    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: When you make your character stronger than everyone capable of god like abilities and/or unable to even harm.

Hagmar is an old dark elf, clinging on to his life for as long as he can. He hails from Ker'nor and has lived there since birth, Hagmar was the youngest of his family's bloodline and now, in the present, all his close elven family has died, leaving just him. He speaks in a very deep rich tone, almost as if whatever he is saying sounds as such of a story being told. He wears a solid gold crown with a huge red diamond imbedded in the front. He wears this not as a sign of royalty but as a sign of remembrance to his ancestors. This crown has been passed down throw centuries of his elven family before him, and he now wears it with great pride. Hagmar is a kind soul who is very trusting of others which can lead to some problems, but he always prevails with his wits and combat training.

Physical Description: A Dark Elf with a gold looking grown, red robes, long dark indigo hair, light blue skin, and deep crimson eyes that show much age and wisdom..
Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”

  • Ker'nor has not been around for as long as your character has been alive. Though I like your implementation of the lore, you can go ahead and just edit that bit out for the old elven kingdom of Malinor. It no longer exists, but your character very easily could of grown up there and moved to Ker'nor upon it's establishment.
  • Your Interesting Facts section requires a single fault.
