Real Estate of Aesterwald

There are many empty homes available in Aesterwald waiting for someone to occupy them, and that person could just be you. Aesterwald is home to some of the most lively and most beautiful cities in all of Athera, including Vanderfell, Nerrezza, and soon to be Ayr. Vanderfell is also nearly the most dense city in Athera, but also has many homes available and work in the military for the Glory of Aesterwald and it’s people. Vanderfell offers several types of homes, ranging from a homesteads, to guild housing, to apartments, to roadside houses that are great locations for business. Of pricing, a small varying upfront payment to purchase a house is applicable, and a steady fifty mina per Saint’s week tax with four week evasion period, in case the homeowner is not able to pay. Vanderfell boasts some of the most extravagant festivals, holidays, and feasts.

Rilkor still wonders why Raigeki had disappeared for so long, and then returned to invite him to Aesterwald and disappear once more until this day. Raigeki had been his guardian out of the dark that was his past. Rilkor had risen through the ranks of the Imperial Army up to becoming an Ensign upon its final days before it was disbanded with Raigeki's guidance. He then been offered to join Aesterwald in it's goals and had become Lord Kastellan and Steward of Vanderfell. Non of which would have happened if Raigeki was not there to offer Rilkor a career and to guide him through the obstacles that is the world. Rilkor will never be able to repay Raigeki for what he has been given, for Raigeki is the most honorable man he has met. Rilkor would follow with him when ever he had a chance in what ever Raigeki would need.

That seemingly long 3-4 day spand it took for me to build those walls, the gate, and the short towers along the walls(I think there have been more built since then though) for the Imperial Army after the Chivay coup, it was all so worth it. Also, if you want me to, I could keep building on it as I wasn't entirely finished with those walls, if you want.

Attention all Crafts Guilds, Merchants, and Salesmen, Aesterwald is proud to announce it’s new found interest in your wares and practices. The town of Vanderfell is willing to accept your trades into it’s bustling populace. Vanderfell can provide a place for your businesses or guilds, as it has many buildings available and a lot of space to expand. Vanderfell is a very prosperous place with many of the residence bearing minas and willing to spend them on your goods! The residence of Vanderfell are also known to be very generous and willing to help if needed. It is also very well protected and has guardsmen patrolling regularly and a large amount of the populace is apart of the military. Taxes in the city are super low and houses are very cheap. Also, if you are looking for work, Vanderfell would be glad to hire those who need jobs. Warriors and fighters alike are accepted under the arm of The Order of the Black Eagle to defend Aesterwald from it’s aggressors.

 Housing and Fiefs Of Aesterwald

By the Law And Order Of The Apostolic Konigreich Of Aesterwald the Lord Steward is to administrate information to the populace of the Apostolic Konigreich Of Aesterwald. As so, regarding housing and taxes in The Apostolic Konigreich Of Aesterwald, taxes are to be commissioned in the near future, at the beginning of the next Saint’s week. Taxes are to be collected by the Lord Steward.

Tax Collection

Taxes are to be collected throughout two Saint's week, ranging from the first day of the Saint’s week to the last of the second Saint's week. During anytime of the tax week, taxes can be turned in. If taxes are not paid you will receive a notice. Once a resident has received the notice, they will have until the next three Saint’s weeks to pay the dues, or consult with the Lord Steward. If payment cannot be made by the deadline, the resident should consider meeting with the Lord Steward for an arrangement. If the resident does not respond within the three Saint's weeks, they will be evicted and their things which they leave behind will be confiscated to prepare the home for the next resident.

Tax Payment

A resident would pay their taxes by visiting the Steward’s Office, located in the Town Hall, and purchase the appropriate amount of Resident Tokens, with the appropriate amount of minas that are to be paid. Each Resident Token will cost 50 minas. Once the resident has purchased their appropriate amount of Resident Tokens, the tokens will need to be put into the appropriate plot bin. The plots and bins are marked with corresponding codes. When the resident goes to place their Resident Tokens into the bins, they should be sure of which one is theirs.

Pricing

Purchasing a house in The Apostolic Konigreich Of Aesterwald will require the homeowner to pay for it with the pricing of their new home’s tax as the first payment. If the first payment of the new home is made during a Saint’s day that is one of the last three Saint’s days of the Saint’s week.
