  1. Accepted, :D Map Update will be posted soon.
  2. Birrh Event The city of Thelassia rises into the sky, the Monoliths power protecting Birrh’s own from being drained from the immense feat. The Monoliths instead are slowly depleting of power. As the internal decades and centuries pass, the Broken God speaks, ”Time is a funny thing here, Child of the Dimensions... It is the bringer of all ends here... In ways more than your simple mind may believe...” As the energy of the city is reduced to its peak minimum that the Monoliths can achieve, near but not at 0K, the dead have frozen stiff and the Broken God appears to be immobile. As the Broken God nears his immobile state, he speaks one last time ”Time is watched by many... Time is not the greatest threat you will face... The-re i-s buu-t on--e wh--o al-lll mu-ss-ttt fe--aa-rrr--....” Birrh’s logic holds that the Broken God can do no harm in this state, their physical form so reduced by the immense cold. Birrh descends into the now sky sanctum he had created, the tesseract form unhindered by the devastating cold. He surveys the situation carefully, knowing the essence of this being is bound to this world much more firmly than Birrh’s own essence, having come from another plane. There may yet be rules that Birrh does not understand in this universe’s laws. However, no such event occurs, the Broken God appears to out of time and out of physical manifestation. Birrh would find that the Broken God in this state, upon further analysis of the situation, is invulnerable. Something beyond reason shields the Broken God from further harm or change. Something Birrh cannot quantify within all known rules of this world. As Birrh observes the Broken God, the Monoliths begin to steam, their rock and runes begin to crack. Birrh’s calculation says it is impossible their power has been fully depleted or fully stressed to such an extent as of yet. Something else is wrong, an unseen variable. Birrh surveys the surroundings before realizing the fault, a figure had entered the sky prison, the only available source of the information being the runic sword stuck through the Broken God’s chest and the sound of it ripping upward, breaking the deeply formed frozen structure. A clear, clean line protrudes up the Broken God’s form as it falls forward. Behind it stands an older gentleman, human, appearing to be in his mid forties to early fifties. He has a salted black beard, short and kept. His eyes a deep green, but the attire dark and grim. He wears a black cloak, swarmed by apparitions and ghouls, as if fabricated by them. The ever shifting cloak would cause most to feel dread, yet that was to mere mortals. To god-like beings, it was the sword and eyes. The visibility of the sword the being held gave Birrh a sense of doom, a sense of death. Looking into their eyes he would feel dread, the first time he would ever feel it. The being looks at the Broken God’s fallen body. ”I’ve been wondering who caused a disturbance in my domain.” The voice sounds rough, but elegant in their use of words. They seem well seasoned in character and action. ”It would seem this little pest has caused another incursion on my domain of power, but it shall not again.” The being looks to Birrh directly, putting their sword in their open hilt under their cloak. ”It was quite some time ago that this little upstart caused problems, but they won’t be any longer. I gave them a warning once, and Death gives only one warning.” The being scans Birrh’s image, ”You aren’t from here, not at all... Tesseract, so I presume a Fourth Born Entity, Born being Dimension as you would call it, mere phrasing to us here.” The Monoliths begin to descend from the sky slowly, the stress of this being’s presence and the attempt to contain them, overwhelming themselves.
