A lot of the cities/towns you included in your backstory did not exist while your character was alive. Arcas is about 19 years old, so Roary would have been born right before the migration to Arcas or right after everyone had settled down in Arcas. You can either use one of the more recently established settlements, or adjust the age of your character to best fit the timeline, and you can easily access all this information through this wiki page.
