Let's get started on the reasons.

-Your Metagaming definition is incorrect.

-In your bio, Petrus is a lore reference, but that city has not existed in several irl years. "He can hold his own against two bandits" can also be construed as power-gaming, and should be adjusted. So please try and adjust your lore references to a more up to date example and adjust those lines.

-Your age listed for him and the age listed in your description do not match.

-Your description needs to be slightly better. We're looking for a physical description.

Please fix these and reapply.

-Please include one to three lore references in the bio. You can use the name of the previous worlds, that's fine. That's in line with following lore.

-Your definitions are both slightly off. You're close, just tailor them some to be on point and you're solid.

This one isn't a requirement but try to go in depth with your backstory some more. Doing so usually means you'll find yourself reading some neat parts of the lore of the World of Lotc, which can help you figure out what you want to do as a player.

I also highly recommend registering a forum account so next time you apply, if anything is off, we can simply put you on pending and let you edit your application.

Your bio is good but I suggest small touch ups. For instance I have no idea whom this "Lots" could be. You have enough lore references, though updating your information would be good. The city within the time frame of your personas age has since changed names.

First things first, please create an actual forums account. This way you can apply for magics in the future should your character  go that route, and contact staff members with greater ease for issues that might arise such as players harassing you and what not. This will make creating a pleasant experience for you as a player much easier for we of the Staff.
