Even if races were being accepted, this just seems more like an existing race be it human, elf or such that has a birth defect or deformed and has mental restraints much like current people. This is already possible to role-play as with little difficulty.

Sorry for making this ooh post. But in recent weeks i was thinking about playing as a kha but have not seen a settlement or any kha.

 

If there aren't any so far would it be possible for me to start a small one? I tried almost every race in my tenure in lotc, but I would like to try kha as my main character for this map.

I don't think any experienced skinner who has the capabilities you want would just expect nothing in return. Most request minas for the skins they make.

Depends who you're dealing with some people may just add people with nothing to do with the situation just for the betterment of themselves for they may be a good writer or very argumentative.

We're not meant to argue on ban reports? No one and I mean no one has ever listened to that rule. Just one question on that, what happens if the person reported comes back with their own story that is a clear lie or blatantly false, are we not allowed to argue against it or speak judgement on it or should we just let a GM see which is better?

I haven't really read any posts prior to this so someone may have already brought this up, if so sorry and you can hide this comment. You say that poor villainy roleplay will be dealt with very harshly with one of the many options you stated in the original post. I am just skeptical about how this would work with newer players who may want to roleplay being a villain but lack server experience and may not be the best roleplayers, I know for sure I wasn't, so would these people be punished very harshly for trying out this type of roleplay and not being the best at? If so wouldn't this just make them feel bad about themselves and their ability to roleplay but alongside this also make some people quit playing altogether?
