An Important Announcement to all Citizens/Homeowners of Celein! As a result of the recent concordat of fealty signed with the Isles of Sutica, the city of Sanctuary will be demolished to make way for its new use under the Dominion. It is advised that all valuables be removed from your homes (if you own one within the city) and stored safely for the transition to our new city. If itemframes/chests are found to hold valuables in them, upon the destruction of your building, they will be stored safely, and labeled with your name for collection later. Vernian would gaze over Tahorran's words intently, a smile gently spreading across his lips as he scanned over the parchment before him. "There is hope for us yet." he would mutter, handing the parchment to a Hileial acolyte for the heartwarming message to be spread amongst Celein's troops.

Vernian would scan over the parchment, nodding his head slowly as he drifted from line to line, paragraph to paragraph. "That's a tone I must say I've never seen... less... How do the Humans put it? Ballsy." At this the aheral would let escape a deep sigh, turning from the parchment with a dour expression.

Vernian stands guard with a select few members of the Hileial, watching vigilant over the quickly amassing crowd of Mali'aheral, Humans, and Dwarves alike. Vernian raised a brow upon reading the news, slowly mumbling and mouthing words to himself. "I doubt very much, that my sister will be pleased by this. Never the less." he would shrug halfheartedly, before returning to his duties.
