In-Character Information Character’s name: Lethorn Sodis Character’s gender: Male Character’s race: Wood Elf Character’s age: 58 years old Biography (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): Lethorn Sodis was born in 1432 in the town of Luminaire, Athos, from Epen Sodis(mother) and Fortest Sodis(father). Both his parents worked as leather workers, creating leather bags and travel packs. As a child, he had a large interest in the local library, and all of its readings, but he had a particular interest in maps. As he grew older and allowed to stray farther from his home, he had mapped out local areas and discoveries of his. His interest kept growing and growing, until he came of the age 22. At this age, he left in order to adventure and discover new things in the world. After finding out about the Door of Eternity, a light grew in his eyes. A whole new world to explore, map, and see! He quickly traveled to it, waiting until the day when the door would be opened. In 1457, at the age of 25, while helping fight off the Black Scourge, he traveled through the door. After traveling through two more lands, the Fringe and Thales, he had finally landed in Athera in 1468. From there, he spent around 10 years exploring and mapping areas he had found. He made a small wooden home in the forests of Atheria, where he came back to after expeditions and stored his huge collection of maps. In 1478, when traveling to the Druids Grove, he encountered a very small Spined Feasel, who was only about the size of a leather bag. The creature had been chomping on some tree roots, and did not see Lethorn. Remembering reading of the appeal of Nightlock to Spined Feasels and remembering he had obtained a few for emergencies, he had presented them to the creature. After the creature had noticed and eaten them, Lethorn returned to walking, leaving the creature be. Instead of running, the creature had followed him. Lethorn, being the kind-hearted man he was, decided to take the creature as a pet, and named him Ricket. From then on, the creature had accompanied him in his adventures, riding either on his shoulder or in his pack most of the time. In 1489, his house had caught fire from a storm. He was forced to evacuate, leaving behind everything but a few essentials and Ricket. With all of his work destroyed in the fire, he travels aimlessly, looking for a new purpose. Personality Traits: +Kind-hearted: Lethorn’s most noticeable trait, he is always a very sweet person to be around. He usually does not indulge in verbal fights of any sort. +Adventurous: Lethorn is always looking for new things to learn and see, and strives to do so on everything he does. +Intelligent: Lethorn is known to be very smart, and it shows with his vocabulary and general knowledge in anything. -Absent-minded: Lethorn is easily side-tracked, and cannot keep focus on something for very long before switching focus. -Gullible: Lethorn is easily taken advantage of, and has trouble catching lies. -Combat-lackluster: Lethorn is not a valuable teammate for battle, because of his opposition of violence unless completely necessary.