  3. Birrh Event: From the heights of the cliffs, Adelfa prays to Birrh, giving to him the name of the Feral God within the city, and she does so with caution and haste, as if a warning. ”They are named The Broken God, Overseer of Reckonings, hear me Birrh, for this creature is the one to fell the old gods of Thessilee! Word has come from Markus of Thessapoli, the old Archon. He says The Broken God is the one that fell the League of Thessileesus by undermining their gods one by one. Each attempted to claim the life of the Broken God, yet soon it was they who were driven to madness and fell upon their own blades. In the end of every war and battle, The Broken God has remained, even when its people are turned to ash.” Birrh ponders for a moment the words of Adelfa, informed by Markus of Thessapoli of this feral god. Though now the threat is heightened, Birrh cannot sacrifice the ground he has gained from the events that have taken place. The plague in the city is still ever present, regardless of the Arginite attempts to burn and bury it. Birrh calculates there is but one way to end the plague or hex, and that is to find and kill this Broken God. Birrh calls upon the name of the Broken God, the name echoing through Thessilee, chiming darker and darker as it dashes between the mountain sides. Though, nothing appears to happen. The powers of Birrh scour the city of Thelassia. All mortal men, the 251 that entered the city, perish under Birrh’s fury. Though, one would eventually appear to remain alive regardless of what hit them. The Scout, filled with arrow and thrown by boulders from the onagers has been tossed about, crushed into walls, and plowed through buildings, yet refuses to die. Birrh would notice this resistance as he hears the murmuring laughter of insanity in the ruins of a collapsed building. Slowly but surely, the scout emerges, bleeding, gashed, and broken. Bone exposed and an eye blackened by blood and swelling. The scout laughs and laughs as Birrh attempts to kill the mortal man repetitively. Eventually, Birrh’s calculation becomes certain. The Broken God stands before him. The Scout begins to speak, but there is no sound that comes for moments. The sound of a voice booms across the landscape of Thessilee, old, sickened, and mad, riddled with insanity, but noticeably intelligent. The scouts mouth moves out of sync with the words that are heard, as they come from the sky and beyond. Echoing against the mountains, the ground tremors gently with every passing word. ”Your attempt to bring to heel the land of Thessilee will not go unpunished.” ”Your attempt to undermine the rule of The Broken will not come to pass.” ”Your attempt to bring to heel the land of Thessilee will not go unpunished.” ”The Broken have stood long before you, child of the Dimensions.” ”Your attempt to undermine the rule of The Broken will not come to pass.” ”And we shall exist, long beyond your Death.” ”The Broken have stood long before you, child of the Dimensions.” ”There is no light to save you from your own self destruction.” ”And we shall exist, long beyond your Death.” ”And I shall be its herald, your Overseer of Reckoning.” ”There is no light to save you from your own self destruction.” ”You.” ”Will.” ”Fall.” From the final words of the Broken God’s speech, the city of Thelassia begins to shift and stir. Those dead from the plague begin to stir from their eternal slumber. The Dead have begun to rise.
  4. Ark The Arkelon’s are first overcome by the mental magics, but quickly adapt. The versatile race agrees to limit the practitioners via testing of capacity. Not all Arkelon’s can withstand the change in their mental stature, to perceive lone thought is maddening to some. A College is built on the island on the highest levels of Arkon, a College dedicated to the newfound discovery. The head of the College is known as Serene. Serene is the most prominent of the Arkelon’s in all manners, the greatest of experimenters, educators, and learners. They take charge of the organization of the institution to determine who is capable of learning mental magic and who it is best to avoid it or take long strides to achieve it. The city of Arkon blossoms from the advancement brought by mental magic, especially telekinesis. Serene begins development of levitating objects for transport, though it is a slow process. Serene, among a handful of others are known to have mastered the act of self thought. They are those within leadership roles within the city. Though their thoughts are separate from their fellow Arkelons, they are not free from Ark himself. All thoughts of the hive-minded race, and those of their individual states flow through Ark, as their minds are linked regardless of the new magic, and the link is a part of Ark’s power. The newfound individuality possible by the mental magic’s influence poises risks in most instances, especially since it is among the leadership most of all. Lust for power would be a likely first occurrence, however the presence of Ark in every thought made makes it impossible to achieve. Event: Ark and A’aus A shift within the leylines occurs, something protrudes into the magical world both Ark and A’aus control. ”Children... children of the gods live again... They cause a disturbance...” The flickering mirage of a dark cloaked figure standing in a spiraling downward cave erupts into the minds of the telepaths and of A’aus. Ark witnesses it through his children. Something would feel old pertaining to the being seen in the mirage. Old, yet not godlike, though something of them screams that their capacity is equivalent to one. ”Disturbance... leads to awakening... Awakening leads to tragedy... Tragedy leads to Death.... Careful now child gods... There is time when you are awake, and so there is time you are not... You see what lurks when you wake, but are oblivious to what is stalking the night...” With that, the mirage ends, but a pull to both A’aus and Ark emerges, a pull towards the Volcano peak in the center of the land. The people of A’aus directly below it in the sea lake. The Volcano begins to smoke.
