Character’s name: Charles Ingham Character’s sex: Male Character’s race: Human Character’s age: 23 Biography: A Highlander of rural beginnings, Charles always had a fascination with sciences and magic. From the tiny family farm he grew up in, he devoted hours to pouring over books of anything from biology to mythology from the age of 5 to 15. While his farmer family continually longing for something more than an agrarian life. At the age of 16, his family decided to send him traveling to seek life as a merchant seeing his hungry mind was desperate to find something higher. He unfortunately realized that his skills at trade and barter were disastrous. After an unsuccessful career for a year, he was called home for a tragic occasion, his little brother Tom, only 7 years old, was deathly ill. He rushed home in time to watch his brother die from a nasty pox. The family was devastated, only Charles and his mother remained, and she would die of the same pox only two years later. Charles immediately found new focus in his life, taken his knowledge and fascination of medicine and his longing to help others to become a doctor, apprenticing himself to a healer after selling out his merchant business. Since, he has lived a life of wandering from place to place dispensing medicine to the poor and downtrodden for the lowest fee he can justify, having little contact with politics and world events.
