As you have applied as a DWARF, I have compiled a few suggestions for nations and/or groups that you may like to be a part of. One of the best ways to enjoy lotc is through making connections with other players as part of roleplay groups, so I do recommend that you have a look into these!
Dwarvern Nations:
The Grand Kingdom of Urguan
The Grand Kingdom of Urguan is a constitutional monarchy primarily ruled by an individual known as the Grand King. Being the sole nation of the Dwarven people, Urguan has continuously been a bustling hub of dwarven goods, knowledge, culture, and religion. While not an enforced practice, the Brathmordakin is the religion of the land, seeing all Dwarves inhabiting Urguan following its teachings. The current capital city of the Realm of Almaris is Kal'Darakaan, meaning City of Ancient Might in the common tongue. Originally settled centuries ago by the ancient Dwarves, the expert craftsmanship left the city in almost pristine condition, allowing the newcomers to the land to settle there quickly. Outside of the capital hold, Hefrumm, the village of the Forest Dwarves, is the only other major hold within Urguan's lands.

Multi-Racial Nations:
The Free Trade State of Sutica
Sutica, a nation relying on trade and freedom. You'll always find trade here with the many shops spread throughout the city. Sutica won't tax unless in times of danger or a project of the nation lacks funding. Great architecture all about, the coastal city filled with secrets such as the sewers!

The Talus Grove
The Druidic Order is a tropical oasis situated along the coast of the Painted Archipelago on the South Coast of Almaris. Boasting a grand library it serves as a place to teach budding Druids, as well as a base of operations from which the Druids uphold their vigil over nature.

I also highly recommend that you join the LoTC discord , as this will allow you to connect with other roleplayers and nation leaders. The server has channels that advertise RP groups and events, as well as being a platform for players to interact with the server staff.
Furthermore, our has lots of helpful links and information to get you started on the server. There is a lot to learn, but server players and CT members are always happy to help out!

Your Powergaming definition is still incorrect and lacking detail. Please revise this, using our wiki as a tool.
Again, your biography overall displays many key features of a typical, edgy character. I ask you to really drive into an original and detailed backstory, allowing for a character which can bring dynamic roleplay to the server. You are not allowed to lore that is not within the realm of lotc. Also please do be mindful that you cannot possess any ‘shapeshifter’ magic.
Please describe your character traits in full sentences, and make this original and exciting!
For your role-play scenario, please detail an ‘emote’ (Actions/movement) that your character would respond with.

Ø As mentioned briefly above, Sutica is a historically neutral state that did not participate in the Atlas coalition war. The war also ended in 1662- however you have mentioned your character’s father returning in 1692 after the loss. You can read a little more about the event here, and make according edits.