  5. Arginite Events Thelassia held firm for nearly 8 months into the year long siege, but unannounced to the outside, the city was nigh on exterminated. A plague within the city had formed that causes madness and eventual death. The harsh circumstances bred a horrendous plague that grasped the city. The deserters the Arginites killed outside the walls were not fleeing hunger, but the agonizing death the plague brought, but the quick deaths left no way for the Arginites to know of the plague. The Feral God of the city knew it could not win the war when pinched against the sea, and so it had designed the plague to wipe the city to the ground, and hopefully, the Arginites. The Feral God knew Birrh was a god of logistics, and thus could anticipate possibility, but the likelihood of self destructive moves, Birrh would overlook. The Feral God’s plan would near succeed. On the month after the year long siege, people no longer leave the city. A scout is sent at night to infiltrate the city to assess its situation. Low and behold the scout witnesses the mayhem of the plague. Bodies and filth thrown about, the carnage immense as thousands lie dead in the streets, clawing at themselves and others, trying to free themselves of the plague. The scout does not comprehend there is a plague, as it shows no physical symptoms. But something irks the scout about the city, something feels... spiteful. The scout returns to the command tent of the siege, before Xeripides he stands and acclaims what he saw. ”Everyone within the city appears to be dead, driven to starvation faster than we anticipated is the only logical choice. At first I thought it might be a festering disease, yet there is no sign of such on the bodies that line the streets. Though, something feels strange there. It feels as if the land itself harbors nothing now, as if it is tainted, as if it is foul.” The scout gives his report before offering a hand to his commanding officer, whom accepts it. The General under Xeripides himself nods as the scout leaves. Moments later he feels a cold chill go through him. The plague had expanded beyond the city walls unseen, undetectable, biding its time. Only nervous ticks may be presented as the madness grows within those affected, though it will be some years before it is noticeable, the Feral God is not as naive or inconsiderate as one may believe. The scout walks out of the tent with a smile on their face, looking over the army of the Arginites. ”What a lovely day to be sane~” Thessapoli and Theapotis agree to Xeripides terms, however they refuse the trade of armaments on the advise of an old ruler of Thessapoli, Markus. Markus was the original Lord of Thessapoli, an elected ruler. He advised the two cities governance against trading armaments with the Arginites, as it perplexed him as to why they would. It had become clear with the desolation of Thelassia that Xeripides prefered war to negotiation, as his terms are unconditional on approach, lest there is conflict. The request by Xeripides to trade armaments seems odd, to arm his future opposition would be unwise for someone who lusts for war and conquest. Markus’ time as ruler of Thessapoli had taught him to be careful of an aggressive people’s offers. He had not maintained the city of Thessapoli in the past without mistakes being made and eventually learned from. From this, Thessapoli and Theapotis begin to man their armies, of which information is not widely known. The known force of their city guards pertain to 2,000 between the two cities. Every 1/5 citizens. It would be clear that while Markus lives, it would be dangerous to move against either city. But removing him could poise the same problem.
  6. Argenite Events: Thelassia refuses the threat of war by executing the emissary. No news reaches the Xeripides for some time. In place of the threat, their leadership declares the Arginites a foe, and Birrh an abomination. The port city closes the watergate leading into Arginite territory., sealing it with clay to prevent the acclaimed threat from the Arginites. The merchant ships of Thelassia and warships remain in the river Delta, the water current now dying out from the lack of the river flow. The river begins to flood in Arginite lands, causing crop-loss and struggling troop movement to reach Thelassia. A siege of Thelassia would prove troublesome. The guard of Thelassia was at a standard 800, but is increased by 300 to 1,100 at the Feral God’s call to war against the League of Arginites. Word of the League’s threatening nature is sent to the outlying city states, requesting aid. No aid is given for the time being, but Thessapoli and Theapotis express their concern. Portovunos, a weak city state declares a vote of the people. The vote is overwhelmingly for peace with the Arginites. They adhere to Xeripides terms, so long as the city may govern itself internally.
