Michael Fahrenheit would smile upon this pact "Less gooo."

Uldraek Goldhand would be too busy on his pilgrimage, exploring the lands of Almaris on his camel. Thinking about Urguan from time to time, the dwed could be heard mumbling to himself "Rathole" as he'd continue his journey.
Hekkaes Goldhand, Clan Father of the Goldhand Clan would be far too busy with his clan's matters. Hearing the news about this grudge, he said "Undead king, pagan kingdom"

Hekkaes Goldhand would be smiling from some cave hidden in the realm of Alarims, shooting ice projectiles from thin air "Hehe, would be a shame if something bad happened and the morale would fall."

Coin'Clekta'Raguk would watch over San'Velku from the top of Krugmar's castle, gazing down the beautiful goi he helped build from scratch "I must say, this might've been the most beautiful goi in the history of orcs" he'd nod to himself. The red-skinned uruk would then visit the national vaults for one last time before going to The Worker's Band deposit, looking at the chests he hasn't yet filled "I wish the next person to follow me to fill those chests, in the name of Krugmar." he'd mumble while placing on the floor a key to all the chests "May the spirits, comfort those within the goi.". With that, the journey of Coin'Clekta'Raguk would come to an end for now, the uruk departing from the Warnation of Krugmar to his retirement home.

The Worker’s Band
⚙-⚙-⚙
_____________________________________________________________________________
For long have the uruks been considered as nothing but barbaric war beasts, that do nothing but that. We are the best fighters, I must say that, but the uruks are more than just warriors, we are brothers and sisters. Descended from our father, Krug, his blood runs through our veins and it is our duty to honor his name in all of our actions.
With the ascension of Rex’Zhot, Krugmar is in for a long term of prosperity and technological advancement.
Thanks to the spirits, I, Coin’Clekta’Raguk, formerly known as Snaaksmasha’Raguk, have been charged with the duty of our economy.
With that being said, I am happy to announce the formation of The Worker’s Band!
_____________________________________________________________________________
The Worker’s Band’s purpose is to form Krugmar its own economical body, through the work of five different branches. The Worker’s Band is not mandatory for the citizens of the Warnation of Krugmar, but it is highly encouraged that every citizen engages in its activities, as the band comes with its own perks.
The Worker’s Band is divided in five different branches, all having their own leader, but ultimately answering to the band leader.
_____________________________________________________________________________
THE BAND’S STRUCTURE
Zekhal'ruka
The Zekhal'ruka is the leader of the Worker’s Band. His role is to maintain the band in its best shape as possible. The Zekhal'ruka may appoint 5 different leaders to lead each different branch of the band. His job is to make sure that the Warnation of Krugmar is prospering.
Grub'ruka
The Grub'ruka is the leader of The Worker’s Band’s branch that focuses on farming. His role is to hire citizens or slaves of Krugmar to work its lands and collect food as well as take care of its livestock. The color of this branch’s banner is green.
Zhakhtar'ruka
The Zhakhtar'ruka is the leader of The Worker’s Band’s branch that focuses on mining. His role is to hire citizens or slaves of Krugmar to work its mines and collect minerals. The color of this branch’s banner is yellow.
Kovat'ruka
The Kovat'ruka is the leader of The Worker’s Band’s branch that focuses on smithing weapons, tools and armor. His role is to hire citizens or slaves of Krugmar to forge for the nation. The color of this branch’s banner is gray.
Hunta’ruka
The Hunta’ruka is the leader of The Worker’s Band’s branch that focuses on hunting untameable beasts of the wild. The Hunta’ruka may assign each member of its branch a different beast to hunt down.
The color of this branch’s banner is aqua-blue.
Snagga’ruka
The Snagga’ruka is the leader of The Worker’s Band’s branch that focuses on forcing the slaves to work. The Snagga’ruka may assign each slave different jobs. Even if the slave has a master, the Snagga’ruka may still be able to force it to work either in the branch of farming/mining/smithing/hunting, tho, it would not mean that the slave is part of that respective branch. The color of this branch’s banner is red.
_____________________________________________________________________________
BAND MEMBERS PERKS
There is no greater honor than to serve your nation, and for that those who work hard to assure the prosperity of Krugmar shall be rewarded for their work.
The members of the band, alongside the leaders of its branches will be granted a tax discount to their homes in Krugmar. This only applies if the said member or branch leader of the band has fulfilled their weekly quotas.
CLASS A HOUSING:
2 TeefCLASS B HOUSING:
1 Teef
CLASS S HOUSING:

The slaves are not eligible for any kind of perks!

DA EXCHANGE ACT OF KRUGMAR
⚙-⚙-⚙
_____________________________________________________________________________
To aid the already effort given to Krugmar, on its journey to a new and better era, the following decision was made.
The Warnation of Krugmar shall trade and use only the state currency, its name being Teef.
Such decision has been made, following the oppression of the Wilvern Monks and Cloud Temple’s evil bank society, which has raised its taxes in an attempt to weaken the people of Almaris, in response to these attacks on the orcish populace it shall be deemed right for Krugmar to do all it takes to make sure that its citizens are not losing their belongings to the money hungry monks.
____________________________________________________________________________
Value
The value of a Teef shall not be set in stone, for its price can rise and fall at any given time. For that, the people of Krugmar will have access to a document, that shall be updated everytime a change appears, which shall describe the value of the currency alongside the prices of property within Krugmar.
Such thought tho, should not cause worry to any owner of such coin, for I shall never allow the people of Krugmar to lose their money, it is my duty to help our people, and it is the highest honor to follow such duty.
____________________________________________________________________________
Usage
The Teef currency shall be used in the following ways:
-
For any sort of payment from Krugmar to individuals, be it prizes or compensations etc.
-
For any sort of payments in by Krugmar in external affairs.
-
For the payment of taxes within the Warnation of Krugmar.
-
For payment from any governmental and individual organization within Krugmar.
-
For any transactions within the Warnation of Krugmar.
Not respecting these regulations, shall result in fines, jail time, or even worse depending on the case. If given a fine, the accused shall pay it in Teef.

