I changed the details of the account so it couldn’t be logged into from my information and I lost the details! Tarre did message me after I posted this, but she indicated it would be difficult for me to prove I am the original owner of the account since I don’t know any of the information. I’m not quite sure how that makes sense, though. I think I have given evidence I am, indeed, Callax and the owner of the Werbles/Wangchuck minecraft account and, thus, forum account. I need to have someone with the appropriate pex reset my email and pass. So, we’ll see how that goes.

Hey guys! Maybe somebody can help me out with some information. I would like to preface this post by mentioning that I have reached out to several administrators over the past month and have not yet received a response to my questions or concerns. I understand they are busy people with busy lives both in and out of game, but I have reached out both on the LotC forums and through Discord and no one will answer me. I do not mean to offend or assign blame to anyone, but I feel that I am being intentionally ignored. For reference, I sent a message on March 4 to Fireheart about recovering my account and posting an appeal – he never read it. I sent a message on March 19 to Tarrebear regarding my account recovery since she is the community administrator, which she read the same day but never replied. I also sent messages going on 2 weeks ago to both Flamboyant and Fireheart requesting information on the denial of my ban report and lack of set appeal date, neither of which have been read yet. I have tried to add every admin who has their Discord channel listed on the profile on Discord, also a couple weeks back, but have received no response or the requests are ignored. I do not want to think the worst, as I have no grudge or anything against LotC or any of the admins – I simply want to return to the community I always cared so much about. Unfortunately, the admins cannot seem to find the time to respond to or even read my messages. I have two issues I am seeking support for: 1) recovering my old forum account and 2) requesting information regarding ban appeals. First, how would I go about recovering my old forum account? I have asked this question to a couple friends and was told I would need an admin (hence why I went to them first). If an admin is the only one who can reset my username and password, I hope one notices and responds to my questions here. Otherwise, is there a forum moderator or a specific individual who can assist me with this? Second, I received no appeal date or denial reason on my recent ban appeal - just “appeal denied.” My appeal is here. In a situation where no appeal date has been set, when am I allowed to post another appeal? My ban was almost 3 years ago and was meant to be a few short months but was extended a couple more months due to alting, with appeal. I have appealed here and there but now, in 2019, I sincerely wish to return to the community with the best intentions at heart. If someone could please give me some help or feedback, I would much appreciate it. And if an admin sees this and is able to help, I would like to request a reason for my appeal denial if one can be provided. Thank you, Callax