  7. The Arkelons grow steadfast in their mountainous homeland. Numerous settlements now stand, a full Democracy now in place, only capable by their hive mind like telepathy. The ability to communicate over any distance allows quick and precise decisions. The nation works in a complete unison of all designs and advancements. Hundreds of ideas given at once, and each understood precisely as it is meant. The Arkelon race feels the pull of A’uas, such a pull of telepathic origin they can understand. Their telepathy is not strong enough to communicate with A’uas. but they understand the message presented. At the center of the pull lies a magical energy, a place of learning for those who would seek to delve into mystic arts. It is near unanimously agreed that the practices would be useful, however they do not understand why the event occurred. They lack the knowledge that there are other gods. From this they anticipate it as a risk to practice such antics. Instead, a handful of Arkelons are selected to practice the arts they can decipher from the pull presented to them. Their aim is to understand the workings so they may develop their own. A Capitol city is built near the peak of the mountain, Arkon is the name it is given. A temple to Ark is constructed at the peak, a simple pillared topping, ((like stonehenge.)) is made there. It is referred to as the Ark of Archs. It is the only true city of the Arkelons, only small settlements exist here and there. All feeding their gains to the terraced city of Arkon. Arkon becomes a center-point of philosophy, advancement, and technology. The most advanced city in the current world, unannounced to them. However, their peace is brittle. There are no guards nor weapons in Arkon. The entire island has no need of death or violence. An attack on Arkon one day could prove fruitful. The city of Arkon enjoys nature and beauty of the natural world. Art is abundant, design in their structures and items nearly as important as the function. Though they hold no need for water, they have created irrigation systems in the city to create cascading waterfalls and water shined floors. They are masters of craft and development, but faultful for their lack of knowledge of war. Their collective will never anticipate to be attacked unless it is forewarned. But such an attach should be one in the attempt to wipe them out, for any who learn of their civilization will realize the danger of attacking and leaving any of them alive to ponder and communicate unseen. The walls of Arkon are more of beauty and strength than they are defense, there are no gates or doors in the city anywhere. Store houses bare and open. Everything is equally accessible to all. The population of Arkon becomes 4,800. Ark, god of the Mirror hears word of the calling of A’uas and immediately knows its origin. He leans back in a chair atop the mountain, looking Southward to the mainland. Though his children could not see, he could. The eyes of the Old God were keen and well adjusted to global sight. He could see the Ferals on the beaches and in the plains, he knew other gods had returned shortly before or after he did himself. It concerned him, though he feared for his people, he would not ruin their peace and tarnish their minds with the prospects of war. He knew it would one day come, but he would wait as long as he could before he ever told them to prepare for it. The Mirror God knew that the innocence of his children must be untouched and their minds focused for as long as possible. The Mirror was blinded much-so by the fog, but the mind of the Old God was as it always was. Above all, protect knowledge and the sanctity of it. ((Ark Map 1)) https://imgur.com/gallery/NcB6ap1 The Arkelons grow steadfast in their mountainous homeland. 8. Re’Juvena grew immensely during these last few years. The had founded the Capitol of Reigna, the Market city. The exports of this city to the rest were paramount to the national trade. Two more primary cities were developed as well, the Research and development city of Senu; and the produce city of Mori. Numerous counties were formed for mining, some in dangerous positions. A Copper county formed beneath the cliffs of the lower plateau entrance. A dangerous place given the Feral God movements in the lowlands surrounding it. A fort was constructed on either side of the plateau entrance, a basic wall constructed to restrict troop movement into the heartland of Re’Juvena and to provide a safeplace for the people of the Copper County. Its population is roughly 200-300. A Coal County and a Iron County were formed along the mountainside, a mountain thusly named “Mount Moara.” They send their goods to Reigna for trade and caravan export. Likewise of the Copper County to the south. Each hold a population of roughly 400-500. Two Lake Fishing Villages formed on the lake edge below the cliffs. Their populations roughly 200-300 each. An oceanfront Fishing Village formed to the northern edge of the cliffs on a lowland, manual elevators developed in Senu allowed the reaching of the area below. The oceanfront village population is roughly 500. 5 Total Forts have been constructed. The largest Fort is constructed in Reigna, the Capitol. Its walls encircle the heart of the city, with only two entrances. One to the East, one to the South. Both well guarded. 