Sven would dip his head in respect upon hearing of the death of his friend.

I've seen the guy helping out less experienced players. Give him a chance +1

A huge -1. I've personally witnessed him abusing his pex, using /v and /warp human to get out of rp when I found his char alone in the Imperial Palace. The guy was a disgrace to the GM team, and it would be mad to even consider him again for the job.

“I Count Sven Staunton with a true and contrite heart, ask for God’s forgiveness in the errors of my ways and accept the True Faith of God. I accept the real teaching on Predestination, Exalted Sucession, Horenic Exalted Supremacy and Pontifical Infallibility. With this oath I accept the orthodox views of the true Communion until the day of my death.”

"Good men." Sven would comment upon the walls of the Brawm fortifications in the heart of Haense.

We had less numbers than you throughout the entire war and by river westmark you outnumbered us much greater than the last two battles. It took a dreadland and orcish alliance for Courland to win a battle which is ironic as that's what lead to its downfall.
But half of your forces in the first two battles were made up of dlanders and dwarfs :'(

Professions fail to create rp and actually encourage less rp. For example if I'm a blacksmith I can choose to spend my 2hrs on lotc for that day a) collecting iron / crafting b) roleplaying. But many people may say "yeah that's your choice tho" and stuff like that, but professions have gotten to the point where you can't achieve much without them, especially if you're not in a large group. Either remove them or scale them down hugely so it doesn't take people countless hours (in the hundreds or thousands) to achieve a decent enough level in a profession to actually stand a chance in either rp or pvp.

A Wedding In The South
Svenald Hearth ~ Renee Marchand
The bells ring out in the Lorrainian ducal-seat of Metz, bunting flutters in the wind and the songs of birds and chants mixed with the heat of the south and the exotic wine prove a wonderful setting for a wedding. Noblemen and women converse with their retinues; commoners congregate in the centre of Metz; Jesters show off their new tricks and the guards enjoy a flagon of ale.
Missives would be sent out to commoners and nobles alike, ranging from the golden wheat farms of Lorraine to the windswept snow-layered mountains of the north.
Invitations;
Invitations would be sent to the following:
His Imperial Majesty, John Owyn III and House Horen.
His Grace, Lothaire d’Amaury and House d’Amaury,
His Grace, Lucien de Savoie.
His Grace, Petyr Barbanov.
His Lordship, Sergei Kovachev
His Lordship, Altaron Stafyr
Ser Cullen Uthredsson, and House Vallberg
Ser Dorm Amador
Ser Draken Lancefeld
Ser Maric Vimmark
Ser Michael Hightower
Ser Roland
The Honour Guard of Lorraine
Hadrian Thassarion
Asern
Renard Raux
Hektor Brawm and House Brawm
Althin Drakon
Ethildor Goldhand
Eresast & Ythelia
Young Sophia
Greetings upon you (insert name),
You are formally welcomed to attend the wedding of Sven Hearth and Renee Marchand which will be held in Metz in an Imperial day (( 10pm BST (current UK), 5pm EST Friday 16th )). Fine wine and other necessities at any wedding will be provided by His Lordship. Should you wish to attend, we will meet in Johannesburg, where the party will be lead south to the Ducal city of Metz with protection provided throughout. May the Creator bless your house as we hope for our matrimony to be blessed too.
Sven Hearth, 2nd Count of Hearth.

I've had the privilege, and sometimes displeasure, of knowing 6x for his entire lotc career. He can when he wishes create good rp, but he often deteriorates to slightly memey and "halt" style rp. Though when he does put effort into his own rp, it is easy to notice the difference and his ability to create both fun and interesting rp. I'm more than sure if 6x was accepted into the team, he would put more effort into his rp and thus would become a valuable member of the ED.

I have known Draeris for over a year, and he has not failed to attempt selfish acts (he sadly succeeded recently), which he fully knows hurts the community. He is a terribly sly, backhanded person.
Draeris also has a history of bias, another bias staff member is the last thing LOTC needs, although I feel he would fit in very well. -1

Vladimir Carrion would swivel around in his black leather chair, stroking his bunny rabbit Jon Horen. "Anjela Kovachevi will be at her knees when I cut off her precious oil."
