Cardinal Francis gives a sigh of relief.

A hatchet wielding Cardinal Francis watches the road to the Basilica like a hawk. No barricade would stand for more than mere minutes on the Prelate's watch. 

"GOD bless and guide our Vicar of GOD: Tylos II," Cardinal Francis declares with a smile. "I have full faith that he can and will navigate the situation we find ourselves in," the Clergyman says, before carefully tucking the missive away in a drawer of his desk.

"Oh GOD," Cardinal Francis mutters, tears forming in his eyes. "Oh.. GOD," he says once again. He lowers the letter, and clasps his hands in prayer.