100 Men guard the forts walls and maintain peace in the city. 75 spear/swordsmen, 25 lookout archers. The second largest fort is built at the plateau entrance below Reigna, though the second largest, it is the most well guarded. A fully prepared stone wall has been erected from one end of the declining terrain to the other. The fort situated on the edge of the Western tip. 700 guards defend this fort. 500 swordsmen, 200 archers. The third and fourth forts reside on each end of the Southern Plateau entrance. The fourth being above the Copper County. 200 guards protect each fort and patrol the wall between them. 150 swordsmen and 50 archers each. The fifth fort is situated on a small island in the lake. 50 swordsmen, 75 archers, and 100 naval men defend it from prying Feral God ships in the waters. 225 guards total. The Capitol of Reigna reaches a population of 1,300. 400 of which work in the protective forces of the growing nation. Senu’s population reaches 1,100. 300 of which work in the protective forces of the growing nation. Mori’s population reaches 800, 100 of which work in the protective forces. The remainder of protective forces live in the outlying counties and villages. The Lake has been named, ”Garden’s Edge Lake” after Re’Moara’s Garden overlooking it. Total Populations: Reigna: 1,300 Senu: 1,100 Mori: 800 Copper County: 300 Coal County: 500 Iron County: 500 Lake Villages(2): 300 each Oceanfront Village: 500 Total: 5,600 National Guard: 1,225 Total Feral Encounter To the south of the lower plateau lie a lowland with numerous Feral Gods’ influence. They continually war with one another. Their years at war have made them powerful warriors, but the sanctuary of the plateau protected the Sentori from them. The high ground now protects the nation of Re’Juvena more than their numbers defending. The higher plateau of Reigna lies above another Feral God enclave of war. A warlike god has found residence there, ravaging the lands and harboring little growth. They are known to be cannibalistic and desecrate the dead of their foes and their own by devouring them when hungry. Local innocents of the region flock to Reigna’s southern fort, crying out for help against the stone wall. In the attempt to aid as many as can be helped, the leadership of Reigna allow refugees to enter. Most or basic humans with a rarity of spectacle races. Reigna has deemed nearly 200 refugees enter their territory for protection from the carnage below. (Totaled in the population.) Opinions in Reigna have heightened regarding the Feral Gods to the south, the population favors the removal and subjugation of the peoples there. Prayers are offered to Re’Moara for guidance. The leadership of merchants and wisemen in Reigna have their prayers answered. Re’Moara hears prayers overheard by the children whom she plays with and teaches. She hears them speak of their mothers and fathers who have witnessed the chaos the feral gods bring. Her face turns empathetic as she hears the tales. She bids the children return home as she vanishes from their sight. She is unseen by any of her people as she walks through Reigna. She looks for and follows the refugees of the south. She frowns as she hears the savagery of the peoples there. Her eyes begin to change color as she is filled with anger. From a bright, vibrant and youthful yellow and green. They turn dark, blackened, purple and reddish. A voice echoes across Re’Juvena, sounding from the Garden of Re’Moara. None are present in the Garden after her dismissal of them all, but this voice is not the one her people know. This is the voice of another, the voice of someone else that beams from the statue. It seems to be masculine in nature, powerful and angered. It is heard throughout the plateau lands, and ranges across the heights of the lowlands of the feral gods. ”The feral will fall. The aching of the hearts of twig and grass have resonated to my own. The feral Will Fall.” Though the people of Re’Juvena know it to not be Re’Moara’s voice, they feel a connection to it. They feel that it is a part of her, and she a part of it. Feral Conquest After the voice of the Unknown echoes through the land, the heirachy of Reigna begins preparation of conquest. Conquest not of gain, but of savior and morality. A Conquest of Cleansing. The garrison of Reigna moves to the Twin Forts, referred to as The Twins. There, they group with the garrison located there and begin moving into the Feral Lowlands. The warriors sent out feel a vigor of strength and rage, an essence of an angry god lurking within them. Though outnumbered in numerous of the battles that take place, the Sentori people are victorious. It takes months to clear the lowlands of the savage natured feral peoples. They save whom they can, those of kindred spirits, sparing all children, infants, and mothers whom protected their children. Of the 300 soldiers sent, only 56 fail to return home. But the numbers brought back to Re’Juvena territory are immense. 244 National Guard return, but near 700 refugees, freed slaves, and wisemen return with them. The Feral Lowlands are cleared of the Feral populations for the time being, but already the Ferals of the Northern Lowlands have begun to move into the empty southern extension. It will not be long before it is overrun by the overwhelming Northern Ferals. Population (estimate) 6,350 total, roughly of which are 900 refugees. Updated Re’Juvena Map: https://imgur.com/gallery/NcB6ap1 ((I advise everyone to add me on discord or mail me so I can add you. I’m going to be making a FRP Discord Server for maps etc to be posted in and sent of each individual land.))
