• I recommend re-reading the definitions of Meta-gaming and Power-gaming. Both of your definitions are vague so, a good way to prove you know the definitions of these two would be though using examples.
• Your Character Biography appears to have a decent beginning, however, It seems quite outdated and slightly inaccurate. I would suggest you look through the lore of LotC once more and remember we are in the present domain called Arcas and the date is 1731.
• Your Character Traits/Quirks look good, though I would encourage you to include a few more traits, while also placing them into complete sentences.

I would recommend you to revise the paragraph while adding more details to the Biography and the necessary lore pieces. You can refer to the wiki page for more information and lore.
• Your Character Traits/Quirks look great, though I would encourage you to include a few more Negative Traits.

• Your Character Biography looks composed, however, I would avoid giving your character such accomplishments- for example, turning into a squire and picking up knowledge about monster hunting without really experiencing such through roleplay first.
• Your Character Biography explains how you took on a Cockatrice which is seen as a mystical animal Any types of Magic are not allowed to be included.