Krug’s Gathering Act
⚙-⚙-⚙
_____________________________________________________________________________
To ensure stability in a city, its people must first be happy with their conditions. For that to happen, it is not only a job of the government to ensure that but also to the people of Krug to help other citizens of the Warnation feel good.
And by that, I declare the creation of Krug’s Gathering Act which shall solely focus on that exact purpose.
This act shall form the role of “Parti mayker”, which shall be given not just to one, but a handful of citizens of the Warnation. Those with such title, are tasked to either organize events within Krugmar, with the end goal benefiting the people of Krugmar or recruiting and helping new uruks arriving in the goi.
The act shall run on a point system, named party points, in which each action of the Parti mayker will count for a certain amount of points, which can be used at the end of each week to receive prizes based on their score. A Parti mayker may not hoard any party points after the end of a cactus week, where all party points are cleared.
Criteria:

THE GOI ACT OF KRUGMAR
⚙-⚙-⚙
_____________________________________________________________________________
With the reconstruction of the great Warnation of Krugmar, it falls to the duty of us, honorable uruks, to ensure that every citizen of Krugmar has a roof above his head.
Be it uruk, an honorary foreigner, foreign citizen or slave, the Warnation of Krugmar will make sure to put a roof above your head at modest price.
_____________________________________________________________________________
Prices
With our primary goal, to ensure that each and every citizen of the Warnation of Krugmar has a roof over its head, I have made the decision to not enforce strict taxes, but to have a more loosen attitude to it, therefore we can change them at any given point in coordinance with the political stability of Almaris and economical growth of Krugmar.
Each Class is meant to represent who can own such house and its size:
Class C - It is a tiny-sized house, fit for a single person with a small storage space, it can be owned only by the slaves of Krugmar.Class D - An extremly small but yet comfy house, deep in the caves of Krugmar, made to fit one single person. It can be owned by any citizen of Krugmar.
Class B - It is a small-sized house, fit for a family under modest circumstances with a decent storage space, it can be owned by any citizen of Krugmar.
Class A - It is a medium-sized house, fit for a larger family, with a larger storage space and with or without decent sized extra level, it can be owned by any citizen of Krugmar.
Class S - It is a large house, fit for a couple of families to live in, the house come in with an extra level and a huge amount of storage space, it can be owned by any citizen of Krugmar.
_____________________________________________________________________________
Privacy
Upon purchase, each house owner has the duty of maintaining the house’s looks to a minimal standard, not doing that might result in its house being confiscated.
Turning houses into complete deposits is not allowed, doing so will result in the house owner’s rights upon it being removed.
Basements may not be made underneath any house, nor any upgrades that would alter the default size, looks, shape etc, of the house.

THE NATIONAL BANK OF KRUGMAR
⚙-⚙-⚙
_____________________________________________________________________________
May the pockets of this reader be filled with riches!
It is my honor as the economy department of The Warnation of Krugmar, I, Coin’Clekta’Raguk, proudly announce the instauration of THE NATIONAL BANK OF KRUGMAR.For too long have the evil monks of Cloud Temple, grossly, stole the money of the free people of Almaris, through what they call “banks”.
Those are not real banks, but traps for people to fall in and give up their hard earned coin to the slothful demons under the masks of monks. But fear not! Through the mercy of Krugmar, this must not be an issue anymore within the ranks of Almaris’s inhabitants.
____________________________________________________________________________
The Nation Bank of Krugmar offers everyone indiscriminately the possibility to deposit their money safely and withdraw them, all with low interest rates.
For one to open an account, they must visit the bank within Krugmar and talk to either Coin’Clekta’Raguk himself or an employee of the bank.
The process of submission should take no longer than 10 minutes, ending with the customer opening a new account.
The deposit fee of the bank is...NONE. We believe in quality not quantity, so we’ve decided to have no such thing as deposit fee.
There will be the following interest fees will be applied to bank accounts:
-
Weekly up-keep is of 1 teef
Even nations may open accounts at The National Bank of Krugmar, under the same interest rates!
An account must stay active at all time and that can be done with its owner checking in at the end of each year with the bank. If the owner of an account fails to check in with the bank, his account assets will be frozen and inaccessible for ever. He may still open a new account, but not access the funds on his old account.
To withdraw a sum of money from the bank, the account owner must contact Coin’Clekta’Raguk directly and make an appointment for their transfer, which will take place at the bank.

Good update, really gives all the necessary information about a race.
wiki seems to have gotten an update regarding races too, props to the story team for working on the update4 -
Nothing will satisfy both sides, 1.8 is bad because they can't click fast, 1.9 is bad because they can't wait for the swing timer to be ready. Unless we're going to have 50 man raid crp session, the slice of day rpers will not be happy. Both systems are relatively easy, i'd say 1.8 is way easier, but 1.9 would be more fair for those who don't rp as they blame cps on their lack of pvp skills.
