Yuh, that's way better because see it like that; someone could accept to get disc to avoid death irp only to ask a friend and teach them again and so on, with this they ought to be more careful. But yeah, first one free and second one you lose the slots and lock yourself out of the magic, so it becomes more meaningful than a loophole

As for the loss of magic slots, Necromancy was meant to be similar to Naztherak in the way that it has a very firm hold over the slots it occupies. This would mean loss of not just two, but all four dedicated slots. I adjusted it to two to ensure the person wasn't without any options or opportunities if they wanted to go outside of necromancy. I will also add a little bit about Liches & Darkstalkers to the redlines to detail how this might affect them. I do not want this to PK them outright as that would add to the issue more, but I'll make it extend their respawn timer or something similar to it. Thank you for the constructive feedback.

I would suggest to remove the redline that takes permanently your two slots away and instead i'd make you wont be able to learn necromancy anymore. Since tbh, re-learning it kills the whole purpose of this lore thingy and with the ooc consent it would make even more sense now. Why would someone accept the disc if it'd remove 2 slots?  But then they can just ask a Necromancer friend to re-learn the magic??? I do think it kills the whole purpose. If you want to get off the magic, it should be permanent and without losing slots imo.

Necromancy is already not in a good state, this is the wrongest of time to put up a disc thingy, it's going to throw thr magic into a bin soon or later. Furthermore, why making people lose two slots? Sure it isn’t as bad as the Naztherak one but it's still a bit garbage to do; you're already messing up someone's character whether for a good or bad reason, why making it even more frustating? I hate both this one and thr naztherak's. 

I don't want to hear the excuse of "consequences muuh" because you're the one who would decide the consequence for another person, which for sure it's not going to be a friend of yours. At least remove the fact it takes away slots lmao.

Luv brought up also a good point. Let's be real, this kind of lore piece is made to control the magic on a OOC level as like any form of disconesction over this server and it's not going to spread the magic and create other groups.

In a better world, yes. As I stated already, LOTC lacks a system that lets someone progress their character through earning feats and stuff(Like doing x for a god and then receiving y blessing without needing to kneel over people OOC or similar things). We need more open-minded way of development that would spread outward magic without needing to always rely on someone and what they hold. My opinion at least. It's not something open to most people rlly.

The lands have seen themselves blighted, sickness spreading to their food and water, bugs coming to swarm near the barren fields of the ‘ame. What was once a land of purity, now bearing a terrible stain of sickness upon it. While many of the sick may choose to reside indoors, others who are more bold and brash, would find themselves befalling the wicked sickness in the afflicted areas. The only clues as to who contributed to this cruel act of pestilence, being the mark of a many headed hydra as the druids shall hear the many weeps of mother's nature, beckoning revenge.

Physical strength is something on the list of things to see if we can tweak to make it work more efficiently and be more consistent with similar lore pieces so we’ll def take a look into what you mention 🫡

All good! Seer is fine imo since it could open the doors to many things and idm the orc strength thing, it's moreso a suggestion since other CAs do have crazy ways to achieve orc strength, if not better. I would say the CA is somewhat more balanced than many regardless of the passive strength.
