Never praised for her beauty or gentle skills, Ilanna Trant has always favored shocking her peers with aggression and wit. Growing up with three older brothers, she’s always had to be on top of her game. While she learned just enough in lessons to know who’s side she’s on, she never gave herself to soft skills like needlework or poetry. Instead, she could be found in the training grounds with her older brothers giving just as much as she got. Of course, her abbrasive manner and got-something-to-prove attitude has never made her many friends. She tends to stick to herself and read stories of brave knights rescuing fair maidens when not practicing weaponry and the art of combat. This has made her (whether she’d admit it or not) quite the lonely girl, and she longs for companionship from those who would not seek to criticize her way of life. She hopes to join the Imperial Army with fellows-in-arms to fight for the Empire and make a difference in her life while climbing the ranks of combat heirarchy. She devotedly believes that the Creator made her for combat and the defense of the land she loves. All her life, she has only saught to prove this to others.
