Ever pasted all the chests as donation chests below the shop, as a visual guide for people - but still, thank you anyway for that.

I know. That's where I got these screenshots from. However, I can't stand the system as it is. Running from chest to chest is difficult for me to get a full visual. I need to be able to see all the heads and compare some from different chests. That is why I did this -- for people who would rather see them more than just in a chest or look at two different ones side by side.

  4. I don't know if this is floating around anywhere, but I am a very visual person. Here's the best I can do right now for a visual guide.

If any GMs want to help me go through one by one and let me get an actual screenshot of each head for a doc, let me know.

  5. [!] A flyer is hung throughout Sutica detailing the job positions available.

    xcEJfrO.png

We are seeking cooks and farmers to aid us in our goal to feed those in need!

Should you wish to aid a noble cause, send a message to Ashton Gallic.

We can pay our cooks 25 minas per week to begin. Sutica also gives out free homes and has no taxes, so you need not worry about where you will live or how you will eat. We will feed our workers as well.

Farm positions: We will sort out a deal to pay you per load or double load.

Please understand, we are a non-profit organization aimed at helping the poor and destitute. We do not have much money to spare, but we will do our best.

We are located in the central square of Sutica.

    Blessed be.

OOC Information: I have two accounts. MorriSaye and MorriBae. Message me on one of those, and we can meet up ICly.

When I say load or double load, I am referring to chest or double chest.

This is an RP heavy position, or at least, it should be. I'm also looking for people to come by and eat at his location.

It's basically a tavern, but free. Come visit.

  6. I joined in Vailor, so I don't really have much of an opinion over which map was best or which one had the greatest lore.

I think, in terms of looks, Axios is amazing. It's gorgeous. I love exploring and finding the absolutely incredibly made things.

That being said, I feel like it's too large. Everyone is spread out. I liked the size of Vailor. That having been said, I think fast travel was a big part of why I feel so strongly about Vailor's size. I was lazy. I took fast travels everywhere.

I was one of the people that really rooted for a bigger map before Axios made its debut. I thought having larger areas would cut down on raids, helping people build up and have more time for peaceful RP. I was wrong. It's worse than ever, and we're so spread out that it's hard to get help. Smaller groups are hounded repeatedly, sometimes multiple times per day by the same one or two people. It's frustrating.

Also, with the larger map, it enables players who want to conquer huge areas and make their own settlements. However, these areas go dead within a short period of time, as it spreads things too thing and causes people to have a hard time finding any RP. This was an issue in Vailor in some places as well, even with fast travel.

I would love to see a smaller, well thought out map. Something with the beauty of Axios, but the size of, perhaps, Anthos? I believe that's the one I hear so much about. I think less focus on size, tiles, and land disputes would be good for the overall RP atmosphere. Instead, focusing the map on beauty, closeness, and main settlements would be more enjoyable.

I feel like the current map has more appeal to the PVP heavy, Civilization fans. For the rest of us, we're just trying to RP and survive.

    Just now, Omar Grimmer'Lak said:

Does anyone have Asulon, Anthos, and Vailor world downloads? I have Athera.

I'd love to see Athera if you could share. If you (or anyone else reading this) can get their hands on Vailor and Anthos, I'd like to see those as well.

  7. Hello, hello! I'm Morgana's mama.

If you'd like to talk to me on Skype, add me at mcmorrisaye. We can go over some character information, see how we get on, that sort of thing. This character has an extensive family, and we're all active, dedicated players with a lot of backstory and fun stuff.

Oliver is an archdruid currently. Ashton is a guide/ex-archdruid. Toren was an archdruid and hierophant. A lot of important Druids in the family. Pretty much every direct family member is or was a Druid.

If you want more information or to get to know each other, send me a message!

  8. ((Thank you for letting me watch and laugh hysterically at Greek going into the SAME circle for 45 minutes. I loved it. This was truly an amazing trial. I'm terrified for my own trial to come.

To Greek -- Congratulations on becoming a cleric!

Squirt -- You've done an amazing job writing this post. You make the Cleric stuff extremely fun and interesting. Even just hearing the basic thought behind this task when Greek was doing it, it was fantastic. I loved reading this. No matter how terrified I am of my trial, I also look forward to it.))

  9. Quinn paced around the lower floor of her small home. Several papers were scattered about her desk. None of them seemed to get very far beyond one common bit: the title in the center of each page.

