Because if you payed 10k for a heist and the first door you go to lockpick jamms, the whole heist is done if that's the only way in. I still think the door should be able to jam 3 times with the lockpick plugin as thats how rolling for a door worked. 3 people could try instead of just one. And @L0rdLawyer are ladders allowed to be used?

Nobody owns that, yet there's someone who removes the activity checks. And the sign saying 'rebuilding on build server' has been there ever since Renatus won it the first time. Way before Courland even returned to take it over and nothing has been done since then. It has stayed untouched for too ling and the people who own it either quit or aren't planning anything with it

Why do you want to join the GM Team?:

I wish to join the GM Team because I feel like my knowledge in PVP Rules and rules in general would be beneficial for the Team as I feel like the PVP area is poorly covered in the Team and I think I can be the one to step into that spot, but I don't want to join souly to enforce only PVP Rules of course. I also wish to join because I think I am responsible and mature enough for the role. I also don't see myself as a biased person and I know that's a complaint a lot of people have/had about the Team and I think I could at least try to fix that bad image about the Team.

Talking about harrasment but you are the one constantly telling us to the face that we are the ones ruining this server. This wasn't on one occasion, this has happend multiple times within the past months, alongside the screenshot Havoc sent earlier shows that you are equaly as toxic if not worse. You say we are known for breaking rules, but you and your group have done your fair share of rule breaking when it comes to pvp or rp in the past few weeks/months.

Honestly, havoc can be a real monkey sometimes, but he can be professional when he needs to. He has shown multiple times to know the rules (pvp rules in most cases) better than some GMs which would get called for various reasons. The Team really needs someone with PVP knowladge as that area is not very well covered within the team and I couldn't recommend havoc enough for that position. When people hear 'PVP community on LoTC' they instantly think: toxic, annoying, egotistical, etc. but if you know Havoc, that isn't the type of person he is 95% of the time. And you people reading this might now think of a bad image, but remember we all have our moments and taking something as small as this would be nit picking which is something I personaly expirienced from the team. I'm pretty sure there have been worse people than Havoc accepted into this Team. If you decide to deny him, you are just making a mistake and further hurting the PVP community. We already have enough people from only the RP side of the community in the team, putting in a PVPer or two will only do good. +1

Describe your knowledge on the descendant races

Okay so I'll start with elves seeing how I've been playing a few for the longest time now so here it is.

Elves are definietly one of the most popular races to play as but not the most popular as I believe humans win that one but as far as elven lore goes. They have four sub races Dark Elves, Snow Elves, High Elves, and Wood Elves. They tend to live longer due to their aging process being slower than an avrege human. They can live up to a 1000 years of age but they can start going crazy from that point on. They also have their own language but I don't think it is used as much often as it should be. Besides a few words like: Karin'ayla (good day), Ker'ayla (good night), Van'ayla (goodbye), Ahernan (thank you), llir (friend). No other words are used even though there is a huge forum post dedicated specificaly to the language.

Humans are definietly the most popular choice for people to play as, due to its simplictiy and the fact that some may say is the easiest to play as. The sub races humans offer are Farkfolk Heartlander and Highlander. They tend to live a short life due to their curse which limits them to a 150ish years.

Orcs are a race which due to their curse constantly wants war, they are always out to start trouble and that usualy causes them to die out sooner than they need to. They can usualy live up to 500 years I believe. They speak a language called blah and tend to get offened if another race tries to speak to them in it. They tend to live in war camps due their nomadic way of life.

Dwarves are the shorest race out of all (maybe besides halfling) due to their curse. They live a life of 300 years I believe and they tend to live inside caves or big cities dug out of mountains. Their bodies are built strong and one of their favourite weapons to use must be an axe.

Describe your knowledge on other pieces of lore that you believe to be relevant

I know a lot of Warhawke lore seeing how its the nation I've been with since I joined the server. I also know some Santegian lore. A bit of Oren and maybe some orc.

Detail what drives you to become a member of the application team

I love helping people, and new players are the one most needing it. First impresions are the most important but if a new player gets killed/bandited or recruited into a group/nation the exact moment they get on the server than that kind of ruins the expirience. I have even heard of people recruiting new players before they even get on the server and promising them irp titles which in my opinion should be bannable as its scummy. So people who do it 'reserve' themselves the new player which is something I can say because I personaly ran into a few of those new players and they were all following the person who recruited them religiously even after being given a home in an objectivly better place they still went back and I get its their choice but I don't think recruiting someone before they even get accepted onto the server is alright. An that is something I wish to put a stop to that. Now don't get me wrong, this isn't the only reason I apply for this team. I also enjoy answering questions from new players and trying to give them the best of an understanding I can of things reguarding this server.

Provide an alternate way to assisting new players apart from reviewing applications

I have stated this idea before and it is to have a small server just for new players and staff. On this server new players would learn how to rp, what magic is, how different races interact with each other, basic rules reguarding rp/pvp, etc. It would be an environment in which ATs, GMs and ETs (and any other team that can offer help) could teach them different things. ETs may preform events for new players to show, but also teach them how events work, ATs could teach them basic rp and knowladge of groups and GMs could teach them rules. It would be a sort of a kindergarten for new players.

Survey the application process and provide any possible improvements which could be made

I don't have many complaints besides that maybe an AT should message a new player when they join the server, welcoming them and offering help if needed. (I am not sure if you guys do this already and if you do props to you)

Hey Pie, I get what you are saying the the app was quite quick. I understand how it looks, and I am aware that this makes me look annoying. I just felt like I should give it one last go seeing how I'd love to get that position. Not for my benefit, but rather because I enjoy helping people, and this position would allow me to help people directly, instead of just partly. If filling in for a PE teacher every second class so he doesn't have to deal with 6th graders count, then yes.

Why do you want to join the GM Team?:

I wish to join the GM Team because I want to help out the people of this server and the server itself. RP rearely ever brings me joy anymore and PVP is honestly one of the few things keeping me on this server as well as a few really good friends of mine which without I probably would've quit a while ago. I think I can offer something new to thr table seeing how I am a part of the PVP community which is something I feel like the Team is missing. I understand a lot of you reading this instantly got disgusted to the mention of the PVP section of LoTC. The thing that comes to your mind is probably the toxicity, breaking rules, and a lot of other bad things. I like to think I'm not a part of that stereotype and that I'm different. There have been many cases where me or any other person in the PVP community has known the PVP rules better then some GMs. My reasons behind doing this app are fairly simple. I feel like I can offer something which the team may be lacking. I also feel like I am able to be professional when needed. I am aware some people on this server know me only as a 'troll' or 'meme' though I am more than that. I can be serious when needed, believe it or not.
