    Just haven't really had any luck finding anybody within my budget range, or type of style and skill I'm looking for on other media platforms.

    Is there a set form to fill out for the character applications, or no? If so, can somebody link me? Otherwise I'll just do a basic run down with important info and short bio. Thanks.
