Character’s name: Avel Zukri Character’s sex: Male Character’s race: Heartlander ( Human ) Character’s age: 23 Biography (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): Avel was born to a long-standing family of tailors in Douchy of Courland. His childhood was nothing spectacular. He was apprenticed to his father at an early age and quickly adopted the family business. His family’s shop was the only one of its kind at Nordwen allowing it to quickly prosper and gain notoriety with the populus. As an adolescent, he oft found himself on the roof of the shop gazing across the town with a friend or two. He did not know much of the world beyond Nordwen. All he knew were the tales of beasts and knights. This did not bother him at all. He felt content with what he had and was anxious to become a master tailor like his father. At around nine years of age, the Felsen church was introduced to his town. It caught on quickly with the inhabitants who previously were not united under a single religion. A monastery was set up nearby with a school to educate the people arriving only a little while after. Avel found himself visiting the monastery when he could. He enjoyed looking at the size of it. It was by far the biggest thing he had ever seen despite only being as large as a large city cottage. He was tutored by the monks in large classes. The thought of a life after this one and a single god amazed him. At the age of 12, he found himself in the woods bordering the village with two of his companions. They played a simple game of hide and seek. Young Avel found himself alone between two large trees. Thinking himself clever, he decided to go to sleep with no fear of being found. Before his nap, however, he decided to eat a few of the berries growing in a bush next to him as a snack as all the running around had left him quite tired. The hallucinogens in the berries quickly took effect and he began to feel light-headed. “Visions” of the Mother filled his mind. He imagined the creator coming to him in all her glory and bestowing a kiss upon his brow. The entire experience was surreal for him and would dictate his entire life to come. Not long after this, he found himself incredibly devoted to the church. He joined the monastery a year later and began the life of a monk, throwing away his family’s occupation. He was taught how to read and write, though he never fully grasped the concept. He was taught the ways of the monks and what would be expected of him. In this time, he had received a younger brother who often visited him. His father, though disappointed, approved of his son’s newfound religious nature. All was well in the monastery and in the church. After several years of the monk life, a sort of crusade was called by the heads of the church. Its one mission would be to convert all fellow men to their religion. At the supple age of 23, Avel quickly took up arms and joined the mission. Before leaving the monastery to accompany the group of recruiters, Avel took a vow of silence. Until his religion was the dominant one in all the lands, he would not utter a word. He left Courland and his family with the promise that he’d return safe and sound. Upon joining a larger retinue of armed men after a year or two, he found a fellow conscript named Aristide Maison. The two befriended each other quickly. Avel fought alongside Aristide and many others when they found villages who resisted the church’s authority. He participated in small skirmishes and larger battles, surviving each one. For the majority of the beginning, he would find himself injured in some way due to his inexperience, but he eventually learned from his mistakes and became a decent combatant. As he rose through the ranks, he was ordained as a knight of the church. He fought for his religion for more than half a decade, traveling with his new companions. He, along with Aristide and two others, were given the task of converting whom they could in the kingdom of Oren, the Ranunculus having just recently converting the entirety of the neighboring nation’s vassals and king. Personality Traits: Very quiet man who puts his faith before his own life ,perfectionist,dextrous,genle , doesen't like men that insult his god Ambitions: No ambition just a man wondering with his crew Strengths/Talents: Smart fighter , good tailor , adept at cooking food , mild mannered at most occasions Weaknesses/Inabilities: Weaponary that can pierce armor,cannot read and write wonderfully,extremley pious,does not trust many people that ain't his faith Appearance (List the extra details of your characters appearance, IE; height & weight): Young man standing at 5.8ft 120 pounds ..