    On Purity

    An Opinion Piece

    By: Quinn M. Faberry

She quickly made her way back to her writing space once more to begin another attempt at her paper.

When asked what purity means to me, I really didn’t know. Those questions are still ringing in my ears. What is purity? Who decides what is pure in the world? What does it mean to protect that purity? There is so much to consider, and it’s all quite personal.

These words hit the page with ease. She huffed as the rest didn't follow suit quite as quickly as she had hoped.

"What do I believe? What if I'm wrong?"

She kept repeating the base questions to herself under her breath, over and over as if rehearsing them would somehow make the answers easier to come by. Her eyes stayed fixed on the paper. She tapped her pen repeatedly on the desk, shaking out bits of ink and making a mess. Quinn didn't seem to notice or care. The results of this nervous habit were not as important in her mind as getting her trapped thoughts out onto the page.

She quickly shifted her pen over to the paper and began trying to write again, only to realize she had exhausted all its contents on the desk. A loud, frustrated groan vibrated in her throat as she refilled the inkwell.

Once the pen hovered over the page, ready to document her continued thoughts, Quinn sighed deeply and closed her eyes. She concentrated on the feeling rather than the exact words she wanted to portray.

A moment later, her eyes fluttered open and the words finally made their way out into the world.

In my personal opinion, purity is when things are as they should be. Okay, who decides that? If I were to wield the light of Tahariae, would it be in my right to use my best judgement to decide what is pure? Perhaps it’s Tahariae that decides what is pure, and I am to trust in my faith to guide me in enforcing his judgments.

Thinking on it more, I believe the world decides. Everything was one way. It was created that way and should stay that way. The evils of the world corrupt things and change them to something they shouldn’t be.

Iblees is one of the most notable examples. He tainted the world, raised undead, and cursed all of the Descendants. He corrupted what was once pure and twisted it to his suit evil desires. To this day, undead, monstrous abominations roam the world, leaving a horrid scar on what is natural and beautiful.

I believe nature decides what is pure. That is further expanded upon by Tahariae’s words and tenants. To protect that purity, we must fight against the ones who wish to taint it, and we must lead others towards the same goals as our own. Together, the Clerics stand against the darkness that wishes to take hold of all that is righteous in the world.

Quinn set her pen into its holder. She still felt like what she had written was...unfinished. She read the words over again, then read them aloud. She paced about the room with the writing in her hands. Something was lacking.

"Where do I fit into this? What is my roll supposed to be?"

She stopped in her tracks and stared at the bottom of the paper. This was exactly what was missing. She had written her thoughts on who purity is and what clerics do to protect it. However, she had failed to address what her purpose was in the grand scheme of it all.

Quinn rushed back to her desk and grabbed her pen. No hesitation was around this time to make her second guess herself. Her hand flew across the page, marking down the final thoughts she had on the matter.

That is what I wish to do as well. I feel my place in all of this is to fight against the evils of the world, to heal others, and to protect the innocent people. I wish to provide them with sanctuary from the taint that would corrupt their souls while guiding them down the better path.

With her final edition added, Quinny sat back in her chair and looked nervously at the finished product.

"Is it good enough? If it's not, then I am not good enough."

One final sigh was released before she stood and moved out of her house, paper in hand. Regardless of what was to come from what she had written, she was ready to turn it in and face her judgement.

"Onward to Lilyana, then. I will pass this assignment. I will get my next one. I am good enough."

Her repeated self-assuring talk came in the form of muttering the entire way from her house in South Fields to the palace of Sutica. She stood outside the gate while the last of her nerves were quelled with the gentle affirmations.

From this point,  Quinn's fate as a potential Cleric was in her teacher's hands.

  10. Quinn pops up out of Sutica, excitement in her eyes. "I could be absolutely rich," she says to herself. She takes a wheelbarrow full of minas and begins down the road to find the Bank of Malin.

She then gets stopped by just about every person she knows and dragged back to Sutica while being called an idiot.

  11. I cannot accurately put into words how often I have dreamt of blood magic somehow working in junction with Druidism. I do not play non-deity magics just due to preference. Since blood magic could never enhance my Druidism, I looked at it longingly, thinking of how amazing it would be to incorporate an element like that into the already existing Druidic gifts.  I am quite pleased with what you've put forward, and I can only hope that it'll be passed through. I appreciate the effort that has gone into this deeply.
