    Hello again! Congratulations on being accepted! And, Welcome to Lord of the Craft!! ❤️

     

    Now that you have been accepted, you will spawn directly in Cloud Temple (spawn) as a player and will be able to interact with the world around you. If you find yourself getting overwhelmed or confused and in need of help, be sure to send me a PM over discord or create a /creq along with a message as to what you need. This will allow another CT/Community Team Member to get pick up the ticket and get to you as soon as possible~

     

    After reading the information below and logging on for the first time, I recommend copying and pasting this into the chat so that a Community Team Member could help you out:

    • Your Powergarming and Metagaming definitions have the right direction though, you are giving me a feeling you might not understand these terms to the fullest extent. I’d recommend trying to find some examples that represent both of these terms.

    Your Application has unfortunately been denied at this time for not making the required changes within the given 24 hours as stated above. However, you are able to reapply at any time as long as you do the required changes:
     

    • Your Powergaming definition gives me the feeling you have the right idea on It’s meaning, however, I’d recommend trying to find a better example that explain it. The current example you have is a bit confusing and gives me conflicting thoughts on whether you truly understand Powergaming or not.

    • Your Character Biography was missing some of the required pieces such as two (2) lore pieces that relate to LotC or the world of Arcas. It appears you have done so, by adding information on Haelun’or and their iconic Eternal Library, though you have still have information that does not pertain to LotC. For example, ‘Born in Cuiviénen , on the shore of a large gulf in the inland “Sea of Helcar” (which my mother named me after) in the far east of Middle-earth. The land was an eastern bay of the Inland Sea of Helcar which was formed by the meltwaters of the pillar of Illuin.’ & ‘First Age and the War of Wrath’ & the mention of the ‘Witch-King’. These pieces do not have any relation to LotC or the world of Arcas, I’d recommend you remove it and fix it. Please only have Server references, real events, locations, and individuals that all pertain to LotC.

    • Your Meta-gaming and Power-gaming definitions appear to be good and has the valid information, however, I wish to clear something so you won’t have any misunderstanding. So, Meta-gaming is the act of using knowledge from OOC/Out-Of-Character in RP/Roleplay in order to benefit yourself. Just keep this in mind~
    • Your Character Biography appears to be lacking in regards to relevant information from LotC- It does not seem to include the mandatory (1) lore piece from the LotC Wiki. This could include, city names, religions, et cetera.
    • Your Character Skin as well seems to be slightly inaccurate- The racial features don’t appear to be those of a Wood Elf, such including the skin color. I would recommend you to either pick a skin from the LotC Skin Archive or find another skin on your own.

    Sorry! Be that as it may, your application has been denied because the 24 hour period has ended and because you didn’t follow the changes I had given once you were placed under pending. However, you are allowed to reapply immediately as long as you follow the required changes while doing so.
     

    • Your Character Biography appears to be lacking in regards to the adequate amount of sentences for your applications. I would recommend you to go and add at least ten (10) complete sentences that are relevant to the LotC lore and Era.
    • Your Character Biography appears to be lacking in regards to relevant information from LotC- It does not seem to include the mandatory (1) lore piece from the LotC Wiki. This could include, city names, religions, et cetera.
    • Your Character’s Physical Description have a piece that does not abide by the racial features of a typical Human- “6'10” this must be changed to something that better fits the human lore.
    • Your Roleplay Scenario appears to be good, however, it is missing an action- It needs to be both an action and text emote. 
    • Your Character Skin appears to have some issues as well as It does not abide by the Human racial features nor does it seem to be medieval in anyway- I would recommend looking for a different skin on your own or you could look through the LotC Skin Archive and possibly choose from there.

    • I’d recommend re-reading the definitions of both Meta-gaming and Power-gaming. Both of your definitions seem to be quite vague so, make sure to apply your knowledge more efficiently and try to add some examples that could be representing each.
