Kinda sick of waiting for the Applications to be reviewed... Isn't it supposed to be only 24 hours? It's been alot more than that for some of the applications there.
Technically, Malinor is still a valid RP nation as it was never officially dissolved ICly, and the High Council never went before the Council to resign.
