Drapers and Haberdashers
Company History
The Honorable Company of Drapers and Haberdashers was declared extant by Imperial writ and the following entities were grandfathered in as constituent corporations. Mary’s Wedding Emporium, Rosewood Boutique, Levian’Tol’s KnickKnacks and PaddyWacks, The A.M.C. Company, Lombardi Corner Store, and was led by Master Mary Philippa d’Arkent. In 1769 the ten Livery’s of Helena were revitalized and Eleanora Galbraith took over as Master of the Company of Drapers and Haberdashers.
Duties
The duties of the Honorable Company of Drapers and Haberdashers are as follows:
Provide clothing to the poor or those in need
Serve those in need of a proper uniform for work
Provide quality service to those looking for clothes or ware
Supply jewelry to those who request
The following items are those that the Honorable Company of Drapers and Haberdashers have exclusive control over:

Branches
The Honorable Company of Drapers and Haberdashers is split into three branches.
Members can be a part of multiple branches, and will have different ranks in each branch based on skill level and product quality.
The three branches are as follows:
The Branch of Drapers
Members of this branch create and sell clothing, armor stands, and mannequins throughout and beyond Helena.
The Branch of Jewelers
Members of this branch create and sell jewels and jewelry throughout and beyond Helena.
The Branch of Fabrics
Members of this branch farm and sell fabrics, wool, cotton, leather, and cloth throughout and beyond Helena.
Ranks
Livery Master
Occupant: Eleanora Galbraith (MentalStatus)
The Livery Master is elected by livery members. They oversee the general care of the company, have the power to accept and remove members from the company, represent the company during board meetings, organize company proposals and events, and other general powers.
Head of Drapers
Occupant: Thea (NotAFie)
The Head of Drapers oversees the Drapers branch of the company. They promote members of the Drapers branch, teach classes about clothes making, and can represent the Livery Master at board meetings if the Master cannot attend.
Head of Jewelers
Occupant: Sir Henry (Taketheshot56)
The Head of Jewelers oversees the Jewelers branch of the company. They promote members of the Jewelers branch, teach classes about jewelry making, and can represent the Livery Master at board meetings if the Master cannot attend.
Head of Fabrics
Occupant: William Greatwood (biffed)
The Head of Fabrics oversees the Fabrics branch of the company. They promote members of the Fabrics branch, teach classes about fabric making, and can represent the Livery Master at board meetings if the Master cannot attend.
Expert
Expert’s are members of the company that are experts in their skill. These members can teach classes on the skill they are an Expert in, and can take on an Apprentice. Members can become Experts by requesting a personal skill evaluation from their Branch Head and/or Livery Master, in which they will either be promoted or denied.
Artisan
Artisan’s are members of the company who have either completed their Apprenticeship, or received an invitation to the company. These members are proven to be skilled enough to create quality products in a specific branch of the company.
Apprentice
Apprentice is the starting rank for new members of the company, or established members looking to join another branch. To be promoted from Apprentice, these members must attend and pass a class in their desired branch, or receive an endorsement from an Expert company member whom they have worked under for a minimum of One Saints Week.
Classes
The Honorable Company of Drapers and Haberdashers will provide classes to all citizens of Helena who wish to apprentice, and learn the art of clothes making, jewelry making, and fabric making. These classes cost a small sum of 100 minas, in order to fund said classes and other company events. These classes will be taught by our most skilled members, and each class will be taught and organized respectively by each branch head.
Headquarters
As of 1769 The Honorable Company of Drapers and Haberdashers has their headquarters at the Imperial Crown Jewels and Fine Goods store, located at 4 Rupert's Row.
