy build:

This windmill is something I built up for this application in less than an hour. It was based off of an image of a fantasy styled windmill. I attempted a replica of it and tried to keep a mix of medieval fantasy that was also realistic. I can do elven styled high fantasy builds too.

Are you an independent builder, and are you capable of handling all aspects of a build?
Yes, I can do design, structure, detailing, exterior, interior, and intractability which I find to be nearly all aspects of builds.

Do you know much about redstone?
Lots, more than the average player, but less than one of your veteran redstone users.

How long does it take for you to complete a build?
Depending on the size, I usually spend atleast 6 hours or more a day building stuff when requested. To complete a build? Working with others makes stuff faster, but if I was to work alone, large builds a couple days, smaller builds about two or three days, and the small builds like as in a small event area or a single building would take a day. I also have a lot of time during ‘breaks’ such as Summer.

Tell us how you plan on constructing a large build, a medium build, and a small build.
How I plan? Well, I plan by first getting some fresh ideas and inspiration. Then I mark out where I would like to do things. After that, I start building the more important parts and finish up with detail after. I like to also consider interaction a player might have with a build, such as conviency and secret stuff like hidden doors.

Additional details (Do you know how to Voxel? World Edit? Craftbook? Etc...):
I am not very experienced with voxel, but I am very very very good at using world edit. Craftbook? I love it, I feel it adds a lot of functionality to builds.

Tell me a trick about building (eg: floating torches, custom heads):

Floating torches can be done with world edit, custom heads can be spawned in using command blocks which are also very good for interior design and extra depth. Another trick for building is placing backwards stairs on walls to prevent laddering. Including these, just throwing in the occasional similar looking block can be great for breaking up repetitive patterns in any design to give variety.

Tell me what you want from the ET.
I want my proficiency in building put to good use for the entire server, not just small communities I'm apart of.

Also, quality takes time and I feel this is a very important thing when building. Not only is taking the time to build important, but also having the inspiration and motivation to do so. Another thing I would like to add on is more intractability with builds as it is one thing to make a structure and then make it look nice, but having use and user interaction being another step with the quality of builds.

Nature of the bug:
Vault Plugin, Map change item transfer plugin.

First occurrence: (Providing an exact time helps us locate the error messages, which can help in fixing the bug)
A day after the new map was release I had done /vault to reclaim my items. My request was answered by _Urasept_ and all my items in the vault were approved. I then did /vault again to receive my items. I received the message saying that my vault items were restored to my inventory, I checked my inventory and nothing was there that I put in my vault. I messaged _Urasept_ about what happen and they told me to do /vault again where I was only to be greeted by a message saying that my vault items were already returned. I still didn’t have anything from my vault that I put in it returned.

Describe exactly all the actions you took leading up to the bug:
On the day that the /vault plugin was announced for the server change I had taken screenshots of my moderator approved items and other things to take to the new map and put them in the /vault. Later I saw an announcement about how the vault plugin was crashing and vault items might be gone, I then checked my vault to find my items still there so I decided to put more stuff inside such as player heads and banners and these items I did not screenshot. The rest of the sequence of events are detailed above in the “First occurrence”.

What messages are/aren't you getting that you would/wouldn't get normally : (in the event of a crash, please also provide the error log)

There are three multiples of the 'icon' version, each are different with variation, but very much the same. And if you are curious, all of these are made from scratch to avoid copyright infringement. Also, the bigger 'logos' are indeed transparent, but appear to be white background on the post. Including this, i noticed Imgur converted most of these to .jpg rather than .png, likely to lessen the file size. Sidenote: I also wanted to join in the map rendition of Athera contest, but I didn't realize it was a thing until it was over. I actually love making maps in Photoshop and do it frequently.

I don't blame you guys for taking and using the map. I like it, but not giving credit to a main key individual who is the source of the map of it's self is a little concerning. Try to do a little better next time.
I hope this map is as good as it sounds though, good work, if you guys did do something.
