Character’s name: Hana Elliott.

Biography (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.):
Hana was born from humble beginnings to a small family of bakers recently moved from realm of Athera in the Republic of Salvus within the Isles of Valior. Such family included her mother, Lynette, her father, Arthur, and her older brother by four years, Gabriel. From a young age, Hana had been taught to be a proper lady and a good wife, learning how to cook, sew and clean; her brother, on the other hand received combat training from her father, as Gabriel aspired to be a knight in the future. The young Hana soon grew jealous of her brother, and disliked being the more submissive gender, always having to be a proper lady and do most, if not all of the chores and household duties alongside her.
At the age of thirteen, Hana confronted her brother with a proposition; to teach her whatever he learned in combat. Doing so was an easy task for the girl, having quickly learned her way with words in conjunction with her manipulative nature. She soon had picked up dagger play, as well as a few other basic tactics of self defence. Hana's family could never really afford for her to have any sort of education, and really invested all of their hopes for their children and riches on their son; Hana was more of the forgotten child, and not really counted on to do anything but to fulfill her duties to her family and then later to be married off to a richer son of a richer family to bring in a small portion of wealth to their family. Hana was quite opposed to this, and rather left her household at the age of eighteen in hopes of working for a noble family, as well as finding proper training in battle. She wasn’t really missed much by her family, as she left for the Holy Oren Empire, in search of a fresh start apart; hoping to disassociate herself with her family
Personality Traits:
Determined: Once Hana develops a goal in her mind, she’ll do absolutely anything, even something that might seem incredibly outrageous and dangerous to achieve her goal; even to the extreme that some might label her as insane to be doing such things. She’s rarely discouraged when she is faced with an obstacle or a loose end she forgot about, and her only concern from then on is how can I fix this to continue with my previous plan? Hana will not back down from any of her goals until she’s dead. This trait was mainly developed and stemmed from her lust for power, and her never-ending goal to get towards it, and that same determined nature eventually spread to all of her other goals and plans.
Decisive: A trait that is deeply tied with her determination, Hana's decisive nature helps her make quick and efficient decisions when the time is right. This helps her get out of quite difficult situations, as does her phlegmatic behaviour. Moreover, it also helps with her future plans in goals; whether it be deciding her next move, or analyzing her current situation to execute the proper facade for the situation to better her motives and/or plans for the current person(s).
Eloquent: Ever since she was young, Hana seemed to have a certain knack for words, and phrasing them in a certain way that helped her in different cases. Combined with her skill with acting, Hana can pull off incredible facades to help her on whatever goal she’s focusing on. She can easily persuade someone into thinking or doing something to benefit her. This trait is closely tied with her manipulative nature, and has immensely improved around the same time she developed her manipulative ways.
Manipulative: A trait that she’s developed when she was quite young, along with her eloquence. Hana has learned to manipulate others into doing what would only be beneficial to her. She usually does so by using her natural eloquence and way to use her words to get others to do things in her favour, and for her own personal gain, whether it be, gaining information to use against others, or using her deceptiveness and trained skill with acting to use others. Hana rarely cares for the people who she manipulates, and even if some allies have lost trust, the woman rarely pays any mind to them and sees that in the long term, it’ll all be worthwhile.
Ambitions: Hana hopes to find a stable job and hopefully develop room for a career. Another goal of hers is to seek out a better education, and learn some basic skills that she missed out on during her childhood.
Strengths/Talents:
From all the weapons she’d experimented with, Hana seemed to always gravitate towards throwing knives. With a developed skill with them, Hana rarely is not carrying a small throwing knife somewhere on her person. Years of practice with these weapons has granted her almost always accurate aim, and a good throwing arm to man the knives. Hana would describe them as the perfect weapon, as they’re good for ranged combat, but, if there is need, they can be used as normal daggers.
Hana is quite the good actress, and, in most cases, can easily fool anyone into thinking she’s a completely different person; a tactic which is mainly used to gain someone’s trust to only later abuse. Her deceptive nature also helps her gain the affection and praise from her employers and their noble peerage, usually going under the guise of a compliant, respectful and dutiful servant who can still hold up an adequate conversation. It also helps her hide her less desirable traits and weaknesses to possible allies.
Overtime, Hana has had to learn to adapt to her environment and circumstances quickly. Now, she’s able to adapt quickly and shift her plans, attitude and anything else necessary depending on whatever changes or obstacles appear. This can help her in many situations, especially when she’s thrown into something new and challenging, Hana always keeps a clear head and prepares herself for the worst. This aids her especially when dealing with criminals and gangs, and combined with her phlegmatic and clear-headed demeanour, it allows her to stay calm in tight situations and ones that otherwise most would panic in and only make it worse.
Weaknesses/Inabilities:
Hana has made it necessary for her to constantly keep up facades, so that if she ever slips up, it could result in her losing her job, or many worse situations. There’s not really much she can do about it, and at this point in time, she can’t go back on her choices, nor simply quit her job and only stable source of income and reputation. Hana can only hope she doesn’t mess anything up or reveal her true nature anytime soon.
When Hana formulates a plan for herself, she’s dead set on it, no matter the ratio of risk against reward. This can certainly lead her into things that she thinks she can handle, but really cannot, only barely escaping with whatever she can maintain. Often, she doesn’t know when to quit, and when she does, her pride won’t let her back down from what she was aiming for. This ties in with her determined nature and occasional stubborn attitude when it comes to goals and plans.
In most cases, Hana lacks compassion for most, just on the brink of sociopathy. Upon discovering this and the rest of her true nature, most will sever ties with her, due to the dangers of being involved with her and her wavering loyalty. While her lack of compassion can help her in some cases, in the long run, it certainly can and will hinder her. This lack of compassion developed from her neglect as a child, being seen more as something to be used as a tool.

With a long face, high up cheekbones and a rather pointy chin, Hana’s face could be best described as angular yet symmetrical. She has a nose best befitting the rest of her face; long, thin and somewhat pointed, though nothing too noticeable. Hana’s almond shaped eyes also seem as if they’re smaller than they actually are, given her habit of constantly squinting.Hana’s eyes could best be described as a plain dark brown, not really standing out much between the rest of the varying shades of brown on her person. As for her normal expression, it changes and varies depending on who she’s with. If she’s working, she’ll give off the look of a diligent worker. However, if she’s intending to get information, she’ll change her expression to a dead serious one, usually as an attempt of intimidation. Though, her general expression out in public, whether it be by the tavern or somewhere else, her expression will be either a phlegmatic one or a slight smirk.Hana has thin, straight, black hair that only falls just above her mid-neck area along with some long bangs which she usually tucks behind her ear or just parts to the side. As her hair is too short to put into any sort of real hair style, Hana usually wears her hair down, not really paying it any mind or attention while going about her day.
From years of training and hunting with her brother in the woods, Hana developed a lean, athletic build with even amounts of muscle distributed throughout her arms, legs and torso. As her mother and father were both quite tall, Hana stands at a tall, yet not overwhelmingly so five feet and nine inches, weighing around one hundred and twenty nine pounds. From constant hours in the sun; whether it be playing or working, Hana has developed a somewhat tan complexion. As it's fairly common for most, she has various small freckles and birthmarks on her body.
