Ok so something similar to vampires does technically exist, but I don't believe anybody capable of actually transferring that plague exists at the moment (90% sure about that) so i'd get into contact with an LM to try and resurrect that if you want to. I don't believe lycanthropy is currently a thing, but you could always write lore for it and submit it.
