The elf moved in choreographed silence, drawing papers and files from shelves to transfer to others. As signed on the 6th of The Deep Cold, 1721 | The Passing of Gellar’s Beacon This pact hereby entails the principles to an accord agreed upon by the Holy Orenian Empire and the Concord of Llyria, to be adhered to by both their respective civilians and military alike.
