    Maybe a rule for Bandits not to start robbing in a city without 2 guards on as how would the bandits be stopped from doing whatever they want?

    He would smile at the gentlemen as he would say “Hello good sir, but I came here for none of those but to only find a place I can call home” he would then clap his hands together while rubbing them as he would turn his head side to side looking at the city for the first time with a eager expression on his face.
