Rhillen leans back at his desk as after getting the news of the 'flowergods death, considering it for a moment "He took his time. I hope he either finally learnt and let go of his evil in death. Or will suffer for eternity for all he caused in this world. Good riddance, either way" He mutters to himself from beneath his helmet, standing and walking out ot his balcony "I met you first after your first kill. You were, what, seven? And begged me to not cut you down for it. I foolishly didn't end you then, and see what it caused. But we all die with time."

Characters must follow all 30 Strictures, if they break too many, (murder, steal, lie, have sex outside of marriage) repeatedly, then it would cause for disconnection. Yeu already drains the Yeuism magic of the caster until they cannot cast anymore to show Her displeasure. Read above for on the Clerics.
Yes, which this isn't about, in that case your character should have been forcefully disconnected three irl months ago. This is about one of Quav's students following the tenants, but not doig as he tells him to do, and therefore quav (and it appears you) wanting a way to disconnect him, so you go to ooc mediums to break lore, as it is stated that you can't forcefully disconnect someone but rather Yeu disconnecting those who break tenants herself.
the character in question that you wrote this lore for, has not broken tenants, has his magic intact, and is not in that limbo stage.
May i also again mention that this is one of the lore pieces where Auric wants something done but its not in lore so he writes a piece of lore exclusively for himself or his clique to get said thing done once than made impossible again. Just something i want to note.
" Nowhere in the Strictures to my knowledge does force disconnecting a student break any. And no, this isn't because of one player, this as been an issue for years , where a mass murderer (way back when Qauv originally started teaching) learned Yeuism, confessed he was a mass murderer, but then refused to disconnect. It grows tiresome when you have people run around saying 'oh yeah, I'm a mass murderer but I follow Yeu'. "
It would hurt them as a forceful disconnetionc permanently damages the soul.
And yes, and let's say this has been a problem for years, the timing is awfully convenient isnt it?
Tell me then, who is the person saying this? Because i think it's the same person you're saying this isnt about, and the reason he is saying that, as you know full well, is not because he murders people, but because of a thanium incident back on axios that killed a bunch of people, that he blames himself for.
If he actually was a mas murderer Yeu would disconnect him herself or he at least wouldn't have any magic.
So tell me again why this is needed and how this isn't awfully awkwardly timed to be another one of aurics "i want something but its not in lore, lets make lore for myself"´

A forced disconnection would break the strictures, yes?
And, to further add onto this, this is clearly made for one specific situation, fire, where you have a T4 teacher who wants to disconnect one of his students.
Not for breaking the tenants, or things like that, but for not doing as told outside of his studies, which wouldn't be a valid reason anyway.
So this would, as Auric has done before, be a piece of lore that applies only to him, once.
It's lore targeting a single person, made for this exclusive situation, and nothing else. Am i wrong?

"Oh joy" Rhys grumbles as he reads the newspaper "Well, another great copy. Only wish the Annungilbens could get a few articles every now and then, damned stolt monopoly"

-Should we remove players from the server who don't contribute to roleplay, either they memezs or run around with their goons shouting 'MINAZ OR DIE', or three emote 'stab xd'.
I personally is against this because people like shouting this against all bandit players, despite many of us being able to offer logs to the contrary.
It would be extremely simple to get bandited on the road and say "they broke this rule ban them" and get a group of people banned, despite them having in general good roleplay, i know you firegirl have been with me on one or two of these banditing rounds and know what I'm talking about.
A easy way to targetban people you don't like or people who make you salty.
I do, as another point entirely, believe that there should be a closer eye kept on those who have broken rules before, and actually ban people for breaking rules, despite them being long-time players in big rp hubs, they broke a rule and should be banned. this goes for all, elven players, orc players, etc etc, a rule is a rule.To add more onto this, i also think that a permaban should be just that, permanent, and not a few months with an appeal and apology for them to come back to do the exact same thing again, repeat and repeat.
This happens with both RP people and PvP people. they break a rule and either don't get banned since they're well known in the playerbase. or get a permaban and then get unbanned a few months later.
So, instead of stalking players on all other servers (that they could still lie about easily), i think the focus should instead lie on actually enforcing, clarifying, and critically, finish, the rules of this server.