  9. With my latest post, Round Two of turns has begun. As you will see, several gods have been limited in capacity by an unknown force. This forces Birrh into our plane of existence and it alone. He is now trapped from his other worldly planes. His knowledge of what may have come to pass, is no longer in play. With his detachment from his home-plane, so is he detached from any such knowledge and foresight. His physical manifestation also now depends on the faith provided by his followers. His physical state is also hindered by this, his fourth dimension aspects will begin to fade over time and he will take a more three dimensional form. But this may take many turns to occur, or Birrh may do so quickly if he so chose. Only by gaining immense faith and using his strength to maintain the fourth dimensional form, will he be able to sustain it. But this would weaken him over time by actively doing so. All gods are also limited in their physical feats of interaction. Forming of structures of immense size etc are no longer possible by the gods for the time being. Their faith is not enough to conjure enough strength for such anymore. Repaiup is not capable of sustaining himself with the life force of every day life anymore. This is a powerful trait and thus had to be limited to a fair and just capacity. Only a species Repaiup creates in order to worship him will now sustain him, he must make a race within 2 turns or he will fade into another deep sleep and be eliminated from the game. The capacity of the Mirror Realm of Ark is limited via the hindrances placed upon time and space. The Mirror no longer has a clear depiction of the current world or the past and future world. A’uas is not the only source of magic in the world, but is the only known potential one at this time by the races. That is when they finally come in contact with him they will believe him to be the only one. This also defines to other players that making magic is possible, however it is EXTREMELY taxing on your god to create and to maintain it. A’uas will be the only viable magic source for the mortal races for many years to come, enough time to stabilize a healthy following that will not leave for another. With your posts for next turn, be sure to post the status of your first city/village, the populations will roughly equate to 5,000 each. This will be many years after the previous round. Be sure to define a food source, what materials they choose to construct with, basic ideology your people will go for, and what your god plans to do next. And above all remember, your god must have an active influence within your peoples’ lives, or they will falter in their belief of you and you will begin to lose power. It is essential that you create a religious fervor in your population that is maintainable. If it is suspected your faith is not enough via your lack on influence, the Story Masters will provide events to your nation that will seek to overthrow you, making it harder for you to survive. If you have any questions, please mail me or send me a message on Discord. Discord would be much easier for me to access. My Discord is KaunPrime#4804
  10. Round Two of Posts Power Maintenance Events: (Events to moderate equal strength and ability) Birrh: The Lord of Forms would find something immense in strength bind him to the world. Birrh had known of a fog within time and space of this plane of existence, but overlooked its potential. The fog that cannot be pierced would seem to be the hindrance, too great for Birrh to ever imagine overcoming. The formation is bound to the world and the meager planes directly attached to it, minor realms of which only Gods may reside for periods of time before they must return to the world. A’uas: The powerful god would reside within their slumber for but a short duration before a cloudiness began to fog their vision and strength. Something with control beyond their imagining bound their power and restricted it. A’uas would now feel that other forms and ways of magic do exist, however have yet to be unlocked by others. This would come about from the awareness of A’uas becoming more active, the longer he resides in the world, but now bound by this mysterious fog. Repaiup: As the god enters the physical world from their slumber, a sickness befalls all plant life, though it is not of their doing. A fog rolls across the landscape during the night, it seeps into the plants and animals. The god Repaiup no longer gains strength from everyday natural life be it plant or flesh. Only the life and faith of followers will give Repaiup power. Repaiup would find they may bring up a life form and create a species to worship them, but only the few they create will give them strength. ((Explanations of the above limitations are listed in a recent post.)) Re’Juvena slow grows, the population reaching near 500 after a few years time. The people have become a village on the highest plateau, it is named Re’Juvena, the Court of Re’Moara. They develop farming techniques and begin to settle a permanence in the region. The goddess’ statue lies within a field garden of which a unique plant grows, a deep violet color stem with bright white petals that glow at night. The goddess’ childish form plays within the garden, the children of Sentori people often play with her there, they laugh and dance and enjoy their days. The ties to the goddess grow strong and