Han is a half-breed, born from a wood elf mother and a high elf father. His high elf father refused to acknowledge him as his kin, and acts like he never knew his mother for the sake of keeping up appearances. So, Han grew up with his mother on the outskirts of Irrinor. His mom raised him very sheltered, trying to keep him from any harm. When he was young, he wasn’t allowed to go to many other cities, especially not Lareh'thilln, or even the nearby princedom of Fenn. So, all he could really do was watch from afar. This is why he doesn’t really know much about what lies beyond where he’s from. This sheltered life led to him brushing off the cold, insensitive demeanor of his High Elven father, instead adopting the gentle, more accepting nature of the Wood Elves. While he didn't belong to a Seed, he found himself following the Wood Elven belief that family is one of the most important things. Despite this, when he became an adult he became more curious than ever to see the world, and set off wherever fate would take him.

Han looked up from where he'd been inspecting a trinket at a market stall. "Hello?" He looked a bit startled, but would accept the man's greeting with a nod of his head. "I'm not looking for any glory or wealth. Honestly, I just want to see the world," he answered with a smile and a tilt of his head.
