How did you find out about Lord of the Craft?: I was browsing skins on PlanetMinecraft and I noticed a lot of good skins had "[LOTC]" on the title. I did not know what that meant, so I did a quick google search and found this server/website.

Biography: Lianne Barnes reigns from the bustling metropolis of Oren - Felsen. She was born in a mediocre family consisting of a mother who adores cooking, a father who’s an avid collector of books, and an older brother who’s almost never home. Her home was a tiny, one storey home in Gainford Road, but that didn’t stop the four-person family from fitting into the house just fine. She grew into her teen years without much trouble, however with her weak immune system constantly securing her into long-term contract to her bed, she wasn’t able to build any friendships, nor did her parents allow her to go outside in fear of her ailments getting worse. She found solace in her father’s bookshelf. Hours and hours of reading historical books have immersed her mind with famous events such as the defeat of the archdaemon Iblees and the various sieges and attacks conducted by the Black Scourge.
As she came of age, her illnesses became less severe and she spent less time in bed and more time outside. Lianne was allowed to embark from her home, provided she is mostly supervised by her brother. Both Lianne and her brother opposed to this, as Lianne felt that this was the chance to become more independent and her brother much preferring to be on his own. Her mother approved of this, trusting Lianne as a young, yet responsible adult. Her father, however, is a little more sceptical about her decision; afraid that she may end up in the same footsteps of her brother - mysteriously disappearing for weeks at a time, to come home with nothing in his pockets. Lianne set out, promising to come back home with an income and family at her footsteps. A few months after low-budget rationing with the hefty purse she was given, she found a source of income - a job for a cook - in a small but cosy tavern, however, she strives to increase her skill and be promoted into a larger kitchen; a more famous one.
Personality Traits:
- Traits: Lianne is known as a gentle, kind girl. Being a girl that supports basic morals, she is trustworthy and optimistic. Raised a sheltered child, she grew up naive and meek. Over the years, she has also become absent-minded, which is a troublesome trait as she is prone to sudden daydreams and dazing off in conversations, which after she often forgets. Being around intimidating people tends to make her shy. She often looks down and plays with a strand of her hair or shuffle her feet to distract her from the intimidating aura of said person, although this does not mean she would avoid helping said person if they were in need.
- Likes: Over the years of her life, Lianne has gained a fondness for literature (be it fiction or non-fiction). Due to being a sheltered child and seldom having any reason leaving her home because of her illnesses, her only comfort were the books that rested on her father's bookshelf. She also favours flora - roses to be exact. She finds the soft, twisting petals whimsical and adores the smell. Once she finally turned into an adult, she was let out into the world and was allowed to indulge in luxuries that her household would never dream of allowing her to have - alcohol. She finds the saccharine taste of fruity and sweet drinks calming and mellow. Intoxication promotes frivolity and giddiness, although she chooses to drink minimally despite her enjoyment of liquor, for her safety and taking discretion in its cons.
- Dislikes: Lianne loathes sudden loud noises and places that are too quiet, as she was always easily frightened and dislikes the feeling of her heart pounding. Watching other people enduring abuse is something she hates, and she finds it difficult to inflict pain upon someone else; be it psychological or physical. Due to her depressed immune system, she despises rain as exposing oneself to it can make you susceptible to all kinds of ailments.
Ambitions: Lianne’s aspiration in life is to live happily, with a steady income and a husband and family to support her. Although this is quite a difficult task, as big decisions are difficult for her to make. However, her promise to her family has done nothing but motivate her to reach this goal even more. She also strives to become the best cook she can be in order to gain the best profit for her family (and possibly attract a potential suitor or two).
Strengths/Talents: Lianne's strong suite is her understanding and comprehension. Lianne somehow holds an ability to learn rather quickly, despite being a girl who is scarce of exceeding academic merit. She is also benign; gentle and compassionate to everyone no matter how intimidating they may be. It is no doubt this girl is of loving nature. Physical talents include cooking. With her mother an avid cook, her skills were passed down to Lianne.
Weaknesses/Inabilities: Being weak and frail and having a pacifist nature, combat has always been her weakness. At the moment she knows she would be harmed, she would only flail in fright and attempt to flee the situation. Other than her inability to fight, she is quite dependent on other people and struggles to make big decisions on her own, although she is more than willing to change this mindset, should the situation demanded it.
Appearance: Lianne has a petite figure - skinny and 5'3" tall. Her skin is a light neutral tone and she dons thick, curly ginger hair which she plaits neatly with a bow to flatter it. Her eyes are a gentle rosy brown with thick, long eyelashes. Lianne often wears dresses with earthen tones, as she believes that unnatural colours will draw too much attention to her. She commonly wears her trusty pair of supple leather boots, but should the situation arise, she swaps out the old boots for a simple pair of slippers.