apart of every day life to her people. She garners much strength from them, but only on occasion uses it. She uses it to perform miracle work within her village, saving children or mothers doomed to die in child birth, or give life to children of which would have never been born with their eyes open, their lungs ready to cry out at the air. Re’Moara watches her civilization grow as she teaches their youth ethics and morality, the purpose of their lives and the life of all things, even herself. She becomes a pure-hearted idol for her people, a gentle soul with immense potential. They praise her for her will of restraint and heart of courage. The watchful eye would notice the unique flowers within the garden glow brightly when someone or some thing dies within the night. It becomes tradition to bury the dead things and people within the garden. The flowers would appear to take root wherever a body is buried, growing quickly and strongly, as if something is reclaiming what was. Re’Juvena quickly approaches a population of 1,000. They developed farming techniques and irrigation to water the farmland. The first permanent shelter is built of clay fired brick. It is the first granary. Faith in Re’Moara is strong due to her every day impact on her children, but her ever present behavior does use strength, due to this, she is not as strong as she would be had she been incorporeal to them. Ark looks across the Mirror plane as he senses a figment moving across the world one night. He shivers having felt it long before, but he could not recall from which horror of the past. His memory faded over millenniums within the Mirror. He felt the fog-like obstruction push against the Mirror’s capacity, but failed to hinder the Mirror itself. But he felt its influence obscure visions of time and space. The Mirror was impossible to be attacked without knowing what it truly was and where it came from, but what the Mirror interacts with can be limited, thus limiting the Mirror as well. A mirror is only as clear as the glass before it. The Arkelon’s develop multiple residences in the mountain at the cave entrances. Scattering across the island, often dozens of miles apart, the population grows to near 400. They develop mining with haste, constructing stone carved houses in the mountain sides. Their means of reproduction resides within a crystal embedded in their chest. When two crystals of loving souls come together, a third crystal is formed between them. Arkelons have little need of food or water, but they strongly depend on electrical or thermal energy. They often rest in the sun, or pray for a storm with powerful lightning and electrical fields. An Arkelon never dies unless its power is drained and not recharged, or its means to store power is damaged. Ark answers the prayers of his people time and time again to shift the tides of the weather to conjure a storm to pass over the island. One day he hopes to create a permanent fixture of a storm above the island. World Events: --All populations roughly equivalent to 1,000, save that of A’uas. A’uas is yet to obtain followers, but will in the next turn. --All populations create a fixed point of influence for their god. A temple or such is constructed and made the center point of your early civilization. --The fore mentioned gods in the post are limited in their capacity by an undeniable force that cannot be shifted. Any attempt to do so is like swatting their hand at a dense fog, it does nothing. --All civilizations have a bountiful harvest of food and material for the first few dozen years of their beginnings. This boosts the upcoming turns population growth immensely. --Faith becomes more important in your gods’ survival. Should your people fail to worship you, you will begin to fade. Active interaction and answering of prayers will gain you more faith. Round Two Begins:
  11. Ark’s eyes slowly flicker open, the world around him glittering into existence. The old and tired god had awoken once again. He looked across his plane of existence, the Mirror. A sheltered realm that only he could access. He had long been safe here from the threats of the outside. But something within him told him he should try to delve into the world once again. The old god waved his hand and the Mirror realm shifted, showing him a mountain range island among numerous more islands. He clenches his fist and is suddenly present on the island. He stands atop the peak of the mountain, looking across the landscape. Ark bends down and feels the ground, he senses quartz, a familiar material within the heart of the mountain. He places his hand gentle upon the stone before muttering indescribable words. The stone beneath his hand begins to burn, marking into stone where his hand laid. He mutters once again, “Come forward my children of old, rise from the solid heart of this beating mountain. Awaken as I have to build and grow, to learn and create as I have. Rise.” Ark stands from his place, he tilts his head until it creaks and pops. He sighs as he clenches his fist and vanishes into the Mirror. Below the mountain, within its caves and cracks, the first Arkelons begin to emerge from the stone. Their bodies part of the very ground. They speak to one another from opposing ends of the mountain, their minds all connected as one. They contemplate and scout away from one another in order to find the best suited location to settle.
