Are there any rules that confuse you or don’t make sense?: No. How did you find out about Lord of the Craft?: I was looking for a roleplay server online and found it on this website: minecraft-server-list.com Definitions What is roleplaying?: Roleplaying is when someone changes the way they act to take on a certain role. What is metagaming?: Metagaming is when a player uses knowledge that their character shouldn't know, (which they gained from out of character), for personal gain/advantage. What is powergaming?: Powergaming is when a player basically jumps to conclusions without letting the other player getting a turn to react. For example: "John sliced off Bens arm" is powergaming and unfair "John swings his sword at Bens arm" is good. In-Character Information Character’s name: Jack Forestwood Character’s sex: Male Character’s race: Human Character’s age: 24 Biography: Jack Forestwood was born in the small farming town of Werdenberg in Athera, sometime late spring, 1501. Jack's mother died during childbirth, so he lived alone with his father, who was a hunter. Jack's father taught Jack as much as he could including how to read and write. Most days, Jack would come out hunting with his father where he soon became very skilled at sneaking, tracking and shooting. At the age of 14, Jacks home was attacked by the giant beast worm. Jack and his father made their way to the port to try escape, but during the chaos, Jack lost sight of his father and entered the port alone. He looked around for his father but he was nowhere to be seen. Jack boarded the a ship and left Athera with hopes that his father would have already left without him. He entered Vailor with nothing exept the clothes on his back and a small amount of gold. Jack asked many people about his father but no one saw him. Jack was running out of money fast. He did what ever honest work he could but it was never enough. Jack had to turn to a life of crime to survive. He became a street urchin for a few years, stealing when ever he got hungry. Occasionally, Jack would get into fights with other orphan boys over food. The years past slowly but they taught him many skills such as stealing, pickpocketing and picking locks. A few years later, Jack had saved enough to buy a bow and a few arrows. At first, his shooting skill was a bit rusty, but soon he became better than before. Jack became a hunter. He caught and sold meat and furs for a living. Although, after a while, Jack felt like his life needed more meaning. He wanted to stop being a simple hunter and start an adventure for himself. And so, at age 24, he did. With some gold, a bow and arrows and the clothes on his back, his adventure starts.