"Alright, sure, you are finally fighting, good. You are all missing the fact tht they outnumber you and, for the first time ever, the Dominion has the superior military. It saddens me to say it, but this once, and only this once, the dominion has the military advantage in a war. Good luck" Rhillen mutters as he reads the missive, adding it to his growing pile of documents about different growing wars on Atlas

A quick and simple note : Yes, guns can be powergamed, but so can magic and magic ideas keep coming, just think of it as another magic because it's what it likely will end up being like, just for people without magic

"A raise will not help the Virarim become decent fighters anyway" Rhys says with a chuckle

I'm totally up for gunpowder weapons being added onto lotc (the primitive kind that took ten seconds or more to reload and was not very accurate) since they would add some interesting things into RP, if rp'd correctly.
there would have to be very strict rules about them, how long it takes to reload, how much you have to roll to hit, since we all know how it went when medesculors were a thing, that powergamed joke of an item.I also don't think they should be a pvp item, the pvp is fine as is now, we don't need a reintroduction of overpowered items that ruin any track of fairness in combat, like carbarum or the magic wands, but this time a one-shot cooldown item, no thanks, no need, the pvp nations would overuse them, and people with many players could easily get their hands on one each because of how much money they make and set up a gun line and yeah you can see the problem, it would lead to so much bullshit in pvp, its fine as is, it this gets approved, keep it as a RP item only, and have strict rules for it.
Such as, no pre-loading, since that wouldn't really work with flintlock weapons anyway, the ammunition would move around inside the barell and not have any effect if you tried to fire it after a walk, and have a requirement of five or four emotes to reload, as well as you actually having to rply get your hands on one of them and have a item for it to be able to rp with them (by making one and modreqing to get a item, or buying one from someone who has it, of course there would be a limit to how many you can make and who could make them, maybe there would have to be an application on the forums like a magic app but for gunpowder weapons, something like that to regulate them, or maybe keep them as a ET thing so you get them from events or suchlike)And as africanese said, they would throw up RP combat and culture quite a bit. currently rp combat is dominated by plate armour and longsword/polearms, just like irl late medieval times were, if a few gunpowder weapons were thrown into the mix the orcs would have some serious issues with how their warrior culture works, and the entire way of how rp combat works with armour and stuff would change, making it more interesting (if rp'd correctly)

Rhillen snaps awake, panting and sweating. He looks around, blinking as his eyes get used to the light. Once he can again see properly, he realizes the ash on his hands

Rhys laughs as he hears about the news "Wait, no. Warrior 'aheral, who hate magic. I swear I've heard this before somewhere, oh yes, that's pretty much us, the 'fenn, even if we are far superior and changed from our original form. Oh, but we actually know what we're doing. This will be fun"

Rhillen looks over her shoulder as she reads it, curious to his lovers excitement. He then looksat her for a second, facepalms, and goes to sit by the table, grumbling something about hedonism

Rhillen watches from the military fortress, chuckling slightly as the speech concludes "Athedil was narrow-minded and childish, and so are most of the purists who populate this city. I have not this far see miss visaj contribute any to this city, far less then what i have seen of Ceruberr, and i have met the twice." He turns to a fellow Sillumir, gesturing for the 'ker woman to follow him on their normal patrol path "No matter. This should not be an issue, let us return to work, like i doubt Odessa ever will"

Rhillen looks at the paper, nodding in approval "Wonderful. The Kha will be a valuable ally." He then sets the paper down amongst his other piles of documents, going to meet his friend Rivahr as the Kha enters

Rhillen gives a very rare smile as one of the posters gets shown to him by a sillumir soldier "Ahernan, lliran. May i recommend finding some fine clothes? The Sillumir will attend of course, find masks for the soldiers. Oh, and bring the rapiers. We will be security." He says to the sillumir before nodding and sending him off, returning inwards towards the housing behind to find his own fine clothes, and fine weapons for the security team

Rhillen stands close to the Maheral as he speaks, acting as the leaders bodyguard, his normal position.
He looks down at his still burnt armor, black streaks of flames covering a lot of it, nodding once.He was certain now what needed to happen, after the battle today. They need to fight.