  12. ~First posts are your God(ess)’s awakening post and creation of your race in your land. Mine can be used as a sort of guide, but note that each God is unique to your style of roleplaying it. Re’Moara is a split Goddess as you will read, yours likely is not. If you have any questions, feel free to message me.~ Re’Moara yawns as she awakens. The childlike Goddess looks around her, she lies within a cave. She stands and walks out of it into a small forest surrounded by hills, sitting upon a grand plateau. She smiles and giggles as she pranced down into the hills. She chases butterflies and rabbits for her first day. As she returns to the cave for nightfall, she notices a statue of sorts presiding above the entrance. She had not noticed it prior. She tilts her head at it before doing a simple wave of ‘hello.’ She sighs at the lack of response before going into the cave for the night. She watches the meager life within the cave until day break. As day comes once again, she exits the cave. Outside the cave, the monolithic statue has moved, she is confused for a moment before shrugging and returning to her play. She wanders into the hills once again, but in the distance notices the statue. She is cautious but curious as a child, she approaches it. As she reaches the statue, she notices it holds its hand down towards the ground, down to her height. Within its palm is a seed. She looks at the statue and then to the seed, she slowly takes the seed, cautious the statue may move. Nothing happens as she takes it. She looks over the seed, raising her eyebrow. Nothing seemed to be special about it. She looked at the statue before saying unto it: “You want me to plant it, don’t you?” She looks at the ground before digging a small hole and placing the seed within, covering it. “There. Your seed is planted, my strange friend.” She puts her hands behind her back as she notices night has come. She heads back to the cave to watch the luminescent cave-life. On the third day of her awakening, she returns to the statue to see a field of gargantuan flowers has grown. Each with a pod of sorts, within a seemingly humanoid figure. Re’Moara looks to the statue, of which is now kneeling within this seeming Garden of Eden. She turns to one of the pods and places her hand on it. She feels what is within and its purpose. Feeling life of purpose once again, the young Goddess’s memory of what she is returns. She is the Goddess of Rebirth, of Rejuvenation. She is the reincarnatator of life after death. She places her forehead against the pod and speaks, “Be born, my friend.” And the pod lowers to the ground, all of them seemingly begin to do so. They then hatch, no more than 10 pods open. Out come the first of Re’Moara’s race, the Sentori. She looks to them as they gather together, they look to her for guidance. “Seek to expand and grow my friends, grow and achieve much. I am Re’Moara, Goddess of Rebirth, and here I have given you life from the dust. Go and create more of your kind, build homes and eat well in this land. Be bountiful and pure of heart, integrity. Do so, have faith in me, and I shall reward you and your children to come.” But the voice was not that of a child, but a wise woman, and it exited from the statue. Re’Moara now recognizes her connection to the statue, that she and it are one in the same. She is the sentience, and the statue her power. Within the chest of the statue begins to glow a green gem of emerald. She smiles as she remembers this connection. Re’Moara looks to her creations as they wander off to do her wishes and begin their civilization. She turns to the statue and smiles as the day ends.
  13. With 7 characters played, we will begin the roleplay soon. Please everyone watch the RP post.
  14. Accepted. Would you like to make a Race App as well? Normal humans have difficult surviving deserts in a thriving manner. You could create a kin to Human that is more adapted.
  15. Looking for about 2 more people for this FRP.
