Character’s name: Zarserith Character’s sex: Male Character’s race: Human Character’s age: 32 Biography (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): There was a boy, his name, was Zarserith. His father's name was Derelivis, his mother's name was Ath'ralia. They were a simple family, they lived in a small cabin outside of Oren, and just like their simple cabin, they lived a simple life. His father was 1 of 3 occupations, depending on the season. When it was a little warmer, he'd be a farmer or a fisherman, once it started to get colder, he'd be a Hunter, it varied. Zarserith always wanted more, his mother always reminded him how special he was but he never felt like it, he wanted to live a life of adventure, a life of slaying monsters and beasts, a life of legendary feats, but sadly never could. On Zarserith's 12th birthday, his father taught him how to fish. On his 15th, he taught him how to hunt. And on his 16th he taught him how to farm. He told him one day he'd have to be the man of the house, he didn't know what he meant at first, he'd always think to himself "But you're already the man of the house father.." His life continued on, staying very much the same, no thrill, no adventure, just.. fish farming and hunting. The only real thrill he got was on the hunt. Seeing how sad his son was, Derelivis went to the market and bought a Wooden Sword from a merchant, he returned home and Zarserith's eyes lit up with excitement. That night, they taught each other how to use a sword. From that point on Zarserith would do nothing but practice, his parents would have to scold him endlessly to do chores so he didn't end up chopping off his own arm. Unfortunately, all this joy came to a quick halt the day that Zarserith finally understood his father's words. That day, his father was apprehended for stealing from the Holy Oren Empire, and sentenced to life in Prison. He tried to resist, he grabbed his son's sword and swung it at the guards, he was killed shortly after. The guards ignited their cabin in flames before they left, leaving Zarserith without a father, and without a home. He and his mother wandered for days, looking for anybody who would help them. Nobody did, Zarserith used what his father taught him, and what few resources he had left, to hunt. It still wasn't enough. They wandered for days, starving, lost, afraid, and cold. They were walking towards a trail when his mother collapsed, pale as snow. He heard a nearby caravan, ran out in it's way to stop them, and asked for their help. He payed them everything he had just to take them to the next stop. He sat in the back, mother dying in his arms from sickness, wondering how he'd survive. His mother died before they even made it to the next stop. He thanked the people on the caravan, and together they buried his mother. Before he set off back on his caravan, he gave Zarserith a piece of bread and a small amount of minas. Zarserith thanked him and set on his way. Zarserith would go on to become a successful Hunter and Fisherman, but far from rich. He saved his minas for years upon years, until he was 31, where he used almost all of them to make the custom armor that he wears to this day. It is unknown what Zarserith truly plans to do, and he doesn't plan to share it with anyone. He has become a very mysterious and dangerous man, but not a hero. Not yet. Personality Traits: Mysterious, Strong-willed, Stubborn Ambitions: Becoming a legend, and making his parents proud. Strengths/Talents: Has mastered the art of the blade, and has stayed in peak physical condition all his life. Fearless, will not go down without a fight. Honestly, I think werewolves would fit right in with the rest of the lore, this is the perfect kind of world for it. Plus, who doesn't love werewolves? Leave your thoughts down below

Browsing for servers, it looked interesting. I LOVE rp, so when you say you're the #1 rp server, I'm genuinely interested. What is metagaming?: Well, it's similar to breaking the fourth wall, and kinda is. It's basically having your character know things that he/she should have absolutely no way of knowing. The boy had a father, his father's name was Derelivis, No Nightmares. The boy also had a mother, her name was Ath'ralia, No Nightmares. All his life the boy was taught to stand up for himself, despite the fact that they lived in a calm, secluded cabin in the forests, No Nightmares. His mother was a baker, his father was a former monster hunter, now just a friendly farmer, No Nightmares. The boy was often judged and bullied for how different he was, which got him into fights and trouble constantly, No Nightmares. When the boy turned 18, his father taught him how to make a simple wood sword, and helped him do it, No Nightmares. The boy and his family lived a quiet life, which bothered the boy, he wanted thrill, excitement, to explore and slay monsters, No Nightmares. One day, he got what he wanted, except not the way he'd hoped... His father was killed by an old enemy from his monster hunting days, Nightmares. This forever changed the boy, and left his mother in despair, More Nightmares. Soon after the boy had moved on, his mother was killed by some horror from the Void... that was the boy's 20th birthday, More Nightmares. After that the boy sold everything he possessed except for his father's old cloak, his sword, and some food and water, before setting off on a slow journey for redemption, More Nightmares. The boy became a monster hunter, just like his father, and accomplished many feats he was certain his father would be proud of, Still Nightmares When the boy turned 28, he lost his right eye to a very large Spider he was hunting, Still Nightmares. When the boy turned 31, he was out hunting a pack of Venators which had reportedly been terrorizing a nearby village, when he saw a strange, dim, purple light appear, the orb shined bright, the boy walked up to touch it, when he did, there was a bright flash as it exploded, the boy was in searing pain as something dug into his bones and nerves, when he stood up, his vision was now a tint of purple, and much sharper, ALL of his senses were sharper now, he looked for some form of mirror or reflective surface to see what had happened, he found a small pond, and saw, horrified, what he was... right before he lost control and it all went black. No More Nightmares, For He Had Become The Nightmare. Personality Traits: Mysterious, Self-conflicted, inside he's still a fighter, but that attitude is now shrouded, when he gets close to someone, he'll stop at nothing to protect them. If you manage to get close to him, he's a kind-hearted, stressed person just looking for redemption for the death of his parents. Ambitions: To avenge his parents, slay the monsters that roam the night, get rid of his.. Darker (hint hint) side.. and become a legend. Strengths/Talents: Absolute MASTER of the blade, has fought all his life, so he's very good in combat. He knows how to survive in the harshest landscapes, and has a heroic, "Never Back Down" mentality which is shrouded by his mysterious and quiet nature. I was just looking about on Minecraft Servers and saw that the banner said "#1 Minecraft Roleplaying Server", and I was genuinely interested. He thought nothing was impossible, just improbable, and strove for greatness and to overcome any obstacle put in his way. But when his father, a strong-willed monster hunter named Derelivis, was killed by the very same worshippers of Iblees who he had fought since Zarserith's birth, and when Zarserith's mother, Ath'ralia, was dragged away by a monstrosity from the Void shortly after, he has started down a trail of despair and darkness. Now, Zarserith seeks vengeance and retribution for the death of his family, by stopping the forces of evil, and creatures of the night. Personality Traits: Mysterious, Strong-willed, Conflicted, Vengeful, Clever Ambitions: Avenging the death of his parents, and becoming a legend Strengths/Talents: Has fought all his life, and mastered the art of the blade. Weaknesses/Inabilities: His strong will and his refusal to give up often leads him to make bold, risky, and dangerous choices. This often leads him to do foolish things and shut out logic.
